The large-scale multi-objective optimization algorithm(LSMOA),based on the grouping of decision variables,is an advanced method for handling high-dimensional decision ***,in practical problems,the interaction among decision variables is intricate,leading to large group sizes and suboptimal optimization effects;hence a large-scale multi-objective optimization algorithm based on weighted overlapping grouping of decision variables(MOEAWOD)is proposed in this ***,the decision variables are perturbed and categorized into convergence and diversity variables;subsequently,the convergence variables are subdivided into groups based on the interactions among different decision *** the size of a group surpasses the set threshold,that group undergoes a process of weighting and overlapping ***,the interaction strength is evaluated based on the interaction frequency and number of objectives among various decision *** decision variable with the highest interaction in the group is identified and disregarded,and the remaining variables are then reclassified into ***,the decision variable with the strongest interaction is added to each *** minimizes the interactivity between different groups and maximizes the interactivity of decision variables within groups,which contributed to the optimized direction of convergence and diversity exploration with different *** was subjected to testing on 18 benchmark large-scale optimization problems,and the experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of our *** with the other algorithms,our method is still at an advantage.

High-throughput computing(HTC) is a computing paradigm that aims to accomplish jobs by easily breaking them into smaller,independent ***,it requires a large amount of computing power for a long *** existing HTC frameworks are job-oriented without support for coscheduling with hardware architecture and task-level ***,most of the frameworks reach a limited scale,and their usability needs further ***,we present HTDcr,a job execution framework for the HTC on *** study aims to improve the throughput,task dispatching,and usability of the *** detail,the throughput optimizations include a sophisticated designed task management system,a hierarchical scheduler,and the co-optimization of the task-scheduling strategy with the application and hardware *** optimizations for usability include a programable execution workflow,mechanisms for more robust and reliable service qualities,and a fine-grained resource allocation system for the colocation of multiple *** to our evaluations,HTDcr can achieve outstanding scalability and high throughput on large-scale clusters for the HTC *** evaluate HTDcr with several microbenchmarks and real-world applications on Tianhe-2 and Sunway TaihuLight to demonstrate its effects on existing design *** instance,the task scheduling for two real-world applications integrated with the application and hardware characteristics achieves 1.7× and 1.9× speedups over the basic task-scheduling strategy.

Automation advancements prompts the extensive integration of collaborative robot(cobot)across a range of *** to the commonly used design approach of increasing the payload-to-weight ratio of cobot to enhance load capacity,equal attention should be paid to the dynamic response characteristics of cobot during the design process to make the cobot more *** this paper,a new method for designing the drive train parameters of cobot is ***,based on the analysis of factors influencing the load capacity and dynamic response characteristics,design criteria for both aspects are established for cobot with all optimization design criteria normalized within the design ***,with the cobot in the horizontal pose,the motor design scheme is discretized and it takes the joint motor diameter and gearbox speed ratio as optimization design ***,all the discrete values of the optimization objectives are obtained through the enumeration method and the Pareto front is used to select the optimal solution through multi-objective *** on the cobot design method proposed in this paper,a six-axis cobot is designed and compared with the commercial *** result shows that the load capacity of the designed cobot in this paper reaches 8.4 kg,surpassing the 5 kg load capacity commercial cobot which is used as a *** minimum resonance frequency of the joints is 42.70 Hz.

Industrial-use VOx-based catalysts usually have a higher active temperature window (>250-300℃),which becomes a“bottleneck”for the practical application of PCDD/Fs catalytic degradation *** this work,VO_(x)-FeO_(x)/TiO_(2) catalyst prepared via mechanochemically method was investigated for the catalytic removal of PCDD/*** removal efficiency of 1,2-DCBz,pure PCDD/Fs gas generated in the lab,PCDD/Fs from actual fue gas,long-term were studied,and the degradation mechanism was explored using FTIR and *** degradation efficiency of 1,2-DCBz and PCDD/Fs on VO_(x)-FeO_(x)/TiO_(2) were higher than that of VO_(x)/TiO_(2)catalyst,and the optimal FeOx addition ratio was 3 wt.%.The characterization results show that the addition of FeOx can effectively improve the pore structure,surface acidity,and VOx dispersion of the catalyst,thus contributing to increasing the V^(5+)content and surface-active oxygen,which is conducive to the improvement of adsorption and redox performance of the *** the actual MSWI (municipal solid waste incineration)fue gas,the PCDD/Fs removal efficiency over VTi-3Fe-MC maintained long-term stability,higher than 85%for 240 *** result was not significantly reduced compared with the data obtained in the *** to the analysis results of intermediate products by FTIR and GC-TOFMS,it can be inferred that the epoxidation fracture of benzene ring is the rate-limiting step of dioxin catalytic degradation *** work gives an in-depth view into the PCDD/Fs removal over VO_(x)-FeO_(x)/TiO_(2) catalysts and could provide guidelines for the rational design of reliable catalysts for industrial applications.

XRL-SHAP-Cache:an explainable reinforcement learning approach for intelligent edge service caching in content delivery networks

Content delivery networks(CDNs) play a pivotal role in the modern internet infrastructure by enabling efficient content delivery across diverse geographical regions. As an essential component of CDNs, the edge caching scheme directly influences the user experience by determining the caching and eviction of content on edge servers. With the emergence of 5G technology, traditional caching schemes have faced challenges in adapting to increasingly complex and dynamic network environments. Consequently, deep reinforcement learning(DRL) offers a promising solution for intelligent zero-touch network governance. However, the blackbox nature of DRL models poses challenges in understanding and making trusting decisions. In this paper,we propose an explainable reinforcement learning(XRL)-based intelligent edge service caching approach,namely XRL-SHAP-Cache, which combines DRL with an explainable artificial intelligence(XAI) technique for cache management in CDNs. Instead of focusing solely on achieving performance gains, this study introduces a novel paradigm for providing interpretable caching strategies, thereby establishing a foundation for future transparent and trustworthy edge caching solutions. Specifically, a multi-level cache scheduling framework for CDNs was formulated theoretically, with the D3QN-based caching scheme serving as the targeted interpretable model. Subsequently, by integrating Deep-SHAP into our framework, the contribution of each state input feature to the agent's Q-value output was calculated, thereby providing valuable insights into the decision-making process. The proposed XRL-SHAP-Cache approach was evaluated through extensive experiments to demonstrate the behavior of the scheduling agent in the face of different environmental *** results demonstrate its strong explainability under various real-life scenarios while maintaining superior performance compared to traditional caching schemes in terms of cache hit ratio, quality of service(QoS),a

To take advantage of all the singlet and triplet excitons and then achieve 100%internal quantum efficiency in OLED devices,the scientists have proposed the thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)strategy which tries to achieve"delayed"fluorescence by converting triplet excitons to singlet excitons through a reverse intersystem crossing(ISC/RISC)process with the help of thermal activation[1].In the early days,the efficient RISC processes were facilitated by a negligible energy gap(△E_(ST))and a large spin-orbit coupling(SOC)matrix element(SOCME)between the first singlet(S_(1))and triplet(T_(1))excited states.
