This study proposes a method for uniformly revolving swarm robots to entrap multiple targets,which is based on a gene regulatory network,an adaptive decision mechanism,and an improved *** the gene regulatory network method,the robots can generate entrapping patterns according to the environmental input,including the positions of the targets and ***,an adaptive decision mechanism is proposed,allowing each robot to choose the most well-adapted capture point on the pattern,based on its *** robots employ an improved Vicsek-model to maneuver to the planned capture point smoothly,without colliding with other robots or *** proposed decision mechanism,combined with the improved Vicsek-model,can form a uniform entrapment shape and create a revolving effect around targets while entrapping *** study also enables swarm robots,with an adaptive pattern formation,to entrap multiple targets in complex *** robots can be deployed in the military field of unmanned aerial vehicles’(UAVs)entrapping multiple *** experiments demonstrate the feasibility and superiority of the proposed gene regulatory network method.

We analyze the properties of a focused Laguerre–Gaussian(LG)beam propagating through anisotropic ocean turbulence based on the Huygens–Fresnel *** the Rytov approximation theory,we derive the analytical formula of the channel capacity of the focused LG beam in the anisotropic ocean turbulence,and analyze the relationship between the capacity and the light source parameters as well as the turbulent ocean *** is found that the focusing mirror can greatly enhance the channel capacity of the system at the geometric focal plane in oceanic *** results also demonstrate that the communication link can obtain high channel capacity by adopting longer beam wavelength,greater initial beam waist radius,and larger number of transmission ***,the capacity of the system increases with the decrease of the mean squared temperature dissipation rate,temperature-salinity contribution ratio and turbulence outer scale factor,and with the increase of the kinetic energy dissipation rate per unit mass of fluid,turbulence inner scale factor and anisotropy *** to a Hankel–Bessel beam with diffraction-free characteristics and unfocused LG beam,the focused LG beam shows superior anti-turbulence interference properties,which provide a theoretical reference for research and development of underwater optical communication links using focused LG beams.

This paper proposes a robust vector tracking loop structure based on potential bias analysis. The influence of four kinds of biases on the existing two implementations of Vector Tracking Loops(VTLs) is illustrated by theoretical analysis and numerical simulations, and the following findings are obtained. Firstly, the initial user state bias leads to steady navigation solution bias in the relative VTL, while new measurements can eliminate it in the absolute VTL. Secondly, the initial code phase bias is transferred to the following navigation solutions in the relative VTL, while new measurements can eliminate it in the absolute VTL. Thirdly, the user state bias induced by erroneous navigation solution of VTLs can be eliminated by both of the two VTLs. Fourthly,the multipath/NLOS likely affects the two VTLs, and the induced tracking bias in the duration of the multipath/NLOS would decrease the performance of VTLs. Based on the above analysis,a robust VTL structure is proposed, where the absolute VTL is selected for its robustness to the two kinds of initialization biases;meanwhile, the instant bias detection and correction method is used to improve the performance of VTLs in the duration of the multipath/NLOS. Numerical simulations and experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed robust VTL structure.

This paper proposes a coordinate-transform(CT) implementation for the fast factorized backprojection(FFBP) algorithm(CT-FFBP) to process high-resolution spotlight synthetic aperture radar(SAR)data. Unlike the FFBP utilizing two-dimensional image-domain interpolation for sub-aperture fusion, CT-FFBP finishes the image-projection using CT with the accommodation of chirp-z transform and circular shifting. Without interpolation, CT-FFBP yields enhanced efficiency over the interpolation based FFBP, besides maintaining high precision simultaneously. Both simulation and real-data experiments verifies the efficiency and precision superiorities of the CT-FFBP.

The surge in interest regarding the next generation of optical fiber transmission has stimulated the development of digital signal processing(DSP)schemes that are highly cost-effective with both high performance and low *** benchmarks for nonlinear compensation methods,however,traditional DSP designed with block-by-block modules for linear compensations,could exhibit residual linear effects after compensation,limiting the nonlinear compensation *** we propose a high-efficient design thought for DSP based on the learnable perspectivity,called learnable DSP(LDSP).LDSP reuses the traditional DSP modules,regarding the whole DSP as a deep learning framework and optimizing the DSP parameters adaptively based on backpropagation algorithm from a global *** method not only establishes new standards in linear DSP performance but also serves as a critical benchmark for nonlinear DSP *** comparison to traditional DSP with hyperparameter optimization,a notable enhancement of approximately 1.21 dB in the Q factor for 400 Gb/s signal after 1600 km fiber transmission is experimentally demonstrated by combining LDSP and perturbation-based nonlinear compensation *** from the learnable model,LDSP can learn the best configuration adaptively with low complexity,reducing dependence on initial *** proposed approach implements a symbol-rate DSP with a small bit error rate(BER)cost in exchange for a 48%complexity reduction compared to the conventional 2 samples/symbol *** believe that LDSP represents a new and highly efficient paradigm for DSP design,which is poised to attract considerable attention across various domains of optical communications.

Linear feature detection is very important in image processing. The detection efficiency will directly affect the performance of pattern recognition and pattern classification. Based on the idea of ridgelet, this paper presents a new discrete localized ridgelet transform and a new method for detecting linear feature in anisotropic images. Experimental results prove the efficiency of the proposed method.

Recently, 2-band interpolating wavelet transform has attracted much attention. It has the following several features: (i) The wavelet series transform coefficients of a signal in the multiresolution subspace are exactly consistent with its discrete wavelet transform coefficients; (ii) good approximation performance; (iii) efficiency in computation. However orthogonal 2-band compactly supported interpolating wavelet transform is only the first order. In order to overcome this shortcoming, the orthogonal M-band compactly supported interpolating wavelet basis is established. First, the unitary interpolating scaling filters of the lengthL =MK are characterized. Second, a scheme is given to design high-order unitary interpolating scaling filters. Third, a parameterization of the unitary interpolating scaling filters of the lengthL = 4M is made. Fourth, the orthogonal 2-order and 3-order three-band compactly supported interpolating scaling functions are constructed. Finally, the properties of the orthogonal M-band compactly supported interpolating wavelets and the approximation performance of the Mallat projection are discussed. For the smooth signal inL 2(?), the asymptotic formula of the approximation enor of the Mallat projection is obtained, and for the band-limited signal, the quantitative estimate of its upper bounds is given. The results show that the Mallat projection has the same approximation order as the orthogonal projection, and particularly for the orthogonal even number-order M-band compactly supported interpolating scaling function, they have the same approximation performance. The quantitative result also shows that the selection of the initial scale depends on the distribution of the signal frequency and the regularity order of the scaling function. For the given scaling function and signal, using these results one can determine the initial scale and at the same time estimate the initial scaling coefficients without prefiltering according to the error re

In order to deal with the particle degeneracy and impov- erishment problems existed in particle filters, a modified sequential importance resampling （MSIR） filter is proposed. In this filter, the resampling is translated into an evolutional process just like the biological evolution. A particle generator is constructed, which introduces the current measurement information （CMI） into the resampled particles. In the evolution, new particles are first pro- duced through the particle generator, each of which is essentially an unbiased estimation of the current true state. Then, new and old particles are recombined for the sake of raising the diversity among the particles. Finally, those particles who have low quality are eliminated. Through the evolution, all the particles retained are regarded as the optimal ones, and these particles are utilized to update the current state. By using the proposed resampling approach, not only the CMI is incorporated into each resampled particle, but also the particle degeneracy and the loss of diver- sity among the particles are mitigated, resulting in the improved estimation accuracy. Simulation results show the superiorities of the proposed filter over the standard sequential importance re- sampling （SIR） filter, auxiliary particle filter and unscented Kalman particle filter.
