This article proposes a distributed dynamic event-triggered data-driven iterative learning control(DET-DDIlC)scheme under a predefined performance to tackle the bipartite tracking control problem for multiagent systems(MASs). An improved dynamic linearization technique is utilized to convert the nonlinear MASs into an iterative linear data model. First,a peer-to-peer mapping function is introduced to map the constrained distributed system output homeomorphism to an unconstrained one. In addition, a DET mechanism based on a time-iteration-varying function is devised to conserve network communication resources. Based on the unconstrained transformation and the designed DET mechanism, the DET-DDIlC algorithm is devised to ensure that the bipartite tracking performance of MASs can be within the preset range. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the designed control scheme are demonstrated via a simulation case by a comparison.

With the development of anti-virus technology,malicious documents have gradually become the main pathway of Advanced Persistent Threat(APT)attacks,therefore,the development of effective malicious document classifiers has become particularly ***,detection methods based on document structure and behavioral features encounter challenges in feature engineering,these methods not only have limited accuracy,but also consume large resources,and usually can only detect documents in specific formats,which lacks versatility and *** address such problems,this paper proposes a novel malicious document detection method-visualizing documents as GGE images(Grayscale,Grayscale matrix,Entropy).The GGE method visualizes the original byte sequence of the malicious document as a grayscale image,the information entropy sequence of the document as an entropy image,and at the same time,the grayscale level co-occurrence matrix and the texture and spatial information stored in it are converted into grayscale matrix image,and fuses the three types of images to get the GGE color *** Convolutional Block Attention Module-EfficientNet-B0(CBAM-EfficientNet-B0)model is then used for classification,combining transfer learning and applying the pre-trained model on the ImageNet dataset to the feature extraction process of GGE *** shown in the experimental results,the GGE method has superior performance compared with other methods,which is suitable for detecting malicious documents in different formats,and achieves an accuracy of 99.44%and 97.39%on Portable Document Format(PDF)and office datasets,respectively,and consumes less time during the detection process,which can be effectively applied to the task of detecting malicious documents in real-time.

Single-shot ultrafast compressed imaging(UCI)is an effective tool for studying ultrafast dynamics in physics,chemistry,or material science because of its excellent high frame rate and large frame ***,the random code(Rcode)used in traditional UCI will lead to low-frequency noise covering high-frequency information due to its uneven sampling interval,which is a great challenge in the fidelity of large-frame ***,a high-frequency enhanced compressed active photography(H-CAP)is *** uniformizing the sampling interval of R-code,H-CAP capture the ultrafast process with a random uniform sampling *** sampling mode makes the high-frequency sampling energy dominant,which greatly suppresses the low-frequency noise blurring caused by R-code and achieves high-frequency information of image *** superior dynamic performance and large-frame reconstruction ability of H-CAP are verified by imaging optical self-focusing effect and static object,*** applied H-CAP to the spatial-temporal characterization of double-pulse induced silicon surface ablation dynamics,which is performed within 220 frames in a single-shot of 300 ps.H-CAP provides a high-fidelity imaging method for observing ultrafast unrepeatable dynamic processes with large frames.

The increasingly stringent performance requirement in integrated circuit manufacturing, characterized by smaller feature sizes and higher productivity, necessitates the wafer stage executing a extreme motion with the accuracy in terms of nanometers. This demanding requirement witnesses a widespread application of iterative learning control(IlC), given the repetitive nature of wafer scanning. IlC enables substantial performance improvement by using past measurement data in combination with the system model knowledge. However, challenges arise in cases where the data is contaminated by the stochastic noise, or when the system model exhibits significant uncertainties, constraining the achievable performance. In response to this issue, an extended state observer(ESO) based adaptive IlC approach is proposed in the frequency *** being model-based, it utilizes only a rough system model and then compensates for the resulting model uncertainties using an ESO, thereby achieving high robustness against uncertainties with minimal modeling effort. Additionally, an adaptive learning law is developed to mitigate the limited performance in the presence of stochastic noise, yielding high convergence accuracy yet without compromising convergence speed. Simulation and experimental comparisons with existing model-based and data-driven inversion-based IlC validate the effectiveness as well as the superiority of the proposed method.

This study focuses on the electrical properties and microstructure of polypropylene(PP)-based blends used for cable insulation in nuclear power plants(NPPs).The PP-based blend,comprising isotactic PP and propylene-based elastomer(PBE)at concentrations ranging from 0 to 50 wt%,underwent a melt blending process and subsequent cobalt-60 gamma-ray irradiation with doses ranging from 0 to 250 *** conductivity,trap distribution,and alternating(AC)breakdown strength were chosen to assess the insulation *** results indicate that the addition of PBE significantly improves the electrical properties of PP under *** PP,the electrical conductivity increased with irradiation,whereas the trap depth and breakdown strength decreased ***,for the blend,these changes initially exhibit opposite *** the irradiation was increased to 250 kGy,the AC breakdown strength of the blend improved by more than 21%compared to that of *** physical and chemical structures of the samples were investigated to explore the improvement *** results offer insights into the design of new cable-insulation materials suitable for NPPs.

Partial multi-label learning（PMl） allows learning from rich-semantic objects with inaccurate annotations, where a set of candidate labels are assigned to each training example but only some of them are valid. Existing approaches rely on disambiguation to tackle the PMl problem, which aims to correct noisy candidate labels by recovering the ground-truth labeling information ahead of prediction model induction. However, this dominant strategy might be suboptimal as it usually needs extra assumptions that cannot be fully satisfied in real-world scenarios. Instead of label correction, we investigate another strategy to tackle the PMl problem, where the potential ambiguity in PMl data is eliminated by correcting instance features in a label-specific manner. Accordingly, a simple yet effective approach named PASE, i.e., partial multi-label learning via label-specific feature corrections, is proposed. Under a meta-learning framework, PASElearns to exert label-specific feature corrections so that potential ambiguity specific to each class label can be eliminated and the desired prediction model can be induced on these corrected instance features with the provided candidate labels. Comprehensive experiments on a wide range of synthetic and real-world data sets validate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

All-safe liquid-state lithium-ion batteries(ASlS-lIBs) is of great interest as they can potentially combine the safety of all-solid-state batteries with the high performance and low manufacturing cost of traditional liquid-state lIBs. However, the practical success of ASlS-lIBs is bottlenecked by the lack of advanced separator technology that can simultaneously realize high performances in puncturing-tolerability,fire-resistance, and importantly, wetting-capability with non-flammable liquid-electrolytes. Here, we propose a concept of inorganic in-situ separator(IISS) by hybrid-sol physical crosslinking directly onto the electrode surface to address the above challenges. Particularly, the hybrid-sol is designed with silica nanoparticles as the building block and poly(vinylidene difluoride) nanoparticles as the crosslinking agent. The critical factors for controlling the IISS microstructures and properties have been systematically investigated. The advantages of the IISS have been confirmed by its fast wetting with various fireresistant liquid-electrolytes, customizable thickness and porous structures, robust interface with planar or three-dimensional(3D)-structured electrodes, and importantly, unexpected self-adaptability against puncturing. Enabled by the above merits, a fire-resistant ASlS-lIB is successfully assembled and demonstrated with stable electrochemical performance. This sol-crosslinked IISS may open an avenue for the studies on the next-generation separator technology, cell assembling, solid electrolyte processing as well as non-flammable secondary batteries.

Skins expose to kinds of risk factors for damage, such as the hormone drugs, skin care products and ultraviolet radiation, which is accompanied by the production of excessive reactive oxygen species(ROS)and eventually leads to hypertrichosis. This skin disease is not aesthetically pleasing and even causes psychological and spiritual problems such as inferiority, anxiety and irritability. Current therapies are limited and often unsatisfactory, such as pharmacological and physical therapies, which have adverse effects and cause the irreversible destruction of hair follicles. Gold nanoclusters have good biocompatibility and their biosynthesis in vivo is responsive to oxidative stress microenvironment(OSM), which could be a safe and effective drug for ROS-induced skin injury. In our study, we demonstrated that zero valence fluorescent gold nanoclusters(FGNCs) were in situ biosynthesized in the plucking-induced damaged skin but not in the normal skin after the administration of gold precursors(+3), while FGNCs inhibited hair follicle regeneration by negatively regulating nuclear transcription factor kappa B(NFκB)-mediated inflammatory response signaling pathway(NFκB/tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) axis). This OSM-responsive in situ biosynthesis method is facile and safe and holds great promise for curing hypertrichosis associated with skin dermatitis and injury.
