This paper analyzed the current situation and development trends of energy consumption and carbon emissions,and the current situation and development trend of coal consumption in *** the context of recently established carbon peak and carbon neutralization targets,this paper put forward the main problems associated with the green and low-carbon development and utilization of *** key technological innovation directions in mining were proposed,including green coal development,intelligent and efficient mining,low-carbon utilization and conversion of coal,energy conservation and emission reduction,carbon capture,utilization and storage(CCUs).Focusing on the above technological innovation directions,it is suggested to carry out three basic theories,including the theory of green efficient intelligent mining,clean and low-carbon utilization and transformation of coal,and ***,it is proposed to develop 12 key technologies,including green coal mining and ecological environment protection,efficient coal mining and intelligent mine construction,key technologies and equipment for efficient coal processing,underground coal gasification and mining,ultra-high parameter and ultra-supercritical power generation technology,intelligent and flexible coal-fired power generation technology,new power cycle coal-fired power generation technology,the development of coal-based special fuels,coal-based bulk and specialty chemicals,energy conservation and consumption reduction,large-scale and low-cost carbon capture,CO_(2) utilization and ***,necessary measures from the governmental perspective were also proposed.

The altered blood flow in the foot is an important indicator of early diabetic foot ***,it is challenging to measure the blood flow at the whole foot *** study presents an approach for estimating the foot arterial blood flow using the temperature distribution and an artificial neural *** quantify the relationship between the blood flow and the temperature distribution,a bioheat transfer model of a voxel-meshed foot tissue with discrete blood vessels is established based on the computed tomography(CT)sequential images and the anatomical information of the vascular *** our model,the heat transfer from blood vessels and tissue and the inter-domain heat exchange between them are considered thoroughly,and the computed temperatures are consistent with the experimental *** data are then used to train a neural network to determine the foot arterial blood *** trained network is able to estimate the objective blood flow for various degrees of stenosis in multiple blood vessels with an accuracy rate of more than 90%.Compared with the Pennes bioheat transfer equation,this model fully describes intra-and inter-domain heat transfer in blood vessels and tissue,closely approximating physiological *** introducing a vascular component to an inverse model,the blood flow itself,rather than blood perfusion,can be estimated,directly informing vascular health.

The pH value and viscosity of Y2O3-siO2 （Y-si） slurry made by Y2O3 powders and silica sol for the face coat of Ti-6Al-4V investment casting were measured. The thermal behavior of the shell made by the Y-si face coat system was investigated by differential scanning calorimeter （DsC）, thermal gravimetric （TG） analysis combined with mass spectrometry （Ms）, and the phase transformations were determined by X-ray diffraction （XRD）. Hot strength, residual strength, linear expansion coefficient, and wearing resistance performance of the shell were also tested. The microstructure and elements distri- bution of the interaction layer were studied by scanning electron microscope （sEM） and energy-dispersive spectrometer （EDs）, respectively. The microhardness tester was applied for the microhardness. The results showed that the slurry was stable for at least 60 h. A very small amount of YZrO3 was formed below 1050℃ and Y2siO5 was formed around 1450℃. The shell made by Y-si system had good mechanical property which could reduce cracks during the procedure of dewaxing and inclusions during pouring. some Al volatilized from the melt, permeated the surface of the face coat shell, and formed the black reaction layer, which blocked the permeation of O so that O penetration was limited to 5μm. The depth of si penetration was about 60 μm. The hard layer was also around 60 μm.

A full-scale oxidation ditch process for treating sewage was simulated with the AsM2d model and optimized for minimal cost with acceptable performance in terms of ammonium and phosphorus removal. A unified index was introduced by integrating operational costs （aeration energy and sludge production） with effluent violations for performance evaluation. scenario analysis showed that, in comparison with the baseline （all of the 9 aerators activated）, the strategy of activating 5 aerators could save aeration energy significantly with an ammonium violation below 10%. sludge discharge scenario analysis showed that a sludge discharge flow of 250- 300 ma/day （solid retention time （sRT）, 13-15 days） was appropriate for the enhancement of phosphorus removal without excessive sludge production. The proposed optimal control strategy was： activating 5 rotating disks operated with a mode of ＂111100100＂（＂1＂ represents activation and ＂0＂ represents inactivation） for aeration and sludge discharge flow of 200 m3/day （sRT, 19 days）. Compared with the baseline, this strategy could achieve ammonium violation below 10% and TP violation below 30% with substantial reduction of aeration energy cost （46%） and minimal increment of sludge production （〈 2%）. This study provides a useful approach for the optimization of process operation and control.

Pre-cooling the inlet air of a dry cooling tower by means of a spray can improve the tower performance during periods of high *** study the spray effect on the thermal performance of natural draft dry cooling towers(NDDCTs),in this study 3-D numerical simulations of such a process have been conducted using Fluent 16.2(a two-way coupled Eulerian-Lagrangian approach).The considered NDDCT is 120 m high and only half system is simulated due to its structural *** different spray strategies have been investigated at a typical crosswind speed of 4 m/s,which is the most frequent wind *** results have shown that:(1)The three implemented spray strategies can improve the thermal performance of the studied NDDCT with a vary-ing degree of *** one case,the heat rejection rate can be increased by 35.2%,and the tower outlet water temperature can be decreased by 2.1℃ when compared with the no spray case;(2)To improve the thermal per-formance of the NDDCT using a small amount of water,the design of the spray pre-cooling system must include more nozzles on the windward and fewer or even no nozzles on the leeward sides of the NDDCT.

The ordered membrane electrode assembly(MEA)has gained much attention because of its potential in improving mass ***,a comprehensive study was conducted on the influence of the patterned microporous layer(MPL)on the proton exchange membrane fuel cell *** patterned MPL is employed,grooves are generated between the catalyst layer and the gas diffusion *** is found that the grooves do not increase the contact resistance,and it is beneficial for water *** the MEA works under low humidity scenarios,the MEA with patterned MPL illustrated higher performance,due to the reduced inner resistance caused by improved water retention,leading to increased ionic ***,when the humidity is higher than 80%or working under high current density,the generated water accumulated in the grooves and hindered the oxygen mass transport,leading to a reduced MEA performance.

High-Temperature Deformation and Low-Temperature Fracture Behavior of steel slag Rubber Asphalt Mixture surface Layer

steel slag is regarded as one of the most widespread solid by-products of steel smelting with little commercial *** can play a vital role in the construction industry especially in the field of transportation infrastructure ***,there are few evaluation systems established on the high-temperature deformation and low-temperature fracture behavior of steel slag rubber asphalt mixture(ssRAM).This study explores the perfor-mance of ssRAM by uniaxial penetration test,semi-Circular Bending(sCB)test and evaluates test data through regression *** uniaxial penetration test results shows that the failure deformation of ssRAM increases with the increase of steel slag *** to the minimum allowable permanent deformation(R Ts-min),the deformation of ssRAM should be controlled within 3 ***,the cracking index of the ssRAM surface layer calculated at low temperature can meet the design *** sCB test results show that the stress peak degradation rate(specimens with 10 mm notch are compared with 0 mm)of ssRAM with 40%steel slag content is 20.04%.That means proper steel slag content makes the stress peak degradation rate of ssRAM reaches the lowest *** calculation results of fracture energy density(J_(1C))show that the steel slag additive reduced the fracture energy density of ***,it is still proved that ssRAM with 40%steel slag has the best low-temperature fracture performance based on critical fracture toughness(K_(1C))and fracture stress ***-more,the crack propagation velocity parametric equation of ssRAM is proposed through fracture mechanics theory and the increase of velocity is *** the high-temperature deformation resistance and low-temperature fracture property,the ssRAM surface layer with 40%steel slag content showed a batter application potential.

Quasi-solid state synthesis of EU-1 zeolite and its catalytic properties for the isomerization of C_8 aromatics

In this study,EU-1 zeolite was successfully synthesized via a quasi-solid state approach and assembled to catalyst for the C 8 aromatics isomerization *** catalytic properties were tuned through careful modification of the acidity of EU-1 zeolites and metal-doping of the *** was shown that EU-1 was an excellent candidate for the C 8 aromatics isomerization process due to its unique *** addition,steam treatment of EU-1 at 450-500 ℃ could optimize the acidic properties of the catalyst,hence enhance its catalytic *** effect of the amount of Pt on ethylbenzene conversion was studied and the optimum amount was determined to be about 0.3-0.4 wt%.It was confirmed that EU-1 zeolite prepared via a quasi-solid state approach and then dealuminated by steam treatment had better activity and selectivity than conventional mordenite（MOR） zeolite and could be an excellent candidate for C 8 aromatics isomerization.
