The leucine-rich repeat(LRR)protein family is involved in a variety of fundamental metabolic and signaling processes in plants,including growth and defense *** proteins can be divided into two categories:those containing LRR domains along with other structural elements,which are further subdivided into five groups,LRR receptor-like kinases,LRR receptor-like proteins,nucleotide-binding site LRR proteins,LRR-extensin proteins,and polygalacturonase-inhibiting proteins,and those containing only LRR ***,various LRR proteins are primarily involved in plant development and responses to environmental ***,the LRR protein family plays a central role in signal transduction pathways related to stress *** this review,we classify and analyze the functions of LRR proteins in *** extensive research has been conducted on the roles of LRR proteins in disease resistance signaling,these proteins also play important roles in abiotic stress *** review highlights recent advances in understanding how LRR proteins mediate responses to biotic and abiotic *** upon these insights,further exploration of the roles of LRR proteins in abiotic stress resistance may aid efforts to develop rice varieties with enhanced stress and disease tolerance.

The chemistry of sulfur cycle contributes significantly to the atmospheric nucleation process,which is the first step of new particle formation(NPF).In the present study,cycloaddition reaction mechanism of sulfur trioxide(SO_(3))to hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S)which is a typical air pollutant and toxic gas detrimental to the environment were comprehensively investigate through theoretical calculations and Atmospheric Cluster Dynamic Code ***-phase stability and nucleation potential of the product thiosulfuric acid(H_(2)S_(2)O_(3),TSA)were further analyzed to evaluate its atmospheric *** any catalysts,the H_(2)S+SO_(3)reaction is infeasible with a barrier of 24.2 kcal/*** nucleation precursors formic acid(FA),sulfuric acid(SA),and water(H_(2)O)could effectively lower the reaction barriers as catalysts,even to a barrierless reaction with the efficiency of cis-SA>trans-FA>trans-SA>H_(2)***,the gas-phase stability of TSA was investigated.A hydrolysis reaction barrier of up to 61.4 kcal/mol alone with an endothermic isomerization reaction barrier of 5.1 kcal/mol under the catalytic effect of SA demonstrates the sufficient stability of ***,topological and kinetic analysis were conducted to determine the nucleation potential of *** clusters formed by TSA and atmospheric nucleation precursors(SA,ammonia NH_(3),and dimethylamine DMA)were thermodynamically ***,the gradually decreasing evaporation coefficients for TSA-base clusters,particularly for TSA-DMA,suggests that TSA may participate in NPF where the concentration of base molecules are relatively *** present new reaction mechanismmay contributes to a better understanding of atmospheric sulfur cycle and NPF.

Kyasanur Forest disease(KFD),a tick-borne viral hemorrhagic fever,is endemic in five districts of Karnataka state,*** reports of the spread of disease to neighboring districts of the Western Ghats,namely Chamarajanagar district in Karnataka,Nilgiri district in Tamil Nadu,Wayanad and Malappuram districts in Kerala,and Pali village in Goa are a cause for *** vaccination of the affected population,establishing an event-based surveillance system for monkey deaths in the national parks,wildlife sanctuaries and reserve forests of the Western Ghats would help detect the disease early and thereby help implement appropriate control measures.

Objective:Rhei Radix et Rhizoma has five types of products,namely,raw rhubarb(RR),wine rhubarb(WR),vinegar rhubarb(VR),cooked rhubarb(CR),and rhubarb charcoal(RC).However,Rhei Radix et Rhizoma is easily contaminated with fungi and mycotoxins if not harvested or processed ***,we intend to analyze how microbiome assemblies and co-occurrence patterns are influenced by sampling locations and processing ***:High-throughput sequencing and internal transcribed spacer 2(ITS2) were carried out to study the diversities(α-and β-diversity),composition(dominant taxa and potential biomarkers),and network complexitity of surface fungi on RR, WR,VR,CR,and RC collected from Gansu and Sichuan provinces,***:The phyla Ascomycota and Basidiomycota;the genera Kazachstania,Malassezia,and Asterotremella;and the species Kazachstania exigua,Asterotremella pseudolonga,and Malassezia restricta were the dominant fungi and exhibited differences in the two provinces and the five processed *** α-diversity and network complexity were strongly dependent on processing *** 1,the Shannon index,and network complexity and connectivity were highest in the CR *** α-diversity and network complexity were influenced by sampling *** 1 and network complexity and connectivity were highest in the Gansu ***:The assembly and network of the surface microbiome on Rhei Radix et Rhizoma were shaped by processing methods and sampling *** paper offers a comprehensive understanding of microorganisms,which can provide early warning for potential mycotoxins and ensure the safety of drugs and consumers.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of ethylacetate fraction(Fr-Et) and methanolic fraction(FrMe) obtained from Cressa cretica L.(***) L on experimental models for bronchodilatory activity and mast cell stabilising ***:The effect of Fr-Et and Fr-Me were studied on acetylcholine and histamine aerosol-induced broncospasm using guinea pigs as experimental ***,the effects of these fractions were evaluated on the isolated guinea pig tracheal *** this mast cell degranulation effect was assessed using egg albumin and compound 48/80 on rat peritoneal mast ***:Significant increase in nreconvulsion time was observed due to pretrealment with the fractions when guinea pigs were exposed to histamine and acetylcholine ***-Et and Fr-Me significantly increased the preconvulsion in a dose depended manner that suggestive of bronchodilating ***-Et and Fr-Me exhibited a significant concentration dependant relaxant effect on guinea pig trachea pre-contracted with CCh,K^+ and *** results revealed that Fr-Et to be more potent than Fr-Me in relaxing histamine and K^+ and calcium induced contraction than CCh induced *** on the fractions in protecting mast cell degranulation,which were elicited by the egg albumin as well as synthetic compound 48/80 revealed both the fractions significantly protect the mast cell degranulation,which release mediators such as histamine and proinflammatory cytokines through various stimuli in a dose depended ***:Thus our study established the bronchodilator activity,and mast cell stabilizing activity which are important mediators that provoke or sustain in asthma.
