This paper proposes a novel AC filter system for a line co.mutated co.verter high voltage DC(LCC-HVDC)transmission *** the co.rdination of the hybrid active power filters(APF)and the existing reactive co.pensation devices,the proposed filter system can not only enhance the suppression performance for LCC-HVDC harmonics,but also optimize the AC yard layout with reduced reactive power subbanks,reducing the co.t of HVDC *** novel filter system adopts a serial passive resonance topology obtained by careful co.parison of different APFs.A proper co.trol scheme is then designed integrating the co.trol strategy of the APF and impedance characteristics of the HVDC system,which is able to realize harmonic suppression and dynamic reactive power support *** addition,a novel self-adaption digital low-pass filter algorithm is presented,which is used in the APF harmonic detecting step,enhancing both high precision and fast dynamic *** the basis of a real HVDC project,the advantages of proposed filter system in harmonic suppression,reactive power regulation,and sub-banks reduction are simulated and demonstrated.

This paper proposes a distributed robust optimal dispatch model to enhance information security and interaction among the operators in the regional integrated energy system(RIES).Our model regards the distribution network and each energy hub(EH)as independent operators and employs robust optimization to improve operational security caused by wind and photovoltaic(PV)power output uncertainties,with only deterministic information exchanged across *** paper also adopts the alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM)algorithm to facilitate secure information interaction among multiple RIES operators,maximizing the benefit for each ***,the traditional ADMM algorithm with fixed step size is modified to be adaptive,addressing issues of redundant interactions caused by suboptimal initial step size settings.A case study validates the effectiveness of the proposed model,demonstrating the superiority of the ADMM algorithm with adaptive step size and the eco.omic benefits of the distributed robust optimal dispatch model over the distributed stochastic optimal dispatch model.

General image classification method based on semi-supervised generative adversarial networks

Generative adversarial networks(GANs) have beco.e a co.petitive method among co.puter vision tasks. There have been many studies devoted to utilizing generative network to do generative tasks, such as images synthesis. In this paper, a semi-supervised learning scheme is inco.porated with generative adversarial network on image classification tasks to improve the image classification accuracy. Two applications of GANs are mainly focused on: semi-supervised learning and generation of images which can be as real as possible. The whole process is divided into two sections. First, only a small part of the dataset is utilized as labeled training data. And then a huge amount of samples generated from the generator is added into the training samples to improve the generalization of the discriminator. Through the semi-supervised learning scheme, full use of the unlabeled data is made which may co.tain potential information. Thus, the classification accuracy of the discriminator can be improved. Experimental results demonstrate the improvement of the classification accuracy of discriminator among different datasets, such as MNIST, CIFAR-10.

In the power distribution system,the missing or inco.rect file of users-transformer relationship(UTR)in lowvoltage station area(LVSA)will affect the leanmanagement of the LVSA,and the operation andmaintenance of the distribution *** effectively improve the lean management of LVSA,the paper proposes an identification method for the UTR based on Local Selective co.bination in ParallelOutlier Ensembles algorithm(LSCP).Firstly,the voltage data is reco.structed based on the information entropy to highlight the differences in ***,the LSCP algorithmco.bines four base outlier detection algorithms,namely Isolation Forest(I-Forest),One-Class Support VectorMachine(OC-SVM),co.ula-Based Outlier Detection(co.OD)and Local Outlier Factor(LOF),to co.struct the identification model of *** model can accurately detect users’differences in voltage data,and identify users with wrong ***,the key input parameter of the LSCP algorithm is determined automatically through the line loss rate,and the influence of artificial settings on reco.nition accuracy can be ***,thismethod is verified in the actual LVSA where the recall and precision rates are 100%co.pared with ***,the applicability to the LVSAs with difficult data acquisition and the voltage data error in transmission are *** proposed method adopts the ensemble learning framework and does not need to set the detection threshold *** it is applicable to the LVSAs with difficult data acquisition and high voltage similarity,which improves the stability and accuracy of UTR identification in LVSA.

To enhance the co.t-effectiveness of bulk hybrid AC-DC power systems and promote wind co.sumption,this paper proposes a two-stage risk-based robust reserve scheduling(RRRS)*** from traditional robust optimization,the proposed model applies an adjustable uncertainty set rather than a fixed ***,the operational risk is optimized together with the dispatch schedules,with a reasonable admissible region of wind power obtained *** addition,both the operational base point and adjustment capacity of tielines are optimized in the RRRS model,which enables reserve sharing among the co.nected areas to handle the significant wind *** on the alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM),a fully distributed framework is presented to solve the RRRS model in a distributed way.A dynamic penalty factor adjustment strategy(DPA)is also developed and applied to enhance its co.vergence *** only limited information needs to be exchanged during the solution process,the co.munication burden is reduced and regional information is *** studies on the 2-area 12-bus system and 3-area 354-bus system illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed model and approach.

Generally,an accurate model can describe the operating states of a system more effectively and provide a more reliable theoretical basis for the system optimization and *** from the traditional intrusive modeling,a non-intrusive modeling method based on two-stage generative adversarial network(TS-GAN)is proposed for integrated energy system(IES).By using this method,non-intrusive modeling for the IES including photovoltaic,wind power,energy storage,and energy co.pling equipment can be carried ***,the characteristics of IES are analyzed and extracted based on the meteorological data,energy output,and energy price,and then the characteristic database is ***,the loads are classified as unco.trollable loads and schedulable loads based on frequency domain deco.position to facilitate energy ***,TS-GAN algorithm based on the Stackelberg game is *** the TS-GAN,the first-stage GAN is used to generate the operating data of each equipment identified by non-invasive monitoring,and the seco.d-stage GAN distinguishes the accumulated data generated by first-stage GAN and further modifies the generator models of the first-stage ***,the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed method are verified by the simulation of an energy region.
