Hybrid multi-terminal direct current(MTDC)transmission technology has been a research focus,and primary frequency regulation(FR)improvement in the receiving-end system is one of the problems to be *** paper presents a decentralized primary FR scheme for hybrid MTDC power systems co.sidering multi-source enhancement to help suppress frequency disturbance in the receiving-end *** the co.verters only need local frequency or DC voltage signal input to respond to system disturbance without co.munication or a co.trol center,i.e.,a decentralized co.trol *** proposed scheme can activate appropriate power sources to assist in FR in various system disturbance severities with fine-designed thresholds,ensuring sufficient utilization of each power *** better balance FR performance and FR resource participation,an evaluation index is proposed and the parameter optimization problem is further ***,the validity of the proposed scheme is verified by simulations in MATLAB/Simulink.

Distribution generation(DG)technology based on a variety of renewable energy technologies has developed rapidly.A large number of multi-type DG are co.nected to the distribution network(DN),resulting in a decline in the stability of DN *** is urgent to find a method that can effectively co.nect multi-energy DG to ***(PV),wind power generation(WPG),fuel cell(FC),and micro gas turbine(MGT)are co.sidered in this paper.A multi-objective optimization model was established based on the life cycle co.t(LCC)of DG,voltage quality,voltage fluctuation,system network loss,power deviation of the tie-line,DG pollution emission index,and meteorological index weight of ***-objective artificial bee co.ony algorithm(MOABC)was used to determine the optimal location and capacity of the four kinds of DG access DN,and co.pared with the other three heuristic *** tests based on IEEE 33 test node and IEEE 69 test node show that in IEEE 33 test node,the total voltage deviation,voltage fluctuation,and system network loss of DN decreased by 49.67%,7.47%and 48.12%,respectively,co.pared with that without DG *** the IEEE 69 test node,the total voltage deviation,voltage fluctuation and system network loss of DN in the MOABC co.figuration scheme decreased by 54.98%,35.93%and 75.17%,respectively,co.pared with that without DG co.figuration,indicating that MOABC can reasonably plan the capacity and location of *** the maximum trade-off between DG eco.omy and DN operation stability.

Optimal scheduling of a township integrated-energy system using the adjustable heat-electricity ratio model

With the expansion and implementation of rural revitalization strategies,there is a co.stant need for new energy sources for the co.struction of new ***,integrated energy systems with the interco.nection and interaction of multiple energy sources are developing *** energy,a renewable green energy source with low pollution and wide distribution,has significant application potential in integrated energy *** the application of biomass energy in townships,this study established an integrated biomass energy system and proposed a model to optimize its *** economic co.t and highest clean energy utilization rate were co.sidered as the objective *** addition,a plan was suggested to adjust the heat-electricity ratio based on the characteristics of the co.bined heat and power of the ***,a simulation analysis co.ducted for a town in China was discussed,demonstrating that the co.struction of a township integrated-energy system and the use of biomass can significantly reduce operating co.ts and improve the energy utilization ***,by adjusting the heat-electricity ratio,the economic co.t was further reduced by 6.70%,whereas the clean energy utilization rate was increased by 5.14%.

Given large-scale modern power systems with pow er electronic co.verters,the numerical simulation with subsyn chronous oscillation(SSO)faces great challenges in engineering practice due to sharply enlarged modeling scale and high co. putational *** reduce the modeling scale,network parti tion and equivalent beco.es a vital technique in numerical sim *** several methods have been developed for net work equivalent,a generally accepted rule for network parti tion is still *** paper proposes that the system can be partitioned into three parts,i.e.,the internal,the middle,and the external subsystems,in which the internal subsystem co.sists of all power electronic co.ponents,the middle subsys tem includes those selected AC dynamic co.ponents with de tailed models,and the remaining co.ponents and buses co.sti tute the external *** external subsystem is further represented by an equivalent RLC network determined by the frequency dependent network equivalent(FDNE)*** the proposed method,the observability index and the electrical distance index are used to identify the interface between the middle and the external *** studies based on a modified Hydro-Quebec system are used to verify the effective ness of the proposed method.

The rapid development of cyber technology and the increase of flexible resources have transformed the distribution network into a cyber-physical distribution system,while the acco.panying multidimensional uncertainties have brought new planning *** this paper,an innovative approach is proposed to effectively leverage distributed resources while co.sidering the impact of cyber-physical co.pling in distribution network planning.A cyber-physical integrated planning model of the distribution network is proposed,co.sidering the effects of spatial-temporal flexible resources and multi-network ***,a three-layer optimization model is established and analyzed by the simulate anneal-particle swarm optimization *** upper layer achieves the optimization of the location and co.figuration of energy storage systems and smart terminal *** middle layer optimizes the data load migration strategy using spatial-temporal flexible resources to solve the voltage exceeding problem caused by high penetration of distributed power access,while the lower layer optimizes the cyber side co.munication topology,improving the co.vergence speed and co.trol performance of the distribution ***,the optimization model is analyzed iteratively with objective functions including total planning co.t,operation excess loss and distributed co.trol ***,the effectiveness and eco.omy of the proposed planning scheme is verified and co.pared to traditional methods.

After the integration of large-scale DistributedGeneration(DG)into the distribution network,the randomness and volatility of its output result in a reduction of spatiotemporal alignment between power generation and demand in the distribution network,exacerbating the phenomenon of wind and solar power *** a novel power system model,the fundamental co.cept of Regional Autonomous Power grids(RAPGs)is to achieve localized management and energy autonomy,thereby facilitating the effective co.sumption of ***,this paper proposes a distributed resource planning strategy that enhances the autonomy capabilities of regional power grids by co.sidering multiple evaluation indexes for ***,a regional Energy Storage(ES)co.figuration strategy is *** strategy can select a suitable reference value for the upper limit of ES co.figuration based on the regional load andDGoutput to maximize the elimination of source load deviations in the region as the upper limit co.straint of ES ***,a co.trol strategy for regional ES is proposed,the charging and discharging reference line of ES is set,and multiple autonomy and economic indexes are used as objective functions to select different proportions of ES to co.trol the distributed resources of the regional power grid and establish evaluation indexes of the internal regional generation and load power ratio,the proportion of power supply matching hours,new energy co.sumption rate and tie line power imbalance outside the region to evaluate changes in the regional autonomy *** final simulation results showthat in the real regional grid example,the planning method in the planning year in the region of the overall power supply matching hour ratio and new energy co.sumption rate increased by 3.9%and 4.8%on average,and the power imbalance of the tie line decreased by 7.8%on *** proposed planning approach enables the maximization of regional autonomy while effectively smoothing the fluct

To avoid the seco.dary frequency dip caused by the steep drop of the electrical power of wind turbines(WTs)at the end of frequency support stage,the torque limit-based iner-tial co.trol(TLIC)method sets the power reference as a linear function of rotor speed,rather than the step form for the step-wise inertial ***,the co.pensation effect on the frequency nadir(FN)caused by the load surge is weakened as the TLIC power is no longer in the step ***,the maximum point of the frequency response co.ponent(FRC)co.tributed by TLIC occurs earlier than the minimum point of FRC co.responding to the load surge,so that the FN cannot be adequately ***,this paper first investigates the relation between the peak and nadir times of FRCs stimulated by the TLIC and load *** this basis,with the co.pensation principle of matching the peak and nadir times of FRCs,the improved TLIC method based on delayed support is ***,the effectiveness of the proposed method is validated via the experiments on the test bench of wind-integrated power system.

The launch of the carbon-allowance trading market has changed the co.t structure of the power *** is an asynchronous co.pling mechanism between the carbon-allowance-trading market and the day-ahead power-system *** this study,a data-driven model of the uncertainty in the annual carbon price was ***,a co.laborative,robust dispatch model was co.structed co.sidering the annual uncertainty of the carbon price and the daily uncertainty of renewable-energy *** model is solved using the co.umn-and-co.straint generation *** operation and co.t model of a carbon-capture power plant(CCPP)that co.ples the carbon market and the economic operation of the power system is also *** critical,profitable co.ditions for the economic operation of the CCPP were *** studies demonstrated that the proposed low-carbon,robust dispatch model reduced carbon emissions by 2.67%co.pared with the traditional,economic,dispatch *** total fuel co.t of generation decreases with decreasing,co.servative,carbon-price-uncertainty levels,while total carbon emissions co.tinue to *** the carbon-quota co.fficient decreases,the system dispatch tends to increase low-carbon unit *** study can provide important guidance for carbon-market design and the low-carbon-dispatch selection strategies.
