Parameter optimization of co.plex network based on the change-point identification

This paper proposes a novel method for the parameter optimization of co.plex networks established through co.rsening and phase space ***,we identify the change-points of the time series based on the cumulative sum(CUSUM)co.trol chart ***,we optimize the co.rse-graining parameters and phase space embedding dimension based on the evolution analysis of the global topology index(betweenness)at the mutation ***,we co.duct a simulation analysis based on real-time data of Chinese co.per spot *** results show that the delay of the co.per spot prices in Chinese spot market is 1 day,and the optimal embedding dimension of the phase space reco.struction is *** acceptance level of the investors towards the small fluctuations in co.per spot prices is 0.2 times than the average level of price fluctuations,which means that an average price fluctuation of 0.2 times is the optimal co.rse-graining parameter.

With the wide application of renewable energy power generation technology,the distribution network presents the characteristics of multi-source and co.plex *** are potential risks in the stability of power system,and the problem of power quality is beco.ing more and more *** paper studies and proposes a power optimization co.perative co.trol strategy for flexible fast interco.nection device with energy storage,which co.bines the flexible interco.nection technology with the energy storage *** primary technology is to regulate the active and reactive power of the *** co.paring the actual power value of the co.verter with the reference value,the proportional integral(PI)co.troller is used for co.rection,and the current co.ponents of d and q axes are obtained and input to the co.verter as the reference value of the current inner *** co.trol strategy in this paper can realize power mutual aid between feeders,and at the same time,the energy storage device can provide or absorb a certain amount of power for feeders,so that the power grid can realize stable operation in a certain range.

An energy storage station(ESS)usually includes multiple battery systems under parallel *** each battery system,a power co.version system(PCS)is used to co.nect the power system with the battery *** allocating the ESS power to multi-parallel PCSs in situations with fluctuating operation,the existing power co.trol methods for parallel PCSs have difficulty in achieving the optimal efficiency during a long-term time *** addition,existing Q-learning algorithms for adaptive power allocation suffer from the curse of *** overco.e these challenges,an adaptive power co.trol method based on the double-layer Q-learning algorithm for n parallel PCSs of the ESS is proposed in this ***,a selection method for the power allocation co.fficient is developed to avoid repeated ***,the outer action space is divided into n+1 power allocation modes acco.ding to the power allocation characteristics of the optimal operation *** inner layer uses an actor neural network to determine the optimal action strategy of power allocations in the non-steady *** with existing power co.trol methods,the proposed method achieves better performance for both static and dynamic operation efficiency *** proposed method optimizes the overall operation efficiency of PCSs effectively under the fluctuating power outputs of the ESS.

In order to study the financial behavior of investors in the spot market,the transmission process of futures prices to spot prices is ***,a co.rse-graining method is proposed to co.struct a dual-layer co.pled co.plex network of spot price and futures ***,to characterize the financial behavior of investors in the spot market,a price co.pling strength indicator is introduced to capture investors’overreaction and underreaction *** simulation results show that,despite the focus of researchers on arbitrage opportunities between futures and spot markets,investors in the spot market will not overreact or delay when the acceptance level of price fluctuations remains *** the co.trary,when the stable co.fficient of the price difference between the futures and spot markets remains unchanged,investors undergo a nonlinear process of overreaction followed by underreaction as their acceptance level of price fluctuations increases.

PSO-LSSVM-based Online SOC Estimation for Simulation Substation Battery

As the emergency power supply for a simulation substation,lead-acid batteries have a work pattern featuring nonco.tinuous operation,which leads to capacity ***,the accurate estimation of battery state of charge(SOC),a measurement of the amount of energy available in a battery,remains a hard nut to crack because of the non-stationarity and randomness of battery capacity *** paper has proposed a co.prehensive method for lead-acid battery SOC estimation,which may aid in maintaining a reasonable charging schedule in a simulation substation and improving battery’s *** on the battery work pattern,an improved Ampere-hour method is used to calculate the SOC during co.stant current and co.stant voltage(CC/CV)charging and *** addition,the co.bined Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)and Least Squares Support Vector Machine(LSSVM)model is used to estimate the SOC during non-CC *** results show that this method is workable in online SOC estimation of working batteries in a simulation substaion,with the maximum relative error standing at only 2.1%during the non-training period,indicating a high precision and wide applicability.

To reduce current harmonics caused by switching frequency,T-type grid-co.nected inverter topology with LCL filter is *** view of the disadvantages of the slow response speed of the traditional current co.trol and the failure to eliminate the influence of the LCL filter on the grid-co.nected current by using current PI co.trol alone,a current double closed loop PI current tracking co.trol is *** the theoretical analysis of the grid-co.nected inverter co.trol principle,the grid-co.nected inverter co.trol model is designed,and the transfer functionmodel of each co.trol link is deduced,and the current loop PI regulator is designed at *** simulation results show that the co.trol strategy is feasible.

Insulator defect detection plays a vital role in maintaining the secure operation of power *** address the issues of the difficulty of detecting small objects and missing objects due to the small scale,variable scale,and fuzzy edge morphology of insulator defects,we co.struct an insulator dataset with 1600 samples co.taining flashovers and *** a simple and effective surface defect detection method of power line insulators for difficult small objects is ***,a high-resolution featuremap is introduced and a small object prediction layer is added so that the model can detect tiny ***,a simplified adaptive spatial feature fusion(SASFF)module is introduced to perform cross-scale spatial fusion to improve adaptability to variable multi-scale ***,we propose an enhanced deformable attention mechanism(EDAM)*** integrating a gating activation function,the model is further inspired to learn a small number of critical sampling points near reference *** the module can improve the perception of object *** experimental results indicate that co.cerning the dataset of flashover and breakage defects,this method improves the performance of YOLOv5,YOLOv7,and *** practical application,it can simply and effectively improve the precision of power line insulator defect detection and reduce missing detection for difficult small objects.
