In this paper, we define mobile cloud computing and describe how it can be used for delivering advanced any-media services to both nomadic and mobile users. We focus on service delivery that is localized and personalized and suggest that virtualization and tighter cross-layer communication allows for convergence and seamless transition of services. These are also creating new and never-before seen ways of developing and delivering personalized any-media services. We discuss current paradigms for implementing cloud-based any-media services that generate revenue. Future research topics and requirements for evolving network and service elements are also discussed.

Global operators are in the process of constructing next generation IP packet-switched networks, with the view of moving towards full IP-based networks. As data services increase, improvements in bandwidth, Quality of Service （QoS）, Operation Administration and Maintenance （OAM）, and network reliability are required. Convergence of network data transmission and network communications technology has been driven by converged IP services （including video, voice, and data）, and unified multi-service load demand. Packet Transport Networking （PTN） has come into being to meet these requirements, and PTN standards are being developing rapidly.

Ion-sensitive field-effect transistor （ISFET）-based biosensor for amino acids was proposed, and the response of the sensor to amino acids was evaluated. As a molecular recognition element, aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase which would be expected to have high selectivity for the corresponding amino acids was used, aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase was coated onto an ISFET electrode, and the response of the biosensor to amino acids was evaluated. The amino acid sensor for tyrosine showed a selective response to tyrosine because of the specific binding ability of aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase for tyrosine and from 300μM to 900 μM of tyrosine could be measured （r2 〉 0.969）.

In the qq quark model, the states π2（1670） and η2（1645） are assigned as the I1D2 meson nonet. The partner of state η2（1645） needs further confirmation in the experiments. We employ the meson-meson mixing and the Regge trajectory methods to calculate the mass of the partner of state η2 （1645） to be 1879.8 MeV and 1863 ± 24 MeV respectively. We also calculate the strong decay width in the 3po decay model. These predictions can be compared with experiments in the future.

Through applied researches, the regularity of thermal infrared radiation of the coal seams has been found, a model of thermal radiation of the coal seams established, and the internal relations of the information extracted from remote sensing images with coal seams and coal measures revealed. Through a series of complete tests of remote sensing techniques such as multi-level (space, aerial and ground) synchronous remote-sensing and multi-directional, multiband and multitemporal remote sensing, the optimal procedure for applications of remote sensing techniques in coal geology has been determined. The theories and methods established in the applied researches have yielded apparent economic results and social benefits in respect to coal field prediction, coal reconnaissance, coal geological surveys and detection of geological hazards in coal mines.
