A great amount of results obtained from the experiments carried out by a number of scientist. and by us especially have been subjected to modeling which enabled to implement analysis according to the method of dialectics ＂cause^-~consequence＂. A variety of numerous factors （chemical, physical, etc.） that engender the same biological process have been characterized by a single vector-energy （E） which along with the time （T） parameter defines the dose： D （dose） = E （energy） x T （time）. Dose （D） as a cause and biological process as a consequence revealed a number of interrelated regularities such as discontinuity, continuity, homogeneity, heterogeneity, relativity, successiveness, abruptness, spontaneity and correlation between biological processes. Thus, the life cycle in vivo was based on these regularities. Besides, these regularities are necessary and sufficient to prove biologically the bioprocess realized by the mechanism of ＂quantum theory＂.

A novel output feedback control law with dist.rbance compensation for nonlinear multiinputmulti-output (MIMO) time-invariant syst.ms under measurement noises is proposed. Therefore, the proposed algorithm is efficient under noises with large *** conditions in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) provide a practical exponentialst.bility of the closed-loop syst.m. The capacity of all cells to respond to st.muli implies the conduction of information at least.over short *** multicellular organisms,more complex syst.ms of integration and coordination of activities are *** most.animals,the processing of information is performed by a nervous *** the most.basal taxa,sponges are nerveless so that it is traditionally assumed that the integrated neuro-sensory syst.m originated only once in Eumetazoa,a hypothesis not in agreement with some recent phylogenomic *** aim of this review is to show that recent data on sponges might provide clues for underst.nding the origin of this complex ***,sponges are able to react to external st.muli,and some of them display spontaneous movement *** coordinated behaviors involve nervous syst.m-like mechanisms,such as action potentials and/or ***,genomic analyses show that sponges possess genes orthologous to those involved in the patterning or function-ing of the neuro-sensory syst.m in ***,some of these genes are expressed in specific cells(flask cells,choanocytes).Together with ultrast.uctural data,this gives rise to challenging hypotheses concerning cell types that might play neuro-sensory-like roles in sponges.

The paper is discussing problems connected with embedment of the incubation time criterion for brittle fracture into finite element computational schemes. Incubation time fracture criterion is reviewed; practical quest.ons of its numerical implementation are extensively discussed. Several examples of how the incubation time fracture criterion can be used as fracture condition in finite element computations are given. The examples include simulations of dynamic crack propagation and arrest. impact crater formation （i.e. fracture in initially intact media）, spall fracture in plates, propagation of cracks in pipelines. Applicability of the approach to model initiation, development and arrest.of dynamic fracture is claimed.

Objective To assess the incidence and predictors of heart rhythm and conduction dist.rbances in hypertensive obese patients with andwithout obst.uctive sleep apnea （OSA）. Methods This is an open, cohort, prospective st.dy. Out of 493 screened patients, we selected 279hypertensive, obese individuals without severe concomitant diseases： 75 patients without sleep-disordered breathing （non-SDB group）, and204 patients with OSA （OSA group）. At baseline, all patients underwent examination, including ECG, Holter ECG monitoring, and sleepst.dy. During follow-up （on 3, 5, 7 and 10th years; phone calls once per 6 months）, information about new events, changes in therapy and lifest.le was collected, diagnost.c procedures were performed. As the endpoints, we regist.red significant heart rhythm and conduction disordersas following： atrial fibrillation （AF）, ventricular tachycardia, atrioventricular block （AV） 2-3 degree, sinoatrial block, significant sinus pauses（〉 2000 ms）, and the required pacemaker implantation. Results The median follow-up was 108 （67.5-120） months. The frequency of heartrhythm disorders was higher in OSA patients （29 cases, X^2= 5.5; P = 0.019） compared to the non-SDB patients （three cases; OR： 3.92, 95%CI： 1.16-13.29）. AF was regist.red in 15 patients （n = 12 in OSA group; P = 0.77）. Heart conduction dist.rbance developed in 16 patients,without an association with the rate of coronary artery disease onset. Regression analysis showed that only hypertension duration was anindependent predictor olAF （OR： 1.10, 95% CI： 1.04-1.16; P = 0.001）. In case of heart conduction dist.rbances, apnea duration was thest.ongest.predictor （P = 0.002）. Conclusions Hypertensive obese patients with OSA demonst.ate 4-fold higher incidence of heart rhythmand conduction dist.rbances than subjects without SDB. Hypertension duration is an independent predictor for AF development, while sleepapneaJhypopnea duration is the main factor for heart conduction disorders onset in hypertensiv
