We fit various color–magnitude diagrams(CMDs) of the high-latitude Galactic globular clusters NGC 5024(M53),NGC 5053,NGC 5272(M3),NGC 5466,and NGC 7099(M30) by isochrones from the Dartmouth stellar Evolution Database and Bag of stellar Tracks and Isochrones for α–enrichment [α/Fe] = +*** the CMDs,we use data sets from Hubble Space Telescope,Gaia,and other sources utilizing,at least,25 photometric filters for each *** obtain the following characteristics with their statistical uncertainties for NGC 5024,NGC 5053,NGC 5272,NGC 5466,and NGC 7099,respectively:metallicities [Fe/H] =-1.93 ± 0.02,-2.08 ± 0.03,-1.60 ± 0.02,-1.95 ± 0.02,and-2.07 ± 0.04 dex with their systematic uncertainty 0.1 dex;ages 13.00 ± 0.11,12.70 ± 0.11,11.63 ± 0.07,12.15 ± 0.11,and 12.80 ± 0.17 Gyr with their systematic uncertainty 0.8 Gyr;distances(systematic uncertainty added) 18.22 ± 0.06 ± 0.60,16.99 ± 0.06 ± 0.56,10.08 ± 0.04 ± 0.33,15.59 ±0.03 ± 0.51,and 8.29 ± 0.03 ± 0.27 kpc;reddenings E(B-V) = 0.023 ± 0.004,0.017 ± 0.004,0.023 ± 0.004,0.023 ± 0.003,and 0.045 ± 0.002 mag with their systematic uncertainty 0.01 mag;extinctions AV= 0.08 ± 0.01,0.06 ± 0.01,0.08 ± 0.01,0.08 ± 0.01,and 0.16 ± 0.01 mag with their systematic uncertainty 0.03 mag,which suggest the total Galactic extinction AV= 0.08 across the whole Galactic dust to extragalactic objects at the North Galactic *** horizontal branch morphology difference of these clusters is explained by their different metallicity,age,mass-loss efficiency,and loss of low-mass members in the evolution of the core-collapse cluster NGC 7099 and loose clusters NGC 5053 and NGC 5466.

Linguo-Combinatorial Simulation of Complex Systems

Contemporary world is developing system and we must have the new models. Any complex system interacts with its changing environment and its viability depends on its adaptability. The number of arbitrary coefficients in the structure of equivalent equations of complex system changes in the process of learning. In systems with more than six variables, the number of arbitrary coefficients increases first, and then, passing through the maximum, begins to decrease. This phenomenon makes it possible to explain the processes of system growth, complication and death in biological, economical and physical-engineering systems. The author uses the Linguo-combinatorial method of investigation of complex systems, in taking key words for building equivalent equations. This phenomenon is able to increase the adaptability of different systems.

From Digital Analogs Through Recursive Machines to Quantum Computer

The report examines the evolution of computers from digital analogs through non-yon Neumann machines to quantum computers, which are also digital analogs. In the 60 years of digital analogs successfully developed at the Institute of Electromechanics of the USSR in Leningrad. An important stage in the development of non-classical multiprocessor machine performance and reliability has been the development of recursive machines, which was carried out at the Institute of Cybernetics led *** and the Leningrad Institute of Aviation instrumentation. The general approach to the synthesis is carried out through linguo- combinatorial modeling with structured uncertainty.

Contribution in Information Signal Processing for Solving state Space Nonlinear Estimation Problems

In this paper, comprehensive methods to apply several formulations of nonlinear estimators to integrated navigation problems are considered and developed. The problem of linear and nonlinear filters such as Kalman Filter (KF) and Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) is stated. Analog solution which is based on fisher information matrix propagation for linear and nonlinear filtering is also developed. Additionally, the idea of iterations is included through the update step both for Kalman filters and Information filters in order to improve accuracy. Through this development, two new formulations of High order Kalman filters and High order Information filters are presented. Finally, in order to compare these different nonlinear filters, special applications are analyzed by using the proposed techniques to estimate two well-known mathematical state space models, which are based on nonlinear time series used to apply these estimation algorithms. A criterion used for comparison is the root mean square error RMSE and several simulations under specific conditions are illustrated.

Simulation of the Continental Plates Movement for the Earthquake Investigation

Predicting earthquake is old, but a very real issue. On our planet the earthquake killed thousands of people. Predicting earthquake can reduce the number of victims. There are many hypotheses about the nature of earthquakes, and one of the popular hypothesis is that the source of earthquakes links from the point of collision of continental plates, which seemed to float on the surface of the magma. Plate tectonics are confirmed by direct measurements of the speed of plates by interferometric methods and means of satellite navigation systems. The report addresses the problem of modeling the movement of continental plates. Earthquake prediction system should consist of a block of modeling movements of continental plates, the unit of measurement of the real position of slabs and blocks consideration of additional factors affecting the occurrence of earthquakes. Creating a real system of earthquake prediction requires extensive international cooperation.

Relative ontology issue from the principle of differentiation: to be means to differ. This brought us to such scenario of global development, which goes from somatic being through anthropological one and finally to theological one. It is striving to the theological being that is the ground of future morality. The first stage in this direction is rejection of man's orientation towards somatic being, that is relinquishing a significant part of material consumption. The very strategy of the consumer society proves to be immoral. Conversely, man's strife to minimal consumption will be moral. The man of the future will pursue the strategy of creativity in the field of ideas, without their realization into the economical goods designed for consumption. This is the second stage of human development towards theological being. Art is an intellectual activity that corresponds most to this direction of development.

Adaptive “Cubature and Sigma Points” Kalman Filtering Applied to MEMS IMU/GNSS Data Fusion during Measurement Outlier

In this paper, adaptive sensor fusion INS/GNSS is proposed to solve specific problem of non linear time variant state space estimation with measurement outliers, different algorithms are used to solve this specific problem generally occurs in intentional and non-intentional interferences caused by other radio navigation sources, or by the GNSS receiver’s deterioration. Non linear approximation techniques such as Extended Kalman filter EKF, Sigma Point Kalman Filters such as UKF and CDKF are computed to estimate the navigation states for UAV flight control. Several comparisons are conduced and analyzed in order to compare the accuracy and the convergence of different approaches usually applied in navigation data fusion purposes. The last non linear filter algorithm developed is the Cubature Kalman Filter CKF which provides more accurate estimation with more stability in Tracking data fusion application. In this work, CKF is compared with SPKF and EKF in ideal conditions and during GNSS outliers supposed to occur during specific interval of time, innovation based adaptive approach is selected and used to modify the covariance calculation of the non linear filters performed in this paper. Interesting results are observed, discussed with real perspectives in navigation data fusion for real time applications. Three parallel modified algorithms are simulated and compared to non-adaptive forms according to Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) criteria.

Impact of Zener-Hollomon parameter on substructure and texture evolution during thermomechanical treatment of iron-containing wrought aluminium alloys

The objective of the investigation is to evaluate the influence of the Zener-Hollomon parameter on substructure and texture evolution in iron-containing wrought aluminium alloys (type AA8011). Methods applied are X-ray texture analysis, electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) and optical microscopy. The results show a serious impact of the Zener-Hollomon parameter on cube texture evolution during the thermomechanical treatment in iron-containing aluminium alloys. An increase in the Zener-Hollomon parameter reduces the survivability of cube texture during hot deformation and reinforces particle-stimulated nucleation (PSN) during the annealing process. However, thermomechanical treatment at low temperatures leads to active precipitation and as a result fine-dispersed participles tend to block all nuclei except for those producing large cube-oriented grains. It is concluded that in iron-containing wrought aluminium alloys, the general correlation between the Zener-Hollomon parameter and subgrain size is similar to that observed in 3xxx series alloys and can be described by the specific set of equations derived.
