Introducing heavy halogen atoms into organic small molecules is a practical strategy for efficient singlet oxygen(^(1)O_(2))***,bromine or iodine atoms are introduced on the aza-borondipyrromethene(aza-BODIPY)core,rather than on the periphery aryl rings for efficient~1O_(2) ***,an aza-BODIPY dye NBDPBr with unexpected bromination on the periphery aryl rings was synthesized for photoacoustic(PA)imaging-guided synergistic photothermal therapy(PTT)and photodynamic therapy(PDT)in tumor *** to unexcepted bromination at the periphery aryl rings,NBDPBr demonstrated an outstanding singlet oxygen quantum yield(Φ_(Δ))of 66% which was superior to similar brominated photosensitizers previously *** encapsulation with amphiphilic polymer F-127,hydrophilic NBDPBr nanoparticles(NPs)were fabricated and exhibited an excellent photothermal conversion efficiency(η)of 43.0% under 660 nm *** vivo PA imaging results demonstrated that NBDPBr NPs could specifically accumulate at tumor sites and realized the maximum tumor retention at 7 h *** the in vitro and in vivo results indicated the significant potence of NBDPBr with unexpected bis-bromination for PA imaging-guided synergetic PDT/PTT.

This study aimed to determine the infection status,exercise habits,anxiety levels,and sleep quality in Chinese residents who recovered from infection during the period of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)*** also aimed to investigate the influencing factors of recovery status and aid in improving intervention measures for COVID-19 *** study is a sub-study nested within a cross-sectional investigation of infection and physical and mental health among partially recovered residents in all 34 provincial areas of China during the COVID-19 pandemic.A total of 1013 participants(374 males and 639 females)completed the *** endurance was significantly lower after infection than before infection(p<0.001).Women(3.924.97)exhibited higher levels of anxiety than men(3.334.54,p?0.015).The sleep score was significantly higher after infection(8.277.05)than before infection(4.174.97,p<0.001).The active and regular exercise groups exhibited significantly shorter durations of fever than the sedentary and irregular groups(p?0.033;p?0.021).Additionally,the active group demonstrated significantly fewer recovery days([7.323.24]days)than the sedentary group([7.663.06]days,p?0.035).We found a correlation between age and the recovery time of symptoms after *** noted that a greater number of symptoms corresponded to poorer cardiopulmonary fitness and sleep *** who engage in sedentary lifestyles and irregular exercise regimens generally require prolonged recovery ***,incorporating moderate exercise,psychological support,sleep hygiene and other health interventions into post-COVID-19 recovery measures is imperative.

Osteoporosis is a metabolic dysregulation of bone that occurs mainly in postmenopausal women,and the hyperfunction of osteoclasts is the primary contributor to postmenopausal ***,the development of effective therapeutic drugs and precise delivery systems remains a challenge in the field of anti-absorption ***,we reported theα-cyperone(α-CYP)for anti-osteoporosis and developed a liposome-based nano-drug delivery system ofα-CYP,that specifically targets the bone resorption ***,we found that theα-CYP,one of the major sesquiterpenes of Cyperus rotundus L.,attenuated the progression of osteoporosis in ovariectomized(OVX)mice and down-regulated the expression of phosphorylated proteins of phosphoinositide 3-kinase(PI3K)and protein kinase B(Akt),causing down-regulation of osteoclast-related genes/proteins and curbing osteoclast ***,α-CYP reversed the activation of osteoclastic differentiation and enhanced osteoporosis-related proteins expression caused by PI3K/Akt agonist(YS-49).More importantly,we adopted the osteoclastic resorption surface targeting peptide Asp8 and constructed the liposome(lipαC@Asp8)to deliverα-CYP to osteoclasts and confirmed its anti-osteoporosis effect and enhanced osteoclast inhibition by blocking PI3K/Akt *** conclusion,this study demonstrated thatα-CYP inhibits osteoclast differentiation and osteoporosis development by silencing PI3K/Akt pathway,and the liposome targeting delivery systems loaded withα-CYP might provide a novel and effective strategy to treat osteoporosis.

目的:观察百会长时间留针配合风池穴多方向透刺抖针疗法治疗颈性眩晕(CV)的临床疗效以及对椎-基底动脉血流速度的影响。方法:将70例CV患者根据随机数字表法分为治疗组(35例,脱落1例)和对照组(35例,脱落2例)。治疗组采用百会长时间留针配合风池穴多方向透刺抖针疗法,对照组采用常规针刺,隔日1次,7次为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。观察两组治疗前后颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表(ESCV)评分及椎-基底动脉平均血流速度(Vm)的变化情况,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率和愈显率分别为91.2%和79.4%,对照组分别为78.8%和54.5%。两组愈显率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的ESCV评分和椎-基底动脉Vm均较治疗前有明显改善。低流速和正常流速患者的左侧椎动脉(LVA)、右侧椎动脉(RVA)和基底动脉(BA)的Vm增加,而高流速者的LVA、RVA和BA的Vm降低(P<0.05);治疗组的结果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:百会长时间留针配合风池穴多方向透刺抖针疗法能明显减轻CV患者的临床症状,双向调节椎-基底动脉血流速度,是治疗CV的有效方法。

Background:The ergogenic effects of caffeine intake on exercise performance are well-established,even if differences exist among individuals in response to caffeine *** genetic variation of a specific gene,human cytochrome P450 enzyme 1A2(CYP1A2)(rs762551),may be one reason for this *** systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to comprehensively evaluate the influence of CYP1A2 gene types on athletes’exercise performance after caffeine ***:A literature search through 4 databases(Web of Science,PubMed,Scopus,and China National Knowledge Infrastructure)was conducted until March *** effect size was expressed as the weighted mean difference(WMD)by calculating fixed effects meta-analysis if heterogeneity was not significant(I^(2)≤50%and p≥0.1).Subgroup analyses were performed based on AA and AC/CC genotype of ***:The final number of studies meeting the inclusion criteria was 12(n=666 participants).The overall analysis showed that the cycling time trial significantly improved after caffeine intake(WMD=-0.48,95%confidence interval(95%CI):-0.83 to-0.13,p=0.007).In subgroup analyses,acute caffeine intake improved cycling time trial only in individuals with the A allele(WMD=-0.90,95%CI:-1.48 to-0.33,p=0.002),but not the C allele(WMD=-0.08,95%CI:-0.32 to 0.17,p=0.53).Caffeine supplementation did not influence the Wingate(WMD=8.07,95%CI:-22.04 to 38.18,p=0.60)or countermovement jump test(CMJ)performance(WMD=1.17,95%CI:-0.02 to 2.36,p=0.05),and these outcomes were not influenced by CYP1A2 ***:Participants with the CYP1A2 genotype with A allele improved their cycling time trials after caffeine ***,compared to placebo,acute caffeine supplementation failed to increase the Wingate or CMJ performance,regardless of CYP1A2 genotype.

Growing evidence suggests that exercise can provide neuroprotection by improving mitochondrial quality control (MQC) on the aged brain. Adenosine 5'-monophosphate (AMP)-activated protein kinase (AMPK) signaling responsiveness declines with aging. However， whether AMPK plays a role in the exercise-mediated improvement of memory and MQC in the aged hippocampus remains to be established. AICAR (5-Aminoimidazole 4-carboxamide ribonucleoside)， a pharmacological agonist of AMPK， has been proposed to be an exercise mimetic recently. However， it has not been clarified whether AICAR could mimic the effects of exercise on the aged hippocampus through improvement of MQC. In this study， AICAR (AMPK agonist) and Compound C (AMPK inhibitor) were used to investigate if AMPK plays a key role in exercise-induced improvement of MQC and if AICAR could act as an exercise mimetic through improvement of MQC in aged hippocampus. Both exercise and AICAR improved the memory of aged mice and increased AMPK phosphorylation in the aged hippocampus. Exercise， but not AICAR， improved mitochondrial respiratory function in the aged hippocampus and increased the Microtubule associated protein 1 light chain 3 (LC3) II/LC3 I ratio and the protein expression of LC3 II and Autophagy Related Protein 7 (ATG7) in the lysate of whole hippocampal tissue. Both exercise and AICAR increased the ratio of LC3 II/LC3 I and the protein expression of LC3 II in the mitochondrial fractions of the hippocampus. Regarding mitochondrial dynamics， neither exercise training nor AICAR changed the protein level of Mitofusin2 (Mfn2). Exercise， but not AICAR， increased the protein level of Dynamin-related protein 1 (Drp1). Furthermore， both exercise training and AICAR increased the protein level of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ coactivator 1α (PGC-1α)， a modulator of mitochondrial biogenesis.
