Although emerging studies from high-income countries investigated the relationship between sedentary behavior(SB) and cardiovascular risk,little evidence came from developing ***,the benefits of reallocating time from SB to physical activity(PA) on incident cardiovascular disease(CVD) are *** three cohorts from the Prediction for Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease Risk in China project,we included 93 110 adults who were free from CVD at *** proportional hazards models were used to calculate the hazard ratios(HRs) and 95% confidence intervals(CIs) for CVD,including stroke,coronary heart disease,and CVD *** substitution models were applied to estimate the per-hour effects of replacing SB with *** 5.8 years follow-up,3799 CVD cases were identified.A gradient positive association between sedentary time and incident CVD was *** to those with 10 h/d sedentary time,*** participants were cross-classified by SB and moderate to vigorous physical activity(MVPA) level,the CVD risk was highest in those with> 10 h/d SB and 5 h/d sedentary time,per-hour substitution of SB with light,moderate,and vigorous PA reduced incident CVD risk by 5%,6%,and 8%,*** study first found that sedentary time was associated with increased incident CVD risk among Chinese adults and that substitution of SB with PA of any intensity could convey cardiovascular benefits among those with> 5 h/d SB.

通过对星星草(Puccinellia tenuiflora)生长不同年数盐碱土壤氮素营养状况的比较,研究氮素积累作用的机理,并探讨其在植被演替中的可能作用。结果表明:在一维生态位空间(土壤氮含量)星星草和羊草(Leymus chinense)之间具有较小的生态位分离值和较大的生态位重叠值,表明羊草对土壤高含氮量具有较强的竞争能力。这些也许是羊草以及其他植物在星星草生长一定年数后能够侵入碱斑土壤的机制。星星草作为盐碱土壤改良和植被恢复的先锋植物,它的生长增强了盐碱草地土壤氮素的矿质化作用和生物固氮强度,并减弱了氮素随地表径流的损失。最终促进了盐碱草地的氮素沉积,达到了适合于其它物种(如羊草)生长的水平,从而使碱斑植被得以恢复。

Background:The scored Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment(PG-SGA)has been widely used to assess the nutritional status of cancer *** purpose of this study is to compare the differences in PG-SGA scores and the 7 domain scores of the PG-SGA in male and female cancer ***:This study was conducted at 72 hospitals from July 2013 to December 2018,a part of the Investigation on Nutritional Status and its Clinical Outcomes of Common *** PG-SGA was recorded to evaluate the nutritional status of patients.A total of 19,528 patients with 13 common malignancies were included in this *** t test and the χ^(2) test were applied to analyze the sex diferences in the 7 domain *** Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database was used to analyze the expression levels of symptom-related ***:There were significant sex dfferences in the PG-SGA(P=0.032),notably in patients with gastric cancer(male vs female:9.09±4.86 vs 9.58±5.07,P=0.005)and esophageal cancer(9.64±4.90 vs 10.46±4.96,P=0.011)and the average total PG-SGA of female patients was slightly higher than that of male patients(7.64±4.98 vs 7.77±5.14).The differences were mainly related to the weight,eating,symptom,as well as activity and physical function scores in the stratified *** causes of the sex differences were the rates of nausea,vomiting,dry mouth,and other symptoms,in both gastric and esophageal cancer *** of the TCGA database suggested that most of the related genes were sex neutral,except for genes related to dysphagia in gastric cancer(VEGFC was higher in female patients,VEGFA and VEGFB higher in male patients).Conclusions:There are sex differences in the PG-SGA scores in patients with various tumor types(female patients generally had higher scores than male patients),with differences mainly in the weight,eating,symptom,as well as activity and physical function *** sex differences in PG-SGA scores might be due to the differences i

Background:The association of milk intake with cardiovascular disease(CVD)and cause-specific mortality remained controversial and evidence among the Chinese population was *** aimed to study the relationship between milk intake and CVDs among general Chinese ***::A total of 104,957 participants received questionnaire *** of physical examination such as anthropometric measurements and biochemical tests during 2007 to 2008,demographic data and their information on milk intake were collected through standardized *** proportional hazard regression models were used to calculate hazard ratios(HRs)and their corresponding 95%confidence intervals(CIs)of CVD incidence,cause-specific mortality and all-cause mortality related to milk *** cubic splines(RCSs)were applied to examine dose-response ***::Among the 91,757 participants with a median follow-up period of 5.8 years,we documented 3877 CVD cases and 4091 all-cause *** with participants who never consumed milk,the multivariate-adjusted HRs(95%CIs)of CVD incidence for 1 to 150 g/day,151 to 299 g/day,and≥300 g/day were 0.94(0.86-1.03)(P>0.05),0.77(0.66-0.89)(Pphysical activity level,body mass index,and healthy diet status(ideal or not).RCS analyses also showed a linear dose-response relationship with CVD(P for overall significance of the curve<0.001;P for non-linearity=0.979;P for linearity<0.001)and stroke(P for overall significance of the curve=0.010;P for non-linearity=0.998;P for linearity=0.002)incidence,and CVD mortality(P for overall significance of the curve=0.045;P for non

目的了解国内慢性肾脏病(CKD)非透析期患者在接受慢病管理下的体力活动状况,为今后制定个体化的运动建议提供参考。方法选取PEAKING队列研究中CKD患者112例,根据每周中高强度体力活动达标情况将所有患者分为达标组(98例)和不达标组(14例)。采用ActiGraphGT3X加速度计客观评估CKD患者的体力活动状况,并对两组患者的体力活动相关参数进行比较。结果112例患者中98例(87.5%)体力活动状况达标。不达标组年龄、病程、CKD 3、4、5期和查尔森合并症指数(CCI)3、4分患者比例均高于达标组,CCI 0、1、2分患者比例均低于达标组(P<0.05)。达标组患者中强度体力活动(MPA)、高强度体力活动(VPA)、中高强度体力活动(MVPA)、日均能量消耗量和代谢当量值均高于不达标组(P<0.001)。结论接受慢病管理的CKD非透析期患者通过加速度客观评估体力活动状况,达标率相对较高,间接反映了接受慢病管理对CKD患者的潜在健康促进作用。
