Hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene/toluene diisocyanate(HTPB/TDI)system is widely used in composite solid *** migrations of plasticizers and water molecules from solid propellants and surrounding environment to the inhibitor have always been the important *** study focuses on the preparation,characterization and anti-migration behavior of graphene oxide(GO)/HTPB nanocomposite *** GO/HTPB(GH)composite liners affect the migration of small molecules through a tighter cross-linked structure and weakening function of small molecule *** anti-migration performance of the liner at different temperatures was analyzed,and the influence of the added amount of GO on the anti-migration performance and adhesion performance was also systematically *** overall performance of the liner is optimized when the amount of GO filler is 0.3 wt%.After adding 0.3 wt%GO,the concentration of dioctyl sebacate(DOS)migrated into the liner is decreased by 23.28%,and the concentration of water molecules is decreased by 51.89%,indicating that the introduction of GO can significantly improve the anti-migration performance of the *** addition,the bond strength is greatly increased from 0.25 MPa to 0.95 MPa,which meets the application requirements of the current propellant *** research provides an important way for the preparation of structure-function synergistic anti-migration composite liners.

The UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities effective in 2008 explicitly stipulates that Member States shall guarantee that people with disabilities enjoy the right to education free from discrimination and without prejudice to equal *** Chinese government made amendments to the Law of the People s Republic of China on the Protection of Persons with disabilities and the Regulation on the education of the Persons with Disabilities and issued a series of rules on the education of the Persons with Disabilities so as to actively implement the Convention. In recent years,the number and proportion of children with disabilities who receive education in China and the number of students with disabilities receiving high school and higher education have been on the rise ***, there is still a gap in the level of education on all stages between persons with disabilities and persons without, presenting a huge challenge for the achievement of the right to education of persons with disabilities. We should continue to actively fulfill the obligations prescribed by the Convention to protect the right to education, explore the construction of integrated education, support the maintenance system,strive to improve the quality of special education,allocate resources for the education of persons with disabilities, and emphasize the appraisal of the education of persons with disabilities.

Effectiveness of moxibustion alone on lumbar disc herniation:a Meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the available evidence from randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of moxibustion alone for lumbar disc herniation(LDH)***:A systematic search of 10 databases(until August 30,2021)was used to identify studies that reported the response rate,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)score,and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)*** selection and data extraction were independently performed by two *** criteria for risk of bias were used to assess the methodological quality of the *** Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and Evaluation Methodology(GRADE)were also used to test the quality of the result ***:Nineteen RCTs,including 1888 patients,met the inclusion *** studies showed no difference between moxibustion and acupuncture on response rate[risk ratio(RR)=1.07,95%CI(0.98,1.16),P=0.11].Meanwhile,six studies suggested that there is no significant difference between moxibustion and acupuncture on VAS score[mean difference(MD)=-0.43,95%CI(-0.91,0.05),P=0.08].Eight studies implied that there is no significant difference between moxibustion and acupuncture on JOA score[MD=0.84,95%CI(-1.27,2.96),P=0.44].Two studies indicated that moxibustion may have equivalent effects for treating LDH in the VAS score in comparison with drug therapy[MD=-1.16,95%CI(-2.63,0.31),P=0.12].The evidence level of results was determined to be very low to ***:Based on the existing evidence,moxibustion may not be suitable for treating LDH alone,but it may be applied as an adjuvant ***,well-designed RCTs with high quality and larger samples are still needed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of moxibustion alone for LDH treatment.

Amorphous Co-B/Al nanocomposites prepared by electroless coating technique and their excellent catalytic activity

To improve the catalytic activity of amorphous Co-B alloys, Co-B coated aluminum （Co-B/M） nanocomposites were prepared by electroless coating technique and evaluated as additives for the catalytic performance of ammonium perchlorate （AP） and AP-based solid state propellants. X-ray diffractometry （XRD）, scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, inductive coupled plasma emission spectrometry （ICP）, differential scanning calorimetry （DSC） as well as strand burner method were employed to characterize the crystal phase, morphologies, chemical composition, and catalytic activity of the as-synthesized material. The results show that a continuous layer of about 100 nm amorphous Co72.6B27.4 covers the surfaces of M particles. Addition of the as-synthesized Co-B/A1 nanocomposites as catalysts promotes AP decomposition, enhances the burning rate, and lowers the pressure exponent of the AP-based propellants considerably.

An obviously challenging problem in named entity recognition is the construction of the kind data set of *** some research has been conducted on entity database construction,the majority of them are directed at Wikipedia or the minority at structured entities such as people,locations and organizational nouns in the *** paper focuses on the identification of scientific entities in carbonate platforms in English literature,using the example of carbonate platforms in ***,based on the fact that the reasons for writing literature in key disciplines are likely to be provided by multidisciplinary experts,this paper designs a literature content extraction method that allows dealing with complex text ***,based on the literature extraction content,we formalize the entity extraction task(lexicon and lexical-based entity extraction)for entity ***,for testing the accuracy of entity extraction,three currently popular recognition methods are chosen to perform entity detection in this *** show that the entity data set provided by the lexicon and lexical-based entity extraction method is of significant assistance for the named entity recognition *** study presents a pilot study of entity extraction,which involves the use of a complex structure and specialized literature on carbonate platforms in English.

Fluctuations in the tidal limit of the Yangtze River estuary in the last decade

The tidal limit is the key interface indicating whether water levels will be affected by tidal waves, which is of great significance to navigation safety and regional flood control. Due to limitations in research methods, recent changes in the Yangtze River tidal limit, caused by sea level rise and large-scale engineering projects, urgently need to be studied. In this study,spectrum analysis was undertaken on measured water level data from downstream Yangtze River hydrological stations from2007 to 2016. The bounds of the tidal limit were identified through comparisons between the spectra and red noise curves, and the fluctuation range and characteristics were summarized. The results showed that:(1) During the extremely dry period, when the flow rate at Jiujiang station was about 8440 m3 s-1, the tidal limit was near Jiujiang; whereas during the flood season, when the flow rate at Jiujiang station was about 66700 m3 s-1, the tidal limit was between Zongyang Sluice and Chikou station.(2)From the upper to lower reach, the effect of the Jiujiang flow rate on the tidal limit weakens, while the effect of the nanjing tidal range increases. The tidal limit fluctuates under similar flow rates and tidal ranges, and the fluctuation range increases with increasing flow rate and decreasing tidal range.(3) With the continued influence of rising sea levels and construction in river basin estuaries, the tidal limit may move further upstream.

How galaxies assemble masses through their own star formation or interaction with the external environment is still an important topic in the field of galaxy formation and *** use Value Added Catalogs with galaxy features that are spatially and temporally resolved from Sloan Digital Sky Survey Data Release 17 to investigate the mass growth histories of early-type galaxies(ETGs)and late-type galaxies(LTGs).We find that the mass growth of ETGs is earlier than that of LTGs for massive galaxies(M_(*)>10^(10)M_⊙),while low-mass(M_(*)≤10^(10)M_⊙)ETGs have statistically similar mass assembly histories as low-mass *** stellar metallicity of all massive galaxies shows a negative gradient and basically does not change with ***,in low-mass galaxies,the stellar metallicity gradient of elliptical galaxies is negative,and the stellar metallicity gradient of lenticular and spiral galaxies evolves from positive to *** are not all in a high-density environment,but exhibit mass *** the tidal strength increases,the star formation rate of low-mass ETGs rapidly *** results support a picture where massive galaxies exhibit inside-out quenching mode,while low-mass galaxies show outside-in quenching *** effects play an important role in regulating the mass assembly histories of low-mass ETGs.
