Printed circuit boards(PCBs)provide stable co.nections between electronic ***,defective printed circuit boards may cause the entire equipment system to malfunction,resulting in incalculable ***,it is crucial to detect defective printed circuit boards during the generation *** detection methods have low accuracy in detecting subtle defects in co.plex background *** order to improve the detection accuracy of surface defects on industrial printed circuit boards,this paper proposes a residual large kernel network based on YOLOv5(You Only Look Once version 5)for PCBs surface defect detection,called YOLO-RLC(You Only Look Once-Residual Large Kernel).Build a deep large kernel backbone to expand the effective field of view,capture global informationmore efficiently,and use 1×1 co.volutions to balance the depth of the model,improving feature extraction efficiency through reparameterization *** neck network introduces a bidirectional weighted feature fusion network,co.bined with a brand-new noise filter and feature enhancement extractor,to eliminate noise information generated by information fusion and recalibrate information from different channels to improve the quality of deep *** the aspect ratio of the bounding box to alleviate the issue of specificity *** training and testing on the PCB defect dataset,our method achieved an average accuracy of 97.3%(mAP50)after multiple experiments,which is 4.1%higher than YOLOv5-S,with an average accuracy of 97.6%and an Frames Per Seco.d of *** co.parative analysis also proves the superior performance and feasibility of YOLO-RLC in PCB defect detection.

Rock slope with horizontal-layered fractured structure(HLFS)has high stability in its natural ***,a strong earthquake can induce rock fissure expansion,ultimately leading to slope *** this study,the dynamic response,failure mode,and spectral characteristics of rock slope with HLFS under strong earthquake co.ditions were investigated based on the large-scale shaking table model *** this basis,multiple sets of numerical calculation models were further established by UDEC discrete element *** influencing factors were co.sidered in the parametric study of numerical simulations,including slope height,slope angle,bedding-plane spacing and seco.dary joint spacing as well as bedrock dip *** results showed that the failure process of rock slope with HLFS under earthquake action is mainly divided into four phases,i.e.,the tensile crack of the slope shoulder joints and shear dislocation at the top bedding plane,the extension of vertical joint cracks and increase of shear displacement,the formation of step-through sliding surfaces and the instability,and finally co.lapse of fractured rock *** acceleration response of slopes exhibits elevation amplification effect and surface *** simulations indicate that the seismic stability of slopes with HLFS exhibits a negative co.relation with slope height and angle,but a positive co.relation with bedding-plane spacing,joint spacing,and bedrock dip *** results of this study can provide a reference for seismic stability evaluation of weathered rock slopes.

The Nesterov accelerated dynamical approach serves as an essential tool for addressing co.vex optimization problems with accelerated co.vergence *** previous studies in this field have primarily co.centrated on unco.strained smooth co.-vex optimization *** this paper,on the basis of primal-dual dynamical approach,Nesterov accelerated dynamical approach,projection operator and directional gradient,we present two accelerated primal-dual projection neurodynamic approaches with time scaling to address co.vex optimization problems with smooth and nonsmooth objective functions subject to linear and set co.straints,which co.sist of a seco.d-order ODE(ordinary differential equation)or differential co.clusion system for the primal variables and a first-order ODE for the dual *** satisfying specific co.ditions for time scaling,we demonstrate that the proposed approaches have a faster co.ver-gence *** only requires assuming co.vexity of the objective *** validate the effectiveness of our proposed two accel-erated primal-dual projection neurodynamic approaches through numerical experiments.

The oil production of the multi-fractured horizontal wells(MFHWs) declines quickly in unco.ventional oil reservoirs due to the fast depletion of natural energy. Gas injection has been acknowledged as an effective method to improve oil reco.ery factor from unco.ventional oil reservoirs. Hydrocarbon gas huff-n-puff beco.es preferable when the co.(2) source is limited. However, the impact of co.plex fracture networks and well interference on the EOR performance of multiple MFHWs is still unclear. The optimal gas huff-n-puff parameters are significant for enhancing oil reco.ery. This work aims to optimize the hydrocarbon gas injection and production parameters for multiple MFHWs with co.plex fracture networks in unco.ventional oil reservoirs. Firstly, the numerical model based on unstructured grids is developed to characterize the co.plex fracture networks and capture the dynamic fracture ***, the PVT phase behavior simulation was carried out to provide the fluid model for numerical simulation. Thirdly, the optimal parameters for hydrocarbon gas huff-n-puff were obtained. Finally, the dominant factors of hydrocarbon gas huff-n-puff under co.plex fracture networks are obtained by fuzzy mathematical method. Results reveal that the current pressure of hydrocarbon gas injection can achieve miscible displacement. The optimal injection and production parameters are obtained by single-factor analysis to analyze the effect of individual parameter. Gas injection time is the dominant factor of hydrocarbon gas huff-n-puff in unco.ventional oil reservoirs with co.plex fracture networks. This work can offer engineers guidance for hydrocarbon gas huff-n-puff of multiple MFHWs co.sidering the co.plex fracture networks.

The flying foxes optimization(FFO)algorithm,as a newly introduced metaheuristic algorithm,is inspired by the survival tactics of flying foxes in heat wave *** preferentially selects the best-performing *** tendency will cause the newly generated solution to remain closely tied to the candidate optimal in the search *** address this issue,the paper introduces an opposition-based learning-based search mechanism for FFO algorithm(IFFO).Firstly,this paper introduces niching techniques to improve the survival list method,which not only focuses on the adaptability of individuals but also co.siders the population’s crowding degree to enhance the global search ***,an initialization strategy of opposition-based learning is used to perturb the initial population and elevate its ***,to verify the superiority of the improved search mechanism,IFFO,FFO and the cutting-edge metaheuristic algorithms are co.pared and analyzed using a set of test *** results prove that co.pared with other algorithms,IFFO is characterized by its rapid co.vergence,precise results and robust stability.

Trimethylamine oxide(TMAO) is a microbiota-derived metabolite, and numerous studies have shown that it co.ld regulate fat metabolism in humans and mice. However, few studies have focused on the effects of TMAO on fat deposition in growing-finishing pigs. This study aimed to investigate the effect of TMAO on fat deposition and intestinal microbiota in growing-finishing pigs. Sixteen growing pigs were randomly divided into 2 groups and fed with a basal diet with 0 or 1 g/kg TMAO for 149 d. The intestinal microbial profiles, fat deposition indexes, and fatty acid profiles were measured. These results showed that TMAO supplementation had a tendency to decrease lean body mass(P co.centration, and reduced alkaline phosphatase(ALP) co.centration in serum(P co.munity(P co.onic microbial co.munity. TMAO supplementation significantly increased acetate co.tent in the ileum, and Proteobacteria and Escherichia-Shigella were significantly enriched in the TMAO group(P co.tent, as well as the ratio of linoleic acid, n-6polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA), and PUFA in the liver(P co.trary, TMAO increased intramuscular fat co.tent of the longissimus dorsi muscle, whereas the C18:2n6c ratio was increased,and the n-6 PUFA:PUFA ratio was decreased(P co.position and acetate production, and regulated fat distribution and fatty acid co.position in growing-finishing pigs.
