Because China is becoming an aging society,the incidence of diabetes and diabetic foot have been *** foot has become one of the main health-related killers due to its high disability and mortality *** pressure wound therapy(NPWT)is one of the most effective techniques for the treatment of diabetic foot wounds and great progress,both in terms of research and its clinical application,has been made in the last 20 years of its ***,due to the complex pathogenesis and management of diabetic foot,irregular application of NPWT often leads to complications,such as infection,bleeding and necrosis,that seriously affect its treatment *** 2020,under the leadership of Burns,Trauma and Tissue Repair Committee of the Cross-Straits Medicine Exchange Association,the writing group for‘Consensus on the application of negative pressure wound therapy of diabetic foot wounds’was established with the participation of scholars from the specialized areas of burns,endocrinology,vascular surgery,orthopedics and wound *** on evidence-based practice suggested by the latest clinical research,this consensus proposes the best clinical practice guidelines for the application and prognostic evaluation of NPWT for diabetic *** consensus aims to support the formation of standardized treatment schemes that clinicians can refer to when treating cases of diabetic foot.

Land use reflects human activities on *** land use is the highest level human alteration on Earth,and it is rapidly changing due to population increase and *** areas have widespread effects on local hydrology,climate,biodiversity,and food production[1,2].However,maps,that contain knowledge on the distribution,pattern and composition of various land use types in urban areas,are limited to city *** mapping standard on data sources,methods,land use classification schemes varies from city to city,due to differences in financial input and skills of mapping *** address various national and global environmental challenges caused by urbanization,it is important to have urban land uses at the national and global scales that are derived from the same or consistent data sources with the same or compatible classification systems and mapping *** is because,only with urban land use maps produced with similar criteria,consistent environmental policies can be made,and action efforts can be compared and assessed for large scale environmental ***,despite of the fact that a number of urban-extent maps exist at global scales[3,4],more detailed urban land use maps do not exist at the same *** at big country or regional levels such as for the United States,China and European Union,consistent land use mapping efforts are rare[5,6](e.g.,https://***/open_land_use/).

Smart, real-time, low-cost, and distributed ecosystem monitoring is essential for understanding and managing rapidly changing ecosystems. However, new techniques in the big data era have rarely been introduced into operational ecosystem monitoring, particularly for fragile ecosystems in remote *** introduce the Internet of Things(IoT) techniques to establish a prototype ecosystem monitoring system by developing innovative smart devices and using IoT technologies for ecosystem monitoring in isolated environments. The developed smart devices include four categories: large-scale and nonintrusive instruments to measure evapotranspiration and soil moisture, in situ observing systems for CO2 and d13 C associated with soil respiration, portable and distributed devices for monitoring vegetation variables, and Bi-CMOS cameras and pressure trigger sensors for terrestrial vertebrate monitoring. These new devices outperform conventional devices and are connected to each other via wireless communication networks. The breakthroughs in the ecosystem monitoring IoT include new data loggers and longdistance wireless sensor network technology that supports the rapid transmission of data from devices to wireless networks. The applicability of this ecosystem monitoring IoT is verified in three fragile ecosystems, including a karst rocky desertification area, the National Park for Amur Tigers, and the oasis-desert ecotone in China. By integrating these devices and technologies with an ecosystem monitoring information system, a seamless data acquisition, transmission, processing, and application IoT is created. The establishment of this ecosystem monitoring IoT will serve as a new paradigm for ecosystem monitoring and therefore provide a platform for ecosystem management and decision making in the era of big data.

Evaluation on Comprehensive Benefit of Natural Forest Protection Project in southwest China

According to the problem of seriously degraded natural forest in southwest China prior to the implementation of Natural Forest Protection Project, under the guidance of principle of practicality and systematicness, we establish the comprehensive-benefit evaluation index system of restoring the degraded natural forest in southwest China, including 3 second-level indices, 12 third-level indices and 24 fourth-level indices. In addition, we use the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process to conduct comprehensive-benefit evaluation on implementation of Natural Forest Protection Project in southwest China. The results show that since ten years of implementation of Natural Forest Protection Project in southwest China, it has gained considerable comprehensive benefit. The comprehensive evaluation index of Natural Forest Protection Project in southwest China is 83.08; the ecological benefit index of Natural Forest Protection Project in southwest China is 56.75; the economic benefit index of Natural Forest Protection Project in southwest China is 19.05; the social benefit index of Natural Forest Protection Project in southwest China is 7.28. The effect of construction of Natural Forest Protection Project in southwest China is good. The evaluation index system and research results in this paper will provide the empirical guidance for comprehensive-benefit evaluation of Natural Forest Protection Project in China, and especially in southwest China.

土壤溶解性有机质(soil DOM)作为陆地系统天然有机质的重要组成部分,以其活跃的生物地球化学性质,在污染物的环境行为中扮演着极其重要的作用.而了解其来源和结构组成是进一步明确其"结构-反应活性"的关键和前提.本文以三峡库区消落带土壤DOM为研究对象,基于传统氮/碳比值(N/C)及衍生的双端元源负荷模型,讨论该溯源方法在分子水平上的合理性;同时采用光漂白试验,进一步讨论各样本反应活性与其源负荷的相关性.结果表明,N/C值和双端元线性混合模型值均表明土壤DOM具有"陆源"和"内源"的双重特性——这与其他高级分析技术溯源结果基本一致.这种传统溯源分析结果在分子水平上具有合理性,但仅仅反映DOM结构和来源在特定面相上的信息,只能证明库区土壤DOM属于"混合型来源",却无法提供分辨率更高的特定组分来源信息.另外,N/C元素比值及源负荷分别和光漂白动力学过程极显著相关,因此可作为较方便的指标,快速简单判断DOM的光化学反应活性.但在关注DOM本身生物地球化学的研究工作中,仍建议使用多重方法的比较分析,以便于提高单一解析方法的分辨率.

The World Health Organization(WHO)has set the goal of eliminating hepatitis as a threat to public health by *** mother-to-child transmission(MTCT)of hepatitis B virus(HBV)is not only the key to eliminating viral hepatitis,but also a hot issue in the field of hepatitis B prevention and *** standardize the clinical management of preventing MTCT of HBV and achieve zero HBV infection among infants,the Chinese Foundation for Hepatitis Prevention and Control organized experts to compile a management algorithm for prevention of MTCT of HBV based on the latest research progress and guidelines,including 10 steps of pregnancy management and postpartum follow-up,among which screening,antiviral treatment,and infant immunization are its core components.
