In the recent 20 years, it is a trend that forest will be distributed to villagers to manage in the *** in China, "forestry three determinations" has been carried out since 1980, and many new forestry devolutionshave been put fotward to and come into being. To face the fact of overusing up natural forest to result in the deterioration of ecology environment, the strategy of naturaf forest protection project (NFPP) is raised after the heavyflood in 1998. Now, it i s paid close attention to systematically study to carry Out the strategies of NFPP in collective forest area, especially in the community of minority nationalities. Based on the case of forest resource management in Datu Miao Village, the experience of its forest management in the past is analyzed and the strategies of NFPP in collective forest area are put forward.

Urine analysis is one of the most common and useful assay means in clinic for diagnose disease, especially urinary system disease and dry chemistry method is the most convenient, common and low cost about urine analysis. To expediently and efficiently analyze the corresponding relationships between different color data and semi-quantitative results about every urine item with dry chemistry way, in this paper, the design and application of effective software that may be used to collect color data about urine reagent strips are presented. First, we introduce the design procedure of this software. Second, its realization of design is given. Third, several application examples about collecting RGB original data by RS232 interface are shown. Then, RGB original data can be visually displayed by waveforms or curves and the data of cursor position may also be given. From the examples, we could confidently draw a conclusion that it is very convenient and effective to study on the laws of color variation about reagent pieces on reagent strip and it has met our original designed demands.

The citizenization of the population transferred from agriculture is an inevitable process for Chinese social transformation,and one of the core issues in the course of new urbanization. The core problem in citizenization of the population transferred from agriculture lies in *** Chongqing as an example,this paper calculates the total citizenization cost to be 125038. 7 yuan for the population transferred from agriculture. Through field survey and research,this paper analyzes the current situation of citizenization cost sharing of the population transferred from agriculture in Chongqing,points out some problems in cost sharing such as inadequate governmental financial capacity,absence of business and lack of personal affordability,and finally brings forward the corresponding policy recommendations.

Sichuan Province boasts rich clean energy such as natural gas and hydroelectricity. In order to realize the blueprint of a beautiful China, it is both necessary and feasible for Sichuan Province to ＂replace coal and oil＂ with natural gas. Based on the actual situation of Sichuan Province, through research and investigation, rational thinking and summarization, this paper analyzes the current demand for energy supply in Sichuan, defines the development goals and ideas concerning Sichuan＇s ＇replacement of coal and oil＂ with natural gas, examines the action plan related to such replacement and puts forward relevant policies and suggestions.

This paper proposes an improved multi-class dynamic network traffic flow propagation model with a consideration of physical queues. Each link is divided into two areas: Free flow area and queue area. The vehicles of the same class are assumed to satisfy the first-in-first-out(FIFO) principle on the whole link, and the vehicles of the different classes also follow FIFO in the queue area but not in the free flow area. To characterize this phenomenon by numerical methods, the improved model is directly formulated in discrete time space. Numerical examples are developed to illustrate the unrealistic flows of the existing model and the performance of the improved model. This analysis can more realistically capture the traffic flow propagation, such as interactions between multi-class traffic flows, and the dynamic traffic interactions across multiple links.

To avoid payment risks, 5 widely used payment terms in international trade practice are analyzed quantitatively. The final choice of a payment term in export business is a representation of the transactional ‘Win Win’ principle as well as moderate compromises made by importer and exporter between self protection and acceptability to the other party. The initial assessment is conducted first on decision makers preference and understanding of possible results of each objective. Then, aggregated preference relations are obtained by weighting each objective as per its relative importance and calculating preference indicators. Finally, ranking is made according to the preference indicators.

In the ISO9000"input-output"process model,the concept of process quality is difficult to get the correct interpretation. From the"white box"theory of process,this paper puts forward the scientific meaning of the concept of process quality and the process quality model by taking the basic operating unit of 6M1E in the railway construction project for example. The basic operating unit system consists of technological natural process,operation process and management process;the process quality of the basic operating unit system depends on the interrelation and interaction among those three sub-processes,and also subjects to the impact of the external disturbance input factors. Finally,the cast-in-situ prestressed concrete continuous box girder construction process is utilized to elaborate the specific application of this theory in the quality management of the railway construction project.

The Belt and Road Initiative represents a road of innovation, and the modes of energy cooperation between China and Central Asia needs innovation. Based on the actual environment of energy cooperation between China and Central Asia, this article discusses the direction and path of the innovation of energy cooperation modes between China and Central Asia from the following aspects: the perfection of the current energy cooperation modes;the construction of energy cooperation parks between China and Central Asia;PPP cooperation modes of the energy projects between China and Central Asia;and the integrated innovation of energy cooperation modes between China and Central Asia. It lays the foundation for the detailed planning of the in-depth energy cooperation between China and Central Asia under the Belt and Road Initiative.

Empirical Study on the Multifractal Phenomenon of Chinese Stock Market

Many recent researches with empirical data have demonstrated that financial data have multifractal properties. To study the properties of Chinese stock market, the Shanghai Stock Exchange Composite Index (SSECI) from January 1999 to July 2001 (a quotation taken every 5 min) is analyzed using multifractal theories, and it is found that the return volatility correlations are of power laws with a non unique scaling exponent. It is verified that Chinese stock market is quite similar to foreign financial markets in terms of multifractal properties.
