China's price fluctuations increasingly exhibit significant structural characteristics,and since 2003,there have been several rounds of significant structural price *** degree of structural rise in the prices of industrial and agricultural products in China is not only higher than in the general developed countries and developing countries,but also more prominent than in other transition *** the structural rise in the prices of Chinese industrial and agricultural products exhibits significant economic zone differences:the structural fluctuations are the greatest in the central and western regions,significantly higher than in the eastern regions as well as the national *** the perspective of causes of structural rise in the prices of Chinese industrial and agricultural products,the government must aim to coordinate the industrial and agricultural investments and bridge the gap in the industrial and agricultural technologies and supply capacity.

In order to measure the uncertain information of a type- 2 intuitionistic fuzzy set （T21FS）, an entropy measure of T21FS is presented by using the constructive principles. The proposed entropy measure is also proved to satisfy all of the constructive principles. Further, a novel concept of the type-2 triangular in- tuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy set （T2TITrFS） is developed, and a geometric interpretation of the T2TITrFS is given to comprehend it completely or correctly in a more intuitive way. To deal with a more general uncertain complex system, the constructive principles of an entropy measure of T2TITrFS are therefore proposed on the basis of the axiomatic definition of the type-2 intuitionisic fuzzy entropy measure. This paper elicits a formula of type-2 triangular intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy entropy and verifies that it does sa- tisfy the constructive principles. Two examples are given to show the efficiency of the proposed entropy of T2TITrFS in describing the uncertainty of the type-2 intuitionistic fuzzy information and illustrate its application in type-2 triangular intuitionistic trapezodial fuzzy decision making problems.

Normal copula with a correlation coefficient between-1 and 1 is tail independent and so it severely underestimates extreme probabilities. By letting the correlation coefficient in a normal copula depend on the sample size, H¨usler and Reiss(1989) showed that the tail can become asymptotically dependent. We extend this result by deriving the limit of the normalized maximum of n independent observations, where the i-th observation follows from a normal copula with its correlation coefficient being either a parametric or a nonparametric function of i/n. Furthermore, both parametric and nonparametric inference for this unknown function are studied, which can be employed to test the condition by H¨usler and Reiss(1989). A simulation study and real data analysis are presented too.

Gasification of organic waste represents one of the most effective valorization pathways for renewable energy and resources recovery,while this process can be affected by multi-factors like temperature,feedstock,and steam content,making the product’s prediction *** the popularization and promotion of artificial intelligence such as machine learning(ML),traditional artificial neural networks have been paid more attention by researchers from the data science field,which provides scientific and engineering communities with flexible and rapid prediction frameworks in the field of organic waste *** this work,critical parameters including temperature,steam ratio,and feedstock during gasification of organic waste were reviewed in three scenarios including steam gasification,air gasification,and oxygen-riched gasification,and the product distribution and involved mechanism were ***,we presented the details of ML methods like regression analysis,artificial neural networks,decision trees,and related methods,which are expected to revolutionize data analysis and modeling of the gasification of organic *** outputs including the syngas yield,composition,and HHVs were discussed with a better understanding of the gasification process and ML *** review focused on the combination of gasification and ML,and it is of immediate significance for the resource and energy utilization of organic waste.

Development characteristics and petroleum geological significance of Permian pyroclastic flow volcanic rocks in Western Sichuan Basin,SW China

By examining field outcrops, drilling cores and seismic data, it is concluded that the Middle and Late Permian “Emeishan basalts” in Western Sichuan Basin were developed in two large eruption cycles, and the two sets of igneous rocks are in unconformable contact. The lower cycle is dominated by overflow volcanic rocks;while the upper cycle made up of pyroclastic flow volcanic breccia and pyroclastic lava is typical explosive facies accumulation. With high-quality micro-dissolution pores and ultra-fine dissolution pores, the upper cycle is a set of high-quality porous reservoir. Based on strong heterogeneity and great differences of pyroclastic flow subfacies from surrounding rocks in lithology and physical properties, the volcanic facies and volcanic edifices in Western Sichuan were effectively predicted and characterized by using seismic attribute analysis method and instantaneous amplitude and instantaneous frequency coherence analysis. The pyroclastic flow volcanic rocks are widely distributed in the Jianyang area. Centering around wells YT1, TF2 and TF8, the volcanic rocks in Jianyang area had 3edifice groups and an area of about 500 km^(2), which is the most favorable area for oil and gas exploration in volcanic rocks.

Soil acidification is a serious constraint to food production *** review explores its primary causes,with a focus on the role of nitrogen fertilizer,and suggests mitigation strategies based on optimal N *** acidification is determined by the leaching of weak acid mainly caused by climate and soil conditions,whereas the use of ammonium-based fertilizers,nitrate leaching and removal of base cations(BCs)by crop harvesting mostly accounts for anthropogenic *** addition,low soil acid buffering capacity,mainly determined by soil parent materials and soil organic matter content,also accelerates *** study proposes targeted mitigation strategies for different stages of soil acidification,which include monitoring soil carbonate content and p H of soils with p H>6.5(e.g.,calcareous soil),use of alkaline amendments for strongly acidic soils(p Hmanagement system that balances acid production and soil buffering capacity.

In the context of global carbon neutrality,new energy vehicle promotion(NEVP)has become an important means of reducing carbon *** paper constructs a theoretical model and uses panel data on NEVP in 21 countries from 2012 to 2018 to empirically examine the green effect of *** results indicate the following:(1)NEVP significantly reduces greenhouse gases emissions,and the green effect can be transmitted and diffused through a direct path.(2)Replacing fuel-fired vehicles and accelerating the end-of-life vehicle scrapping process significantly conducted the green effect,and aggravating traffic congestion was not statistically significant.(3)The transmission mechanism of the green effect is regulated by regional economic *** regions with better development of fuel-fired vehicles,the transmission of the green effect is subject to the elimination of fuel-fired vehicles and traffic congestion governance,and the transmission efficiency is ***,regions with a relatively weak fuel-fired automobile industry foundation show a strong“advantage of backwardness”,and the green effect is more *** means that global NEVP should be further accelerated to achieve the green effect and the goal of global carbon neutrality.

Fiscal Expenditure and Income Gap between Urban and Rural Residents: An Empirical Study Based on Malmquist Index and Spatial Econometrics

Based on the analysis methods of non-parametric Malmquist index and spatial econometrics as well as the provincial panel data in 2007-2010, this paper estimates the efficiency of fiscal expenditure from local governments in china in terms of reducing the income gap between urban and rural residents for the first time and evaluates the spatial correlation and heterogeneity of this efficiency. The results have shown that the fiscal expenditure of most provinces is of low efficiency in reducing the income gap between urban and rural residents, and the expenditure efficiency of local governments is not relevant to their levels of economic development. Besides, the efficiency on reducing the urban-rural income gap between different regions of China has a tendency of convergence. But this is mainly reflected inside the regional economic belt. There is significant difference between the efficiency of each economic belt. The central region has the highest efficiency in a rising trend, the western region has the lowest efficiency in a downward trend, while the eastern region is relatively stable.
