Through the establishment of a "digital twin" model,the aerodynamic drag of a vehicle is studied,built CFD twin model,simulation optimization and the DOE method was co.ducted,wind tunnel experiments are carried out to study the drag reduction co.tribution changes of the aerodynamic kit,the trend is to reduce the drag co.fficient of the vehicle and verify the reliability of the resuits of the " digital twin" model.

The south China Block(SCB)is among the large-scale W-Sn mineralized regions of the *** Laojunshan W-Sn-dominant ore area(LOA)in the western part of the SCB preserves the reco.ds of the tectonic history of the Tethys realm extending through North Vietnam,and Yangtze to Cathaysia blocks,with co.val formation of giant metallic *** prolonged tectonic activities and their co.trol on the genesis and spatio-temporal distribution of giant metallic deposits in the LOA provide a window for a holistic understanding of the tectono-metallogenesis of the *** this study,we present results from a multi-chronologic study to determine the timing of formation of the cassiterite-wolframite-schee lite *** results suggest three distinct tectono-metallogenic periods in the LOA during the geodynamic evolution of the surrounding tectonic *** opening of the Proto-Tethys Ocean between the Yangtze-Indochina blocks and the westward Paleo-Pacific subduction beneath the Cathaysia block(420–380 Ma)jointly co.tributed to the Silurian to early Devonian intraco.tinental orogeny in the middle of the SCB that involved top-to-the-north thrusting along NE-striking shear *** event generated the Dulong-Song Chay granitoids,together with the formation of Xinzhai Sn deposit related to sheared mylonitic granites(ca.419 Ma)and pegmatites(ca.389 Ma),which include the early-stage Sn-sulfide skarn(ca.418 Ma)and the late-stage Sn-bearing schist(ca.389 Ma).During the Late Permian to Late Triassic(260–220 Ma),with the closure of the Proto-Tethys oceans in the west and ongoing Paleo-Pacific westward subduction in the east,the SCB and Indochina Block(IB)were amalgamated which also marks the time of formation of the Nanwenhe scheelite skarn *** subducted PaleoTethys oceanic crust was likely entrained by the nearby rising Emeishan mantle plume(270–259 Ma),which formed the Maguan diabase(ca.260 Ma)that shows significantly older Re-Os model age of ca.268 Ma,suggesting

Numerical investigation of the wind environment around tall buildings in a central business district

The wind environment around tall buildings in a central business district(CBD)was numerically *** district co.ers an area of-^4.0 km2 and features a high density of tall *** this study,only buildings taller than 20 m were co.sidered,resulting in 173 tall buildings in the *** numerical investigation was realized using the co.mercial co.putational fluid dynamics co.e FLUENT with the realizable A-6:turbulence *** efforts were made to maintain inflow boundary co.ditions throughout the co.putational *** reliability of the numerical method was validated using results from an experimental investigation co.ducted in the co.e area of the CBD(〜1.5 km2).Experimental and numerical investigations of wind speed ratios at the center of the three tallest buildings in the CBD agree within an uncertainty factor of *** the experimental and numerical results show that wind speed ratios in the wind field with exposure category D are higher than those from the wind field with exposure category *** on the above validation work,the wind environment around tall buildings in the whole CBD was then investigated by numerical *** flow phenomena and patterns,such as stagnation points,shielding effects,separation flow,and channeling flow,were identified around the tall *** pedestrianlevel wind environment around tall buildings in the CBD was further evaluated using nearby meteorological wind *** evaluation results show that some pedestrian activities,such as sitting at the center of the three tallest buildings,are unadvisable when the wind blows from the south-east.

The genus Phytobius Schoenherr,1833(Ceutorhynchinae:Phytobiini)from China was revised on the basis of morphological observations and barco.e *** distribution of the type species ***(Marsham,1802)in China was co.firmed for the first time,based on specimens co.lected from Beijing and *** species,*** Wagner,1939 was found widely distributed along the east co.st of *** morphologically varied populations from the north(Heilongjiang)and south(Zhejiang)are suggested to be the same species based on the genetic divergence and phylogeny analysis of co. *** plant association of the species with Polygonum hydropiper L.(Polygonaceae)was *** photographs,illustrations of important characters,distribution map,and a key to both species are provided.

Taxonomy plays an important role in understanding the origin, evolution, and eco.ogical functionality of biodiversity. There are large number of unknown species yet to be described by taxonomists, which together with their eco.ystem services cannot be effectively protected prior to description. Despite this, taxonomy has been increasingly underrated insufficient funds and permanent positions to retain young talents. Further, the impact factordriven evaluation systems in China exacerbate this downward trend, so alternative evaluation metrics are urgently necessary. When the current generation of outstanding taxonomists retires,there will be too few remaining taxonomists left to train the next generation. In light of these challenges, all co.authors worked together on this paper to analyze the current situation of taxonomy and put out a joint call for immediate actions to advance taxonomy in China.

Aging biomarkers are a co.bination of biological parameters to(i)assess age-related changes,(ii)track the physiological aging process,and(iii)predict the transition into a pathological *** a broad spectrum of aging biomarkers has been developed,their potential uses and limitations remain poorly *** immediate goal of biomarkers is to help us answer the following three fundamental questions in aging research:How old are we?Why do we get old?And how can we age slower?This review aims to address this ***,we summarize our current knowledge of biomarkers developed for cellular,organ,and organismal levels of aging,co.prising six pillars:physiological characteristics,medical imaging,histological features,cellular alterations,molecular changes,and secretory *** fulfill all these requisites,we propose that aging biomarkers should qualify for being specific,systemic,and clinically relevant.
