A New Prediction Model for Grain Yield in Northeast China Based on Spring North Atlantic Oscillation and Late-Winter Bering Sea Ice Cover

Accurate estimations of grain output in the agriculturally important region of Northeast China are of great strategic significance for guaranteeing food *** prediction models for maize and rice yields are built in this paper based on the spring North Atlantic Oscillation index and the Bering Sea ice cover *** year-to-year increment is first forecasted and then the original yield value is obtained by adding the historical yield of the previous *** multivariate linear prediction model of maize shows good predictive ability,with a low normalized root-mean-square error（NRMSE）of 13.9%,and the simulated yield accounts for 81%of the total variance of the *** improve the performance of the multivariate linear model,a combined forecasting model of rice is built by considering the weight of the *** NRMSE of the model is 12.9%and the predicted rice yield explains 71%of the total *** corresponding cross-validation test and independent samples test further demonstrate the efficiency of the *** is inferred that the statistical models established here by applying year-to-year increment approach could make rational prediction for the maize and rice yield in Northeast China before *** present study may shed new light on yield prediction in advance by use of antecedent large-scale climate signals adequately.

A high order collaboration and real time formal model for automatic testing of safety critical systems

The need for safety critical systems （SCS） is both important and urgent, and their evaluation and verification are test-dependent. SCS are usually complex and very large, so manual testing of SCS are infeasible in practice, and develop- ing automatic test approaches for SCS has become an impor- tant trend. This paper defines a formal semantics model for automatic test of SCS, called AutTMSCS, which describes behaviors in SCS testing. The model accommodates the high order collaboration in real time and temporariness of SCS testing. testing tasks, test equipment and products under test are abstracted and architected in three layers, and a method for automatic testing is given. Based on extended label tran- sition system （LTS）, the convergency and correctness of the model are proved to demonstrate the computability of the model, indicating that the testing process of SCS can be au- tomatic.

Process Mining Discovery Techniques for software Architecture Lightweight evaluation Framework

This research recognizes the limitation and challenges of adaptingand applying Process Mining as a powerful tool and technique in theHypothetical software Architecture (SA) evaluation Framework with thefeatures and factors of lightweightness. Process mining deals with the largescalecomplexity of security and performance analysis, which are the goalsof SA evaluation frameworks. As a result of these conjectures, all ProcessMining researches in the realm of SA are thoroughly reviewed, and ninechallenges for Process Mining Adaption are recognized. Process mining isembedded in the framework and to boost the quality of the SA model forfurther analysis, the framework nominates architectural discovery algorithmsFlower, Alpha, Integer Linear Programming (ILP), Heuristic, and Inductiveand compares them vs. twelve quality criteria. Finally, the framework’s testingon three case studies approves the feasibility of applying process mining toarchitectural evaluation. The extraction of the SA model is also done by thebest model discovery algorithm, which is selected by intensive benchmarkingin this research. This research presents case studies of SA in service-oriented,Pipe and Filter, and component-based styles, modeled and simulated byHierarchical Colored Petri Net techniques based on the cases’ *** this framework dealswith the system’s log files obtainedfrom SA simulation. Applying process mining is challenging, especially for aSA evaluation framework, as it has not been done yet. The research recognizesthe problems of process mining adaption to a hypothetical lightweightSA evaluation framework and addresses these problems during the solutiondevelopment.

OBJECTIVE To evaluate whether three assays,respectively,for the measurement of human C-reactive protein(CRP),haptoglobin(Hp) and total bile acid(TBA) were suitable for the applications in cynomolgus monkeys. METHODS CRP was measured by an immune agglutination method and Hp was measured with an immunotubidimetric *** kits for both methods were provided by Roche *** was measured with an enzymatic cycling method supplied by Shanghai Zhengkang Biotechnology ***.,*** the reagent kits were operated on Cobas C501 chemistry *** The accuracy values of control materials analyzed during the validation were within the quoted ranges specified by the ***-assay CV values were all below 10%.Intra-assay CV values for CRP and TBA were below 5%.However,intra-assay CV for Hp at 0.32 g·L was 7.82%.The performance of the Hp method close to the lowest level of detection was suboptimal and cannot be expected to give CV%better than 7.8%.The consequence of the suboptimal method performance at low concentration of Hp must not be ***,a good agreement was observed between the results of CRP and TBA obtained from CDSER and those from validated assays outside *** note,plasma samples were stable for CRP and TBA at all tested conditions,ie 4 h at RT,1 day at 2-8℃,1 week or 4 weeks at -80℃.Minor deviations were seen for Hp which became unstable while stored at -80℃for 4 ***,the stability data was inconclusive due to relatively high intra-assay variation(CV%).The stability re-test needs to be done on samples with medium or high concentrations of *** The assays for three biomarkers fulfilled the criteria of acceptance regardless of two minor exceptions(stability data and intra-assay data) associated with Hp.

METHODS Both PHAGOBURST assay,which determines the percentage of neutrophils that undergo an oxidative burst, and PHAGOtest assay which determines the percentage of neutrophils that engulf fluorescein-labelled opsonized *** bacteria,were performed following the kits'''' procedures with a flow *** blood samples from cynomolgus monkeys were analyzed for intra-assay and intra-animal precision,sample stability and inter-subject *** Intra-assay coefficients of variation(CV) for the phagoburst assay were 0.4%(1 mol·L~(-1),one male animal) and 0.2%(1F,one female animal),while intra-assay CVs for phagocytosis assay were 3.4%(1 mol·L~(-1)) and 0.7% (1F).Intra-animal CVs over 3 d for the phagoburst assay were 8.7%(1mol·L~(-1)) and4.1%(1F),whereas intra-animal CVs for the phagocytosis test were 1.2%(1 mol·L~(-1)) and 5.2%(1F).Inter-subject variability was determined with 4 male animals and 4 female ***,the heparinized blood samples were stable for both oxidative burst activity and phagocytic activity after kept at room temperature for 8 h and for 24 h,*** All the parameters tested throughout the study fulfilled the criteria of *** phagoburst assay and phagocytosis assay are methodologically acceptable for the use in the analysis of phagocytic function in cynomolgus monkeys.
