The Ru complexes have garnered a great deal of attention for antitumor phototherapy; however, achieving efficient cellular uptake and tumor-specific activation represents a major challenge. Herein, we synthesize a hypoxia-activated Ru complex(RuANM) and construct it into supramolecular polymers(PolyRuANM) through high binding affinity interaction. The amphiphilic supramolecular polymers possess self-assembly, resulting in the formation of diverse nanostructures exhibiting a range of morphologies by simply adjusting the host-guest ratio. As the polymer nanostructure size and morphology have been optimized, PolyRuANM prevents premature drug leakage and accumulates rapidly in the tumor cells. In the tumor hypoxia microenvironment, the polymer undergoes selective activation and disintegration, leading to the unlock of Ru ***, the subsequent application of red light irradiation exacerbates the hypoxia and potentiates the liberation of the Ru complexes. This polymer design concept provides some novel insights into on-demand drug delivery and smart chemophotodynamic therapy.

Owing to the integration of energy digitization and artificial intelligence technology,smart energy grids can realize the stable,efficient and clean operation of power ***,the emergence of cyber-physical attacks,such as dynamic load-altering attacks(DLAAs)has introduced great challenges to the security of smart energy ***,this study developed a novel cyber-physical collaborative security framework for DLAAs in smart energy *** proposed framework integrates attack prediction in the cyber layer with the detection and localization of attacks in the physical ***,a data-driven method was proposed to predict the DLAA sequence in the cyber *** designing a double radial basis function network,the influence of disturbances on attack prediction can be *** on the prediction results,an unknown input observer-based detection and localization method was further developed for the physical *** addition,an adaptive threshold was designed to replace the traditional precomputed threshold and improve the detection performance of the ***,through the collaborative work of the cyber-physics layer,injected DLAAs were effectively detected and *** with existing methodologies,the simulation results on IEEE 14-bus and 118-bus power systems verified the superiority of the proposed cyber-physical collaborative detection and localization against DLAAs.

This paper presents a smart checkout system designed to mitigate the issues of noise and errors present in the existing barcode and RFID-based systems used at retail stores’checkout *** is achieved by integrating a novel AI algorithm,called Improved Laser Simulator Logic(ILSL)into the RFID *** enhanced RFID system was able to improve the accuracy of item identification,reduce noise interference,and streamline the overall checkout *** potential of the systemfor noise detection and elimination was initially investigated through a simulation study usingMATLAB and ILSL ***,it was deployed in a small-scale environment to validate its real-world *** show that RFID with the proposed new algorithm ILSL and AI basket is capable of accurately detecting the related itemswhile eliminating noise originating fromunrelated objects,achieving an accuracy rate of 88%.

Thermoresponsive hydrogels have been designed for smart windows to dynamically modulate solar radiation,but their inherent drawbacks of long response time and imperfectly matched phase transition temperature have limited their wide *** work reports a novel composite hydrogel consisting of hydroxypropyl cellulose,polyacrylic acid,and carbon quantum dots with intriguing features of tunable transition temperature and enhanced switching *** composite hydrogel demonstrated flexible tunability in transition temperature by controlling the hydrogen ion concentration and a fast response speed by dopping with carbon dots for efficient photothermal *** building energy simulation was carried out to investigate the impacts of transition temperature variations and solar regulations on the space cooling/heating loads under different climate conditions,revealing the necessity of tunability of both transition temperature and solar transmittance in thermochromic smart *** novel design of thermochromic composite hydrogel provides insight into theoretical and experimental support for future adaptive building envelopes.
