Silage Feeding with Water Hyacinth in the Tropics: A Research Note

Water hyacinth has ecological significance in addition to its agricultural and energy uses. Lower quality silage is defined in this paper as requiring nitrogen supplementation and treatment to improve nutritive value (NV). Ensilage of water hyacinth as a test case centers largely around the process to optimize protein nitrogen retention in silage-based regimens. A previous hypothesis proposed earlier by the author of that of functional amino acid ratios [tyrosine (TYR): large neutral amino acids (LNAA), tyrosine (TYR): phenylalanine (PHE)] were subsequently found to be counter to what the given schemata predicts. And subsequently with another study there was no corroborative evidence for it to support the espoused hypothesis using the same schemata. The role of N status is still the most viable option among factors from studies continuing how amino acids like histidine (HIS) and arginine (ARG) and their growth-related endocrine functions play a role. There are other schemas illustrating non-homeostatic type regulation with protein intake. To focus on molecular-level mechanisms to ruminal protein digestion it is becoming clear what factors in feed and microbial cell fermentation contribute to optimizing microbial cell protein (MCP) synthesis from ATP with organic matter (OM) digestibility and preformed amino acids (PFAA) from peptides and free amino acids in addition to non-protein nitrogen (NPN), the former more efficiently assimilated in MCP than NPN in the rumen. Accordingly, it has been recommended that soluble proteins fed to dairy cows not exceed microbial requirements along with high dietary escape protein fed with a sufficient amino acid profile to meet dairy production.

Ocean is full of low-frequency,irregular,and widely distributed wave energy,which is suitable as the energy source for maritime internet of Things(IoTs).Utilizing triboelectric nanogenerators(TENGs)to harvest ocean wave energy and power sensors is proven to be an effective ***,in random ocean waves,the irregular electrical energy output by general TENGs restricts the *** present,achieving regularized water wave energy harvesting relies on rather complex mechanical structure designs,which is not conducive to *** this work,we proposed a novel mechanical controlled TENG(MCTENG)with a simple controlled switch to realize the regularization *** structural parameters of the MC-TENG are optimized,and the optimal output voltage,output current,and transferred charge respectively reach 1684.2 V,85.4μA,and 389.9 nC,generating a peak power density of 38.46 W·m^(−3)·Hz^(−1).Under real water wave environment,the output of the MC-TENG is regularized and keeps stable regardless of any wave ***,the potential applications of the MC-TENG are demonstrated in powering environmental temperature,humidity,and wind speed *** work renders a simple approach to achieve effective regularized ocean wave energy harvesting,promoting the TENG industrialization toward practical application of maritime IoTs.

In the paradigms of the internet of things(Io T), sensor nodes could collect the data through the Wireless sensor network(WSN), and could be managed and accessed by human users through the internet. There are many challenges remain. Taking advantage of IPv6,IPv6 over Low-power personal area networks(6Lo WPANs)implemented on resource constrained devices makes the connection possible and easier. This paper is contributing on constructing architecture of the end-to-end communication system based on 6Lo WPAN gateway, which enabled convergence of IPv6 network and low-power wireless networking, featuring encapsulating 6Lo WPAN adapter layer in a Network adapter driver(NAD) of personal computer. Using real commercial deployment, the result of application test bed shows that the IPv6 hosts could be interactive with IP-based sensor nodes through 6Lo WPAN gateway with acceptable latency and packet loss.

This paper discussed the characteristics of addressing from the perspective of internet addressing mechanism. An internet of things(IOT) resource addressing iteration model was defined. In the model, a direct addressing mode for active nodes and an indirect addressing mode for passive codes were proposed, which meet the requirement for multiple encoding mode. A unified IOT resource lightweight addressing scheme based on IPv6 has been proposed to implement the two addressing modes. The scheme utilized the virtual domain to solve the problem of the heterogeneous encoding. The paper implemented the addressing process from the internet host to the sensor node based on IPv6 over low-power wireless personal area networks(6Lo WPAN) protocol. The experiment results show that the scheme is performed to realize communication between wireless sensor networks and IPv6 networks.

We demonstrate the fabrication of single-mode helical Bragg grating waveguides(HBGWs)in a multimode core-less fiber by using a femtosecond laser direct writing *** approach provides a single-step method for creating Bragg grating ***,the unique helical structure in such an HBGW serves as a depressed cladding waveguide and also generates strong Bragg resonance due to its *** of pulse energy,helical diameter,and helical pitch used for fabricating HBGWs were studied,and a single-mode HBGW with a narrow bandwidth of 0.43 nm and a Bragg wavelength of 1546.50 nm was achieved by using appropriate parameters,including a diameter of 10μm and a helical pitch of 1.07μ*** measured cross-sectional refractive index profile indicates that a depressed cladding waveguide has been created in this single-mode ***,five single-mode HBGWs with various Bragg wavelengths were successfully fabricated by controlling the helical pitch,and this technique could be used for achieving a wavelength-division-multiplexed HBGW ***,the temperature and strain responses of the fabricated single-mode HBGW were tested,exhibiting a temperature sensitivity of 11.65 pm/℃ and a strain sensitivity of 1.29 pm/με,*** addition,the thermal stability of the single-mode HBGW was also studied by annealing at a high temperature of 700℃ for 15 *** degeneration of the single-mode waveguide into a multimode waveguide was observed during the isothermal annealing process,and the peak reflection and the Bragg wavelength of the fundamental mode exhibited a decrease of∼7 dB and a“blue”shift of 0.36 ***,such a femtosecond laser directly written single-mode HBGW could be used in many applications,such as sapphire fiber sensors,photonic integrated circuits,and monolithic waveguide lasers.
