Polymer has been successfully used to enhance crude oil recovery at high water cut ***,the application of polymer flooding is limited by the heterogeneity of *** this work,the role of polymer flooding in heterogeneous reservoir was explored by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)*** core displacement experiments were carried out to study polymer flooding in heterogeneous *** results showed that the polymer flooding area was related to permeability and pore *** the end of the water flooding stage,the residual oil was not evenly distributed in porous *** percent crude oil recovery increased with the increase of pore *** oil recovery from cores with larger pores was higher,and water broke through the highly permeable core *** 0.3 PV polymer injection,the water mobility of the high permeability core *** injection showed a dual effect,an oil displacement effect and a traction *** oil displacement effect was responsible for driving out the crude oil in large pores,whereas the traction effect was responsible for driving out residual oil from small *** 1 PV polymer injection,the polymer solution channeled through the highly permeable core *** crude oil in large pores was washed out *** NMR water-phase spectrum line of the highly permeable core was much higher than that of the low permeable *** different core permeability and porosity,the NMR peak of the crude oil-phase spectrum line indicated that the polymer flooding is mainly effective on pores>40μm.

Geothermal reservoir are the vehicle of geothermal resources and their occurrence as well as the storage mass. Precise description and evaluation of geothermal reservoir serves to be the cornerstone of geothermal resource exploration and exploitation. Based on the principles and basic train of geothermal reservoir evaluation, in this work, the content of geothermal reservoir evaluation was determined and the value range of geothermal reservoir evaluation parameters was discussed in combination with the actual production data of two types of geothermal reservoir in North China: The Neogene Guantao Formation sandstone pore-type geothermal reservoir, and the CambrianOrdovician and Middle Proterozoic Jixian carbonate karst-fissure-type geothermal reservoir. An evaluation method for the sandstone pore-type and the carbonate karstfissure-type geothermal reservoir is finally established based on the analysis of the production data, i.e. the values of geothermal reservoir temperature, geothermal fluid production, reinjection, physical properties and other parameters are assigned, and the geometric average value of the assigned values for the above-mentioned parameters is taken as the overall evaluation index of geothermal reservoir. From large to small, this index categorizes geothermal reservoir into three grades:Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ, which corresponds to advantageous, moderate advantageous and disadvantageous geothermal reservoir respectively. The geothermal reservoir of the same grade are further classified in light of the index value, thus realizing the comprehensive evaluation of geothermal reservoir.

Ammonium chloride corrosion in the reactor effluent system remains to be a barrier for the safe operation of the ebullated-bed hydrogenation unit as impurity content is higher compared with that of the ordinary hydrogenation *** this research,a sinopec envisaged case study was conducted on feed oil containing 2.92μg/g of Cl and 0.38%of N,because the impurity content of feed oil was representative in residue *** deposition patterns in heat exchangers were investigated by changing process variables,and then water wash strategy was optimized in view of the relative humidity to obtain a minimum water flowrate,and finally the process optimization suggestions concerning the operation of heat exchangers were *** show that with the measured content of nitrogen and chlorine in the feed,the NH4Cl deposition temperature of hot high-pressure vapor and hot low-pressure vapor was 223.4℃ and 173.7℃,respectively,and the minimum water wash flowrate for heat exchangers of hot high-pressure vapor with mixed hydrogen and hot low-pressure vapor with cold low-pressure oil was 38.0 t/h and 5.4 t/h,*** wash should be carried out intermittently upstream of the heat exchanger tube *** consideration of energy consumption,it is recommended to reduce the tube pass outlet temperature of the above heat exchangers to 240℃ and 190℃,respectively.

Mn-doped SrCoO_(3-δ) Perovskite Oxides for Ethylene Production via Chemical Looping Oxidative Dehydrogenation of Ethane

Chemical looping oxidative dehydrogenation (CL-ODH) is an economically promising method for convertingethane into higher value-added ethylene utilizing lattice oxygen in redox catalysts, also known as oxygen carriers. Inthis study, perovskite-type oxide SrCoO_(3-δ) and B-site Mn ion-doped oxygen carriers (SrCo_(1-x)MnxO_(3-δ), x=0.1, 0.2, 0.3)were prepared and tested for the CL-ODH of ethane. The oxygen-deficient perovskite SrCoO_(3-δ) exhibited high ethyleneselectivity of up to 96.7% due to its unique oxygen vacancies and lattice oxygen migration rates. However, its low ethyleneyield limits its application in the CL-ODH of ethane. Mn doping promoted the reducibility of SrCoO_(3-δ) oxygen carriers,thereby improving ethane conversion and ethylene yield, as demonstrated by characterization and evaluation experiments.X-ray diffraction results confirmed the doping of Mn into the lattice of SrCoO_(3-δ), while X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) indicated an increase in lattice oxygen ratio upon incorporation of Mn into the SrCoO_(3-δ) lattice. Additionally, H2temperature-programmed reduction (H2-TPR) tests revealed more peaks at lower temperature reduction zones and a declinein peak positions at higher temperatures. Among the four tested oxygen carriers, SrCo0.8Mn0.2O_(3-δ) exhibited satisfactoryperformance with an ethylene yield of 50% at 710 °C and good stability over 20 redox cycles. The synergistic effect of Mnplays a key role in increasing ethylene yields of SrCoO_(3-δ) oxygen carriers. Accordingly, SrCo0.8Mn0.2O_(3-δ) shows promisingpotential for the efficient production of ethylene from ethane via CL-ODH.

Domestic economic growth slowed down and supply exceeded demand in oil market in 2015, so the growth of refineries＂ processing volume was limited. Nevertheless, the gradual decontrol of market and the storage requirement under low oil price, crude oil imports hit a record high of 335.5 million tons, with the growth rate approximating 9%. Refined oil exports soared and imports decreased, which made China become a net refined oil exporter for the first time for 24 years, and net imports reached 6.22 million tons. Robust requirement on chemical raw materials propelled imported liquefied petroleum gas market to go on expanding. Imports exceeded 12 ,zillion tons in 2015, thus China leaped into the world＇s largest liquefied petroleum gas importer. In 2016, oil consumption growth would be kept at lower level. However, China would further decontrol crude oil import and refined oil export permits and put incremental storage capacity, into use. Therefore, crude oil imports would continue to rise up, and refined oil exports may hit a new historic high. hnported liquefied petroleum gas market will enter into a stage of stable growth after two years rapid development.

China＇s oil import dependence had risen to 72% in 2017, while its net imports of various oil products, including crude oil, refined oil, liquefied petroleum gas （LPG） and other products, had climbed to 418.8 million tons, an increase by10.7% over 2016. China＇s crude oil import reached 420 million tons, surpassed the United States for the first time, and China had become the biggest crude oil importing country in the world. Net export of the rejqned oil, mainly the diesel, continued to increase to 22.7 million tons, as driven by the oversupply situation of the domestic market. Last year, China＇s LPG import was 18.45 million tons, but its growth was diminishing. Oil price would continue to rise in 2018, while the domestic demand of refined oil would be maintained at a lower rate of growth. However, driving by new refining capacities to be brought online, it is estimated that the crude oil import would still be increased remarkably. LPG import would reach a new high due to the growth potential and strong demand for feedstocks in the petrochemical product market.

In 2016,China's net imports of crude oil increased to 378.3 million tons and its net exports of product oil soared to 20.45 million *** crude runs continue to grow at a low rate,and the domestic product oil market still has a supply *** consumption fell for the first time in 21 *** liquefied petroleum gas(LPG) market continues to grow rapidly,spurred on by feedstock demand for chemicals and gasoline blending components,and imports of LPG have reached a record high of 16.12 million *** refinery throughput of Petro China and sinopec had declined for 2 consecutive years,but crude oil imports climbed to a new high of 381 million tons as independent refineries boosted their utilization of capacity and the domestic oilfields produced a decreased amount of *** oil now accounts for more than 2/3 of the Chinese market compared to being only about 1/3 15 years ***,the proportion of imported crude in refinery runs has risen to 70%.In 2017,China's economy will continue to face substantial pressure,and domestic demand for product oil will continue to grow slowly.

Post-Neogene Structural Evolution: An Important Geological Stage in the Formation of Gas Reservoirs in China

Tectonic movements since the Neogene have been the major developmental and evolutional stages of the latest global crustal deformation and orogenic movements. China is located in a triangular area bounded by the Indian landmass, the West Siberian landmass and the Pacific Plate, characterized by relatively active tectonic movements since the Neogene, and in this region, natural gas would have been very easy to dissipate, or difficult to preserve. Therefore, the characteristics of post-Neogene tectonic movements offer important geological factors in researching the formation and preservation of gas reservoirs in China. Summarizing the reservoiring history of gas fields in China, although there are some differences between various basins, they are all affected by the tectonic movements since the Neogene. These movements have certainly caused destruction to the reservoiring and distribution of natural gas in China, which has resulted in a certain dissipation of natural gas in some basins. As a whole, however, they have mainly promoted the reservoiring and accumulation of natural gas: (1) a series of China-type foreland basins have been formed between basins and ridges in western China, which provide favorable conditions for the formation of large and medium gas fields, as well as controlling the finalization of gas reservoirs in the basins; (2) rows and belts of anticlines have been formed in the Sichuan Basin in central China, which have been the major stages of the formation and finalization of gas reservoirs in that basin; the integral and quick rising and lifting, and a further west-dipping in the Ordos Basin have resulted in a further accumulation of natural gas in gas fields from Jingbian to Uxin; (3) in eastern China, the Bohai movement in the late Pliocene has provided favorable geological conditions for lately-formed gas reservoirs in the Bohai Sea area mainly composed of the Bozhong depression; and it also resulted in secondary hydrocarbon generation and forma
