Pregabalin,(S)-3-amino methyl hexanoic acid,is a structural analogue ofγ-amino butyric acid(GABA)which has been widely used to treat partial seizures and neuropathic pain[1].It is soluble in aqueous solution and sparingly soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol,DMSO and *** oxide(PEO)has a strong negative effect on analysis of hydrophilic active ingredient and its relative substances due to extremely high viscosity of PEO in aqueous *** aim of this study is to develop a fast and precise method for the determination of pregabalin and its relative substances in extended release tablets including PEO using sodium sulfate for the treatment of sample solution.

A New Model for Ice Forces on A Conical Structure

The ice force is an important factor to be taken into account for offshore structures in cold regions, and the calculation method of the ice force is meaningful for the offshore structure design. The cone is now used as an optimal ice-resistant structure because it can cause bending failure of the ice sheet. The interaction between an ice sheet and a conical structure is studied in this paper and Croasdale's model is modified based on field observations. The newly built model separates the ice sheet into the emersed part and the floating part, and the equilibrium analyses are carried out respectively. The bending moment distribution of the ice sheet is analyzed for the determination of the position of bending failure, which serves as a supplementary restraint. The analytic solution of the ice force on a conical structure is obtained and it is verified with the experimental data of previous researches.

Machine-type communications(MTC) are gaining significant research attention as one of the most promising technologies for the fifth generation(5G) mobile networks. A critical issue handled by MTC is support for massive numbers of connections, which is a growing problem that will become increasingly challenging as MTC share spectrum resources with cellular communication. Here, not only the number of connections but also the data rate requirements of cellular users(CUEs) need to be considered. Given these issues, in this paper, we formulate a group-based joint signaling and data resource optimization model constrained by network resource and data rate requirements in order to maximize the number of connections. We also note that this problem is nonconvex and that obtaining an optimal solution is computationally complex for MTC with massive numbers of users(UEs). Therefore, we decompose the problem into group-based data aggregation and resource allocation subproblems. To solve these two subproblems, we develop an adaptive group head selection algorithm and a joint signaling and data resource allocation algorithm that satisfy both the data rate requirement and resource constraints, respectively. Our simulation results show that our proposed algorithms significantly improve the number of connections when compared with other classic methods. Furthermore, our results reveal that the limiting factor on the number of connections changes with the ratio of the number of MTC UEs to that of CUEs and the ratio of data requirement of MTC UEs to that of CUEs. Finally, we note that our proposed group-based resource allocation algorithm can effectively improve the number of connections, especially when more MTC UEs and a small amount of MTC data are present.

The theoretical analysis and numerical calculation of scattering of elastic waves and dynamic stress concentrations in the thin plate with the cutout was studied using dual reciprocity boundary element method （DRM）. Based on the work equivalent law, the dual reciprocity boundary integral equations for flexural waves in the thin plate were established using static fundamental solution. As illustration, numerical results for the dynamic stress concentration factors in the thin plate with a circular hole are given. The results obtained demonstrate good agreement with other reported results and show high accuracy.

Network reconfiguration and capacitor switching are important measures to reduce power loss and improve security and economy in automation of distribution. A new method based on parallel genetic algorithm is proposed to search the whole problem space for better solution. Multiple populations evolve independently and communicate periodically, which simulates parallel computing process to save computing time. The results show that the method is robust and has better benefit than the alterative iteration method. In addition, the effect of overall optimization is better than optimization alone. Power loss can be reduced and the level of voltage can be greatly improved.

The effect of prior corrosion on the mechanical properties of 7475-T761 aluminum alloy was investigated by immersion test, stress corrosion test, cathode charge method and electrochemical polarization test. Results show that prior corrosion in the solution with 3 wt% NaC1 and 0.5 wt% H202 leads to mechanical properties deterioration of 7475-T761 aluminum alloy. Moreover, the elongation decreases significantly. This is mainly attributed to electrochemical corrosion and hydrogen embrittlement, in which corrosion plays a major role. Tensile stress promotes the degradation of the mechanical properties by accelerating the pitting corrosion and hydrogen embrittlement.

A mathematical model of the centrifugal filling process was established. The calculated results show that the centrifugal field has an important influence on the filling process. Moreover, the process of liquid flow and the location of free surface in sprue were simulated based on the solution Algorithm-Volume of Fraction (SOLA-VOF) technique. In order to verify the mathematical model and computational results, hydraulic simulation experiment was carried out. The results of experiments and numerical simulation indicate the accuracy of mathematical model. Two kinds of filling methods were investigated and the results show that the bottom filling is better than the top filling that can achieve stable filling and reduce defects.
