Background:Several vaccines have been approved against COVID-19,and 5 have been used in *** to the decrease in antibody levels 3 to 6 months after the second dose of CoronaVac,healthcare workers received the third booster of mRNA vaccine(mRNA-1273)to increase the antibody *** study aimed to evaluate the risk factors of anti-S-RBD IgG levels differences in healthcare ***:This study is a retrospective cohort study of 576 healthcare workers without previous SARS-CoV-2 infection who received 2 doses of CoronaVac and the third dose of mRNA-12736 months after the second *** samples were obtained 2nd,6th,12th,and 24th weeks after the second dose of CoronaVac vaccine administration,with mRNA-1273 booster on week *** measurements of IgG antibodies were performed with Elecsys Anti-SARS-CoV-2 S *** identify the baseline factors predicting post-vaccination antibody titers using univariate and multivariate linear regression ***:This study comprised 576 participants aged 32 years old,72.05%female,and 45.84%from high-risk occupation *** median antibodies titer level on the 2nd,6th,12th,and 24th weeks after the second vaccine dose administration were 40.99 u/mL,42.01 u/mL,54.78 u/mL,and 23,225 u/*** levels trended highest in female and younger age group(20-29 years old).Conclusions:The third dose of vaccine increased the quantitative SARS-CoV-2 spike IgG antibody titers and eliminated differences in antibodies titer by gender.

AIM:To identify the prevalence of hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg) and to assess the association of hepatitis B virus (HBV) core promoter mutations and viral load in Indonesian ***:Sixty-four patients with chronic hepatitis,65 with liver cirrhosis and 50 with hepatocellular carcinoma were included in this *** and hepatitis B e antibody (HBeAb) tests were performed using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and the mutations were analyzed by *** load was measured by real-time polymerase chain ***:Of 179 patients,108 (60.3%) were HBeAg(-) and 86 (79.6%) of these HBeAg(-) patients had been *** A1896 mutation was not found in HBeAg(+) patients,however,this mutation was detected in 70.7% of HBeAg(-) *** mutation was frequently found when HBeAg was not expressed (87.7%),compared to that found in HBeAg seroconverted patients (65.1%).The A1899 mutation was also more prevalent in HBeAg(-) than in HBeAg(+) patients (P=0.004).The T1762/A1764 mutation was frequently found in both HBeAg(+) and HBeAg(-) patients,however,the prevalence of this mutation did not significantly differ among the two groups (P=0.054).In HBeAg(+) patients,the T1762/A1764 mutation was correlated with lower HBV DNA (P < 0.001).The A1899 mutation did not correlate with HBV DNA (P=0.609).In HBeAg(-) patients,the T1762/A1764 mutation alone was not correlated with HBV DNA (P=0.095),however,the presence of either the T1762/A1764 or A1896 mutations was associated with increased HBV DNA (P < 0.001).CONCLUSION:The percentage of HBeAg(-) patients is high in Indonesia,and most of the HBeAg(-) patients had been *** A1896 mutation was most likely the major cause of HBeAg *** T1762/A1764 mutation alone was associated with lower viral loads in HBeAg(+) patients,but not in HBeAg(-) patients.

Age is recognized as the major factors of dementia,especially in for Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Given to the aged population,the increased number of demented population has been receiving a great impact in our ***,so far,no cured medicines have been demonstrated to provide effective treatment in *** combination of pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions has been proposed to manage dementia with potential benefits especially in decreasing caregiver’s burden and behavior,as well as psychological problems of demented ***,giving to the glorious development in digital technologies,the virtual reality,one of the non-pharmacological interventions has been used extensively in dementia managements for its strengths which can be adapted in accordance with the heterogeneous needs from demented patients and their ***,various study designs and other reasons made these results difficult to be *** this review our goal is to provide a better understanding for these points.
