At the end of 2019,the novel coronavirus infection outbroke in Wuhan,Hubei *** Feb.2,2020,Wuhan,as the worst-hit region,began to build“shelter hospital”rapidly to treat patients with mild *** shelter hospital has multiple functions such as emergency treatment,surgical treatment and clinical test,which can adapt to emergency medical rescue *** on the characteristics that shelter hospital only treats patients with mild ilness,tests of shelter laboratory,including coronavirus nucleic acid detection,IgM/IgG antibody serology detection,monitoring and auxiliary diagnosis and/or a required blood routine,urine routine,C-reactive protein,calcitonin original,biochemical indicators(liver enzymes,myocardial enzymes,renal function,etc.)and blood coagulation function test etc,were used to provide important basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the *** order to ensure laboratory biosafety,it is necessary to first evaluate the harm level of various *** the laboratory biosafety management,the harm level assessment of microorganisms is the core work of biosafety,which is of great significance to guarantee *** an emergency deployment afcted by the environment,shelter laboratory must possess strong *** paper will explore how to combine the biosafety model of traditional laboratory with the particularity of shelter laboratory to carry out effective work in response to the current epidemic.

Numerical modeling and dynamic analysis of the 2017 Xinmo landslide in Maoxian County, China

A catastrophic landslide occurred at Xinmo village in Maoxian County, sichuan Province,China, on June 24, 2017. A 2.87×106 m3 rock mass collapsed and entrained the surface soil layer along the landslide path. Eighty-three people were killed or went missing and more than 103 houses were destroyed. In this paper, the geological conditions of the landslide are analyzed via field investigation and high-resolution imagery. The dynamic process and runout characteristics of the landslide are numerically analyzed using a depth-integrated continuum method and Mac Cormack-TVD finite difference *** results show that the evaluated area of the danger zone matchs well with the results of field investigation. It is worth noting that soil sprayed by the high-speed blast needs to be taken into account for such kind of large high-locality landslide. The maximum velocity is about 55 m/s, which is consistent with most cases. In addition, the potential danger zone of an unstable block is evaluated. The potential risk area evaluated by the efficient depthintegrated continuum method could play a significant role in disaster prevention and secondary hazard avoidance during rescue operations.

Activity evolution of landslides and debris flows after the Wenchuan earthquake in the Qipan catchment,Southwest China

The Wenchuan earthquake that occurred on 12 May 2008 induced numerous *** landslide materials were deposited on hillslopes,and deep channels were easily remobilized and transformed into debris flows by extreme *** years after the Wenchuan earthquake,debris flows were still active in the Qipangou Ravine in the quake-hit *** this paper,we continuously tracked the spatiotemporal evolution of the landslides and vegetation restoration and evaluated the evolution of debris flow activity in the Qipan catchment with the aid of a GIS platform and field investigations from 2008 to *** observed that the area with active landslides increased sharply immediately following the earthquake,and then decreased with time;however,the total area of landslides continued to increase from 6.93 km^(2)in 2008 to 10.55 km^(2)in *** active landslides shifted towards lower angles and higher elevations after *** 2009,the vegetation coverage has been gradually increasing and approaching the coverage present before the earthquake as of *** landslide activity was high and the vegetation recovery rates were rapidly rising during the first five years after the earthquake;the recovery rates then slowed over ***,we divided the evolution that occurred during the post landslide period into an active period(2008-2013),a self-adjustment period(2013-2026)and a stable period(after 2026).We then proposed a quantitative model to determine the trends of landslide activity rates and NDVI values in the catchment,which indicated that the landslide activities and postseismic vegetation restoration rates in this catchment will return to preseismic levels within approximately two *** also analysed the runout volumes of the debris flows after the earthquakes(Diexi and Wenchuan)and the standard deviation of the vegetation coverage and predicted that the debris flow activities will last for an additional 50 years or more.

Characteristics of diffuse pollution of nitrogen and phosphorous from a small town in the hilly area of the central sichuan Basin,China

Hydrological and hydro-chemical monitoring of nitrogen(N) and phosphorus(P) in a small urbanized catchment was conducted in the hilly area of the central sichuan Basin,China,from 2010 through *** diffuse N and P loadings in different forms of total nitrogen(TN) and phosphorus(TP),dissolved nitrogen(DN) and phosphorus(DP),as well as particulate nitrogen(PN) and phosphorus(PP) were calculated based on runoff discharges and chemical *** results revealed that the diffuse pollution concentrations of TN,DN,PN,TP,DP and PP exhibited large variations during rainfall events,with peak concentrations occurring during the initial *** all of the measured parameters,the event mean concentrations(EMCs) were observed to clearly vary among rainfall *** EMCs of TN,DN,PN,TP,DP and PP(for all of the observed rainfall events) were 10.04,6.62,3.42,1.30,0.47 and0.83 mg/L,*** losses of diffuse N and P exhibited clear seasonal patterns and mainly occurred during the period from July through September,when the losses totaled 99.3 and 9.6 kg/ha for TN and TP,respectively,accounting for 75% and 74% of the total annual *** mean annual loadings of TN and TP were 124.6 and 12.9 kg/ha,*** results indicate that residential areas in the hilly areaof the central sichuan Basin are subject to high diffuse N and P loadings,posing a serious risk to the receiving water *** buffering belts are recommended to incorporate into the urbanized catchment to reduce diffuse pollution.

In December 2019, a new type viral pneumonia cases occurred in Wuhan, Hubei Province;and then named "2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)" by the World Health Organization(WHO) on 12 January 2020. For it is a never been experienced respiratory disease before and with infection ability widely and quickly, it attracted the world’s attention but without treatment and control manual. For the request from frontline clinicians and public health professionals of 2019-nCoV infected pneumonia management, an evidence-based guideline urgently needs to be developed. Therefore, we drafted this guideline according to the rapid advice guidelines methodology and general rules of WHO guideline development;we also added the first-hand management data of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University. This guideline includes the guideline methodology, epidemiological characteristics, disease screening and population prevention, diagnosis, treatment and control(including traditional Chinese Medicine), nosocomial infection prevention and control, and disease nursing of the 2019-nCoV. Moreover, we also provide a whole process of a successful treatment case of the severe 2019-nCoV infected pneumonia and experience and lessons of hospital rescue for 2019-nCoV infections. This rapid advice guideline is suitable for the first frontline doctors and nurses, managers of hospitals and healthcare sections, community residents, public health persons, relevant researchers, and all person who are interested in the 2019-nCoV.
