Wind power is a kind of important green ***,wind turbines have been widely utilized around the *** turbines are co.posed of many important *** these co.ponents,the failure rate of the transmission system is relatively high in wind *** is because the co.ponents are subjected to aerodynamic loads for a long *** addition,its inertial load will result in fatigue fracture,wear and other *** this situation,wind turbines have to be repaired at a higher ***,the traditional reliability methods are difficult to deal with the above challenges when performing the reliability analysis of the transmission system of wind *** solve this problem,a stress-strength interference model based on performance degradation is *** on co.sidering the strength degradation of each co.ponent,the improved Monte Carlomethod simulation based on the Back Propagation neural network is used to obtain the curve of system reliability over ***,the Miner linear cumulative damage theory and the Carten-Dolan cumulative damage theory method are used to calculate the cumulative damage and fatigue life of the gear transmission system.

The extraction of pavement cracks is always a hard task in image *** airport and road co.struction,cracking is the main factor for pavement damage,which can decrease the quality of pavement and affect transportation *** also exist in other artificial or natural objects,such as buildings,bridges,tunnels,*** all the object images,pavement crack images are the most co.plex,so the image processing and analysis for them is harder than other crack *** the early image acquisition based on photography technology to the current 3 D laser scanning technology,the pavement crack image acquisition technology is beco.ing more co.venient and efficient,but there are still challenges in the automatic processing and reco.nition of cracks in *** the early global thresholding to deep learning algorithms,the research for crack extraction has been developed for about 40 *** are many methods and algorithms that are satisfactory in pavement crack applications,but there is no standard until ***,in order to know the developing history and the advanced research,we have co.lected a number of literature in this research topic for summarizing the research artwork status,and giving a review of the pavement crack image acquisition methods and2 D crack extraction ***,for image acquisition methods and pavement crack image segmentation,more detailed co.parison and discussions are made.

Assembly Unit Resource Balancing Strategy based on Discrete Production Mode

Aiming at the characteristics of obvious block division and strong discreteness in the assembly production mode of electronic products,this paper proposes a co.posite U-shaped flexible assembly line model,and establishes a multi-objective optimization mathematical model on this *** to the characteristics of the model,the improved ranked positional weight(RPW)method is used to adjust the generation process of the initial solution of the genetic algorithm,so that the genetic algorithm can be applied to the block task *** the same time,the adaptive cross mutation factor is used on the premise that tasks between different blocks are not crossed during cross mutation,which effectively improves the probability of excellent individuals *** that,the algorithm is used to iterate to obtain the optimal solution task ***,the algorithm results are co.pared with actual production data,which verifies the validity and feasibility of the assembly line model for discrete production mode proposed in this paper.
