The plane structure of bars jointed to a rigid-body is a complex and universal *** other structure of bars can be considered as its special cases. Many material have different stress-strain relation in tension and compression, generally the relation is nonlinear. In this paper,we use the constitutive model of linearly elastic and power hardening of strength difference to analyze plane structure of bars. The displacement method is used to derive the universal expression of calculating stress and strain. The nonlinear equations for computing displacements of the rigid-body has been given and general computing program has been worked out. This problem has been solved satisfactorily.

The paper makes an integrative evaluation of the current main ten categoriesof postal services by using the Evaluation Method of GE Corporation on the basis of the integrativeevaluation by some managers of postal enterprises concerned and some experts in the fields of postalservices on the defined eight indexes, which cover the main 4 indexes that model the postalenterprise's strength and the other main 4 indexes that reflect the future development prospect ofpostal services. And further, according to the marks given by the managers and experts to allcategories of postal services, the paper defines the quadrants of all categories of services to makecertain the orientation and measures for the development of all these categories of postalservices.
