Accurate prediction of offshore wind power output is the basis for guaranteeing the dispatch operation of offshore wind power grid-connected system. Aiming at the highly complex marine environment of offshore wind power and the strong coupling of stochastic space-time, this paper proposes a new type of interval prediction method for offshore wind power output based on Vague soft set. First, the concept of Vague soft set is introduced, and the interleaved offshore wind power interval division method integrating the true affiliation and pseudo-affiliation functions of Vague set is proposed to realize the Vague soft intervalization of wind power data. Then, an offshore wind power combination prediction model based on Vague-convolutional neural network (CNN)-long short-term memory neural network (LSTM) is established. The double affiliation interval probability vector is transformed into the interval prediction result under the complex uncertain information of offshore wind power by the Vague-like soft interval transformation method. Next, Vague soft interval prediction evaluation indexes such as prediction interval coverage accuracy, prediction interval width and prediction synthesis level are established from the perspective of prediction accuracy, clarity and compatibility. Finally, the actual data of an offshore wind turbine in the eastern part of China are used as an example for validation, and the results show that the proposed prediction model can take into account the coverage accuracy and clarity of the prediction intervals, which can provide support for the operational requirements of offshore wind power under different working conditions. ©2025 *** ***.

Chronic viral hepatitis type B and C both have the symptoms of pain in the hepatic region, asthenia, poor appetite, abdominal fullness, among which pain in the hepatic region is the most commonly seen. According to the author's clinical experience, treatment based on accurate TCM differentiation can not only eliminate pain in the hepatic region but also restore the hepatic function at the same time. Differentiation includes analysis of the nature of the hepatic pain and the accompanying symptoms, and the treatment is aimed at the differentiated symptoms. The following are methods of treatment.

AIM To assess the value of combined acoustic radiation force impulse(ARFI) imaging, serological indexes and contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) in distinguishing between benign and malignant liver lesions. METHODS Patients with liver lesions treated at our hospital were included in this study. The lesions were divided into either a malignant tumor group or a benign tumor group according to pathological or radiological findings. ARFI quantitative detection, serological testing and CEUS quantitative detection were performed and compared. A comparative analysis of the measured indexes was performed between these groups. Receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curves were constructed to compare the diagnostic accuracy of ARFI imaging, serological indexes and CEUS, alone or in different combinations, in identifying benign and malignant liver lesions. RESULTS A total of 112 liver lesions in 43 patients were included, of which 78 were malignant and 34 were benign. Shear wave velocity(SWV) value, serum alpha-fetoprotein(AFP) content and enhancement rate were significantly higher in the malignant tumor group than in the benign tumor group(2.39 ± 1.20 m/s vs 1.50 ± 0.49 m/s, 18.02 ± 5.01 ng/m L vs 15.96 ± 4.33 ng/m L, 2.14 ± 0.21 d B/s vs 2.01 ± 0.31 d B/s; P < 0.05). The ROC curve analysis revealed that the areas under the curves(AUCs) of SWV value alone, AFP content alone, enhancement rate alone, SWV value + AFP content, SWV value + enhancement rate, AFP content + enhancement rate and SWV value + AFP content + enhancement rate were 85.1%, 72.1%, 74.5%, 88.3%, 90.4%, 82.0% and 92.3%, respectively. BACKGROUND Colorectal cancer is one of the malignant tumors with a high incidence and mortality rate globally,and the occurrence of liver metastasis significantly affects patient survival *** recent years,the application of immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)in cancer treatment has made important progress,especially showing good therapeutic effects in patients with high microsatellite instability or mismatch repair ***,for the majority of patients with microsatellite stable(MSS)or proficient mismatch repair(pMMR)colorectal cancer,the efficacy of ICIs is limited,prompting researchers to explore combination therapy strategies to improve *** drugs such as tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKIs)and radiotherapy are believed to work synergistically with ICIs by modifying the tumor microenvironment and enhancing antigen *** To investigate the efficacy and safety of the combination therapy of radiotherapy,ICIs,and TKIs in patients with MSS or pMMR colorectal cancer liver metastasis(CCLM),in order to provide new clinical treatment *** A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 43 MSS or pMMR CCLM patients treated at our hospital from September 2021 to July *** on the treatment interventions received,the patients were divided into a control group(n=21,receiving ICIs and TKIs combination therapy)and an observation group(n=22,receiving radiotherapy,ICIs,and TKIs triple therapy).The therapeutic effects,serum tumor markers(carcinoembryonic antigen and RESULTS The disease control rate in the observation group(63.64%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(23.81%)(P<0.05)).Both groups showed a decrease in carcinoembryonic antigen and carbohydrate antigen 199 levels post-treatment,with the observation group demonstrating a more significant change(P<0.05).The median progression-free survival and median overall survival in the control group were 5.1 months and 7.6 months,respectively,
