The development of an advanced phototheranostic platform that combines imaging and therapy in a single agent is an appealing yet challenging *** this study,we successfully constructed three novel fluorescent probes by leveraging pharmaceutical chemistry and the design philosophy of the π-bridge *** a systematic comparative analysis of their fluorescence properties,water solubility,molecular conformation,and electrostatic potential,we revealed the fundamental principles governing the optical behavior and biological selectivity of these ***,the probe TPh IQ-CNTh demonstrated extended fluorescence in the near-infrared region,a significant aggregation-induced emission(AIE) effect,and the ability to distinguish tumor cells from normal ***,it efficiently generated reactive oxygen species(ROS) and specifically labeled lipid droplets,enabling the precise staining and killing of cancer *** study presents a practical strategy for designing precise tumor treatments that integrate efficient imaging-guided photodynamic therapy(PDT) by harnessing the unique properties of AIE materials.

Prohibited pesticide residues have become one of the main factors affecting the quality and safety of Lycii Fructus,However,rarely studies focus on the rapid determination of these ***,a total of 30 kinds of prohibited pesticide residues were determined by ultra-performance liquid chromatography tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)in five different process *** methods,chromatographic separation and detection conditions in mass spectrometry were all optimized *** the five different pretreatment methods,the first and third solid phase extraction failed to provide high recoveries of sulfosulfuron compounds(both lower than 60%).Recovery of chlorphenamidine by the Quick Easy Cheap Effective Rugged and Safe multiresidue method(QuEChERS)was lower than 60%,which did not meet the requirements of trace *** concentrations of 30 prohibited pesticides residues treated by straightforward and solid phase extraction showed good linearity in their corresponding ranges,with correlation coefficients over *** average recoveries of straightforward ranged from 78.13%to 110.9%,while RSD ranged from 1.3%to 16.9%,albeit poor purification was *** recovery yield from solid phase extraction was between 67.75%and 103.08%with RSD value from 0.8%to 14.0%,which met the requirements of trace determination,this method has good precision and *** results could be employed to other Traditional Chinese Medicines(TCMs)in detecting prohibited pesticide residues.

This study aims to uncover the hormetic process of luteolin， a common dietary flavone， in neuronal cells through its role in inducing mitochondrial stress. In rat pheochromocytoma PC12 cells， luteolin at low concentrations caused a mild and reversible loss of mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP)， while high concentrations of luteolin triggered intense and sustained depolarization of MMP. The MMP disturbance was shown to have a close association with the trophic and/or toxic effects triggered by luteolin; because the common mitochondrial uncouplers shared similar bi-phase dose-response on cell viability， as that of luteolin. Along with the induced MMP pertubation， luteolin triggered the development of autophagy and mitophagy， as determined by mCherry-GFP-LC3B tandem protein， and by the co-localization of mitochondrial/lysosomal staining. Subsequent application of autophagy inhibitors in the cultures blocked the luteolin-induced neurotrophic activities and sensitized the cells to be less resistant to luteolin-mediated cytotoxicity. Other flavonoids also displayed similar properties in the cultures， indicating that these compounds act as hormetic pharmacological inducers that stimulate cells to become more resilient and adapt to threats. This study provides a unifying mechanistic explanation for the neuro-beneficial effects of luteolin and other flavonoids.

Bifunctional electrocatalysts with high activity toward both oxygen reduction and evolution reaction are highly desirable for rechargeable Zn-air batteries. Herein, a kind of carbon nanotube (CNT) supported single-site Fe-N-C catalyst was fabricated via pyrolyzing in-situ grown Fe-containing zeolitic imidazolate frameworks on CNTs. CNTs not only serve as the physical supports of the Fe-N-C active sites but also provide a conductive network to facilitate the fast electron and ion transfer. The as-synthesized catalysts exhibit a half-wave potential of 0.865 V for oxygen reduction reaction and a low overpotential of 0.442 V at 10 mA·cm^(−2) for oxygen evolution, which is 310 mV smaller than that of Fe-N-C without CNTs. The rechargeable Zn-air batteries fabricated with such hybrid catalysts display a high peak power density of 182 mW·cm^(−2) and an excellent cycling stability of over 1,000 h at 10 mA·cm^(−2), which outperforms commercial Pt-C and most of the reported catalysts. This facile strategy of combining single-site Metal-N-C with CNTs network is effective for preparing highly active bifunctional electrocatalysts.

Based on the findings of skyrmion nature of stripes and the metastability of a state of an arbitrary number of skyrmions,precisely controlled manipulation of stripes of skyrmion number 1 in pre-designed structures and mutual transformation between helical states and skyrmion crystals(Sk Xs)are demonstrated in chiral magnetic *** a proof of the concept,we show how to use patterned magnetic fields and spin-transfer torques(STTs)to generate nematic and smectic stripe phases,as well as“UST”mosaic from three curved *** one stripe into many pieces and coalescing several skyrmions into one by various external fields are good ways to transform helical states and Sk Xs from each other.

Anisotropic magnetoresistance(AMR)and related planar Hall resistance(PHR)are ubiquitous phenomena of magnetic *** the universal angular dependences of AMR and PHR in magnetic polycrystalline materials with one order parameter are well known,no similar universal relation for other class of magnetic materials are known to *** a general theory of galvanomagnetic effects in magnetic materials is presented with two vector order parameters,such as magnetic single crystals with a dominated crystalline axis or polycrystalline non-collinear ferrimagnetic *** is shown that AMR and PHR have a universal angular *** general,both longitudinal and transverse resistivity are non-reciprocal in the absence of inversion symmetry:Resistivity takes different values when the current is *** from simple magnetic polycrystalline materials where AMR and PHR have the same magnitude,and π/4 out of phase,the magnitudes of AMR and PHR of materials with two vector order parameters are not the same in general,and the phase difference is not π/*** ofπperiodicity of the usual AMR and PHR,the periodicities of materials with two order parameters are 2π.

For rough machining of a complex narrow cavity,e.g.,a complex blisk channel on an aero-engine,the typically used cutting tools are the slender cylindrical cutter and conical ***,as neither of the two is particularly suited for rough machining,wherein the main purpose is to remove a large volume as quickly as possible,the machining efficiency is low,especially when the part materials are of hard-to-cut types(e.g.,Titanium-alloy)for which it often takes days to rough machine a ***,disc machining provides a new and efficient roughing solution,since a disc cutter with a large radius enables a much larger cutting speed and thus a larger material removal ***,due to the large radius of the disc cutter,its potential collision with narrow and twisted channels becomes a serious *** this paper,we propose a novel twophase approach for efficiently machining a complex narrow cavity workpiece using a disc-shaped cutter,i.e.,3+2-axis disc-slotting of the channel by multiple layers(rough machining)+five-axis disc-milling of the freeform channel side surfaces(semi-finish machining).Both simulation and physical cutting experiments are conducted to assess the effectiveness and advantages of the proposed *** experimental results show that,with respect to a same cusp-height threshold on the channel side surfaces,the total machining time of the tested part by the proposed method is about only 36%of that by the conventional approach of plunging-milling(for roughing)plus milling by a slender cylindrical cutter(for semi-finishing).

In-situ data from cruises in the Pearl River estuary and adjacent marine areas were collected during March to May 2001. The absorption coefficients of the water color components were studied in detail containing total suspended matter （TSM）, chlorophyll-a （chl-a）, colored dissolved organic matter （CDOM）, and de-pigment particles. For absorption coefficient of TSM, ap, and that of de-pigment particles, ad, correlations of ap（440）-TSM, ad（440）-TSM, ap（440）-chl-a and ad-chl-a were done （the italicized term means the concentration）. There was a good correlation between ap（440） and chl-a concentration. An empirical relationship model between aph（675） and chl-a was developed showing a strong correlation of 0.93. Based on the two models the chl-a and aph（2） were correlated. The values of calculated empirical spectral slope for CDOM absorption coefficients and that of de-pigment particles, 0.017 0 and 0.011 6 respectively, both are within a relative standard error of 10.0%.

Two novel AIE-active salicylaldehyde azine(SAA) derivatives with a typical excited-state intramolecular proton transfer(ESIPT) process are prepared by introducing electron-withdrawing and donating groups at para-position of phenolic hydroxyl group(CN-SAA and TPA-SAA). The effect of the proton activity in SAA framework on their optical behaviors is investigated spectroscopically. The results from NMR and solvation measurements show that the proton of phenolic hydroxyl group has higher activity when there are electron-withdrawing groups, and the absorption and fluorescence spectra in buffers with different pH also provide the same results. After inviting F. as a nucleophilic probe, this proton activity difference in CN-SAA and TPA-SAA becomes more obvious. The potential application of both molecules is investigated. TPA-SAA exhibits good quantitative sensing ability towards F. with a fluorescence "turn-on" mode, whereas the aggregates of TPA-SAA can selectively and sensitively detect Cu2+ in aqueous solution. From these results, a structure-property relationship is established: the occurrence of ESIPT process will become much easier when linking electron-withdrawing groups at the para-position of phenolic hydroxyl group(e.g., CN-SAA),and it is better to introduce electron-donating groups to enhance the sensing ability towards ions(e.g., TPA-SAA). This work will provide guidance for further design and preparation of AIE-active luminogens with ESIPT process for sensing applications.

The linear cofactor difference operator（LCDO） method,a direct parameter extraction method for general diodes,is *** the developed LCDO method,the extreme spectral characteristic of the diode voltage-current curves is revealed,and its extreme positions are related to the diode characteristic parameters *** method is applied to diodes with different sizes and temperatures,and the related characteristic parameters,such as reverse saturation current,series resistance and non-ideality factor,are extracted *** extraction result shows good agreement with the experimental data.
