co.bination of low-energy shock-wave therapy and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation to improve the erectile function of diabetic rats

Stem cell transplantation and low-energy shock-wave therapy （LESWT） have emerged as potential and effective treatment protoco.s for diabetic erectile dysfunction. During the tracking of transplanted stem cells in diabetic erectile dysfunction models, the number of visible stem cells was rather low and decreased quickly. LESWT co.ld recruit endogenous stem cells to the cavernous body and improve the microenvironment in diabetic cavernous tissue. Thus, we deduced that LESWT might benefit transplanted stem cell survival and improve the effects of stem cell transplantation. In this research, 42 streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats were randomized into four groups： the diabetic group （n = 6）, the LESWT group （n = 6）, the bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cell （BMSC） transplantation group （n = 15）, and the co.bination of LESWT and BMSC transplantation group （n = 15）. One and three days after BMSC transplantation, three rats were randomly chosen to observe the survival numbers of BMSCs in the cavernous body. Four weeks after BMSC transplantation, the following parameters were assessed： the surviving number of transplanted BMSCs in the cavernous tissue, erectile function, real-time polymerase chain reaction, and penile immunohistochemical assessment. Our research found that LESWT favored the survival of transplanted BMSCs in the cavernous body, which might be related to increased stromal cell-derived factor-1 expression and the enhancement of angiogenesis in the diabetic cavernous tissue. The co.bination of LESWT and BMSC transplantation co.ld improve the erectile function of diabetic erectile function rats more effectively than LESWT or BMSC transplantation performed alone.

At present,dental implant surgery mainly relies on the clinical experience of the doctor and the assistance of preoperative medical ***,there are some problems in dental implant surgery,such as narrow space,sight obstruction,inaccurate positioning,and high requirements of doctors’***,a dental implant robot system(DIRS)guided by optical navigation is developed in this study,with an x-shaped tool and an irregular pentagonal tracer are designed for spatial registration and needle tip positioning strategy *** co.rdinate system of each unit in DIRS is unified through system calibration,spatial registration,and needle tip positioning *** the surgical path is planned on the co.puted tomography(CT)images in the navigation software before *** automatic positioning method and the auxiliary positioning method can be used in the operation to achieve accurate positioning and assist doctors to co.plete the *** errors of spatial registration,needle tip positioning strategy,and the overall accuracy of the system were evaluated respectively,and the results showed that they all met the needs of clinical *** study preliminarily verified the feasibility of the precise positioning method for dental surgery robots and provided certain ideas for subsequent related research.

Planning and Real-time Pricing of EV Charging Stations co.sidering Social Welfare and Profitability Balance

This paper presents a planning and real-time pricing approach for EV charging stations(CSs).The approach takes the form of a bi-level model to fully co.sider the interest of both the government and EV charging station operators in the planning *** the perspective of maximizing social welfare,the government acts as the decision-maker of the upper level that optimizes the charging price matrix,and uses it as a transfer variable to indirectly influence the decisions of the lower level *** each operator at the lower level determines their scale acco.ding to the goal of maximizing their own revenue,and feeds the scale matrix back to the upper level.A Logit model is applied to predict the drivers’preference when selecting a ***,an improved particle swarm optimization(PSO)with the utilization of a penalty function is introduced to solve the nonlinear nonco.vex bi-level *** paper applies the proposed Bi-level planning model to a singlecenter small/medium-sized city with three scenarios to evaluate its performance,including the equipment utilization rate,payback period,traffic attraction ability,*** result verifies that the model performs very well in typical CS distribution scenarios with a reasonable station payback period(average 6.5 years),and relatively high equipment utilization rate,44.32%.

Microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-B4C co.posite at elevated temperature strengthened with in situ Al2O3 network

This study evaluated the mechanical properties and thermal properties of Al-12 vol%B4 C co.posite at elevated temperature strengthened with in situ Al2 O3 *** co.posite was fabricated using powder metallurgy(PM)with raw materials of fine atomized aluminum powders,and the associated microstructures were *** 350℃,the co.posite had ultimate tensile strength of UTS=137 MPa,yield strength of YS0.2=118 MPa,and elongation ofε=4%.Besides,the mechanical properties of the co.posite remained unchanged at 350℃after the long holding periods up to 1000 *** excellent mechanical properties and thermal stability at 350℃were secured by in situ am-Al2O3 network that strengthened the grain *** interfacial debonding and brittle cracking of B4 C particles were the main fracture mechanisms of the *** addition,the influence of sintering temperature and rolling deformation on the microstructures and mechanical properties was studied.

Tool failures in machining processes often cause severe damages of workpieces and lead to large quantities of loss,making tool co.dition monitoring an important,urgent ***,problems such as practicability still remain in actual ***,a real-time tool co.dition monitoring method integrated in an in situ fiber optic temperature measuring apparatus is proposed.A thermal simulation is co.ducted to investigate how the fluctuating cutting heats affect the measuring temperatures,and an intermittent cutting experiment is carried out,verifying that the apparatus can capture the rapid but slight temperature *** transform is carried *** spectrum features are then selected and input into the artificial neural network for classification,and a caution is given if the tool is worn.A learning rate adaption algorithm is introduced,greatly reducing the dependence on initial parameters,making training co.venient and *** accuracy stays 90%and higher in variable argument ***,an application program with a graphical user interface is co.structed to present real-time results,co.firming the practicality.

Recently DC relay has been co.cerned as a key co.ponent in DC power distribution,management and co.trol systems like aircraft,new energy vehicle,IT and co.munication ***,magnetic force and co.tact moving speed have great influence on arc behaviours in the breaking *** paper focuses on the numerical investigation of arc during the co.tact opening process in a real 400V/20 A DC relay product co.pling with an inductive load circuit.A 3D air arc model based on the magneto-hydrodynamic theory was built and calculated.A method co.pling different co.putational software was used to take the nonlinear permanent magnet and co.tact opening process into co.sideration *** behaviours under different magnetic field and co.tact opening speed were presented and discussed *** has been found that the increase of the magnetic field is beneficial to the quick build-up of arc length and *** breaking duration beco.es shorter with the increase in co.tact opening speed from 63.5 rad s^-1 to 94.5 rad s^-1,such reduction is less significant with an increase of opening speed from 94.5 rad s^-l to 118.5 rad s^-1.

Fe-based amorphous co.ting prepared using high-velocity oxygen fuel and its co.rosion behavior in static lead-bismuth eutectic alloy

The Fe_(949.7)Cr_(18)Mn_(1.9)Mo_(7.4)W_(1.6)B_(15.2)C_(3.8)Si_(2) amorphous co.ting was deposited on T91 steel substrate by using the high-velocity oxygen fuel(HVOF)spray technique to enhance the co.rosion resistance of T91 stainless steel in liquid lead-bismuth eutectic(LBE).The co.rosion behavior of the T91 steel and co.ting exposed to oxygen-saturated LBE at 400℃ for 500 h was *** showed that the T91 substrate was severely co.roded and co.ered by a homogeneously distributed dual-layer oxide on the interface co.tacted to LBE,co.sisting of an outer magnetite layer and an inner Fe-Cr spinel ***,the amorphous co.ting with a high glass transition temperature(Tg=550℃)and crystallization temperature(T_(x)=600℃)exhibited dramatically enhanced thermal stability and co.rosion *** visible LBE penetration was observed,although small amounts of Fe_(3)O_(4),Cr_(2)O_(3),and PbO were found on the co.ting *** addition,the amorphicity and interface bonding of the co.ting layer remained unchanged after the LBE *** Fe-based amorphous co.ting can act as a stable barrier layer in liquid LBE and have great application potential for long-term service in LBE-co.led fast reactors.

Aluminum Nitride(AlN)ceramics were soldered to Cu substrate using active metallized Sn0.3Ag0.7Cu-x%Ti(wt.%,where x=2,4,6,8)at 250℃.This process yielded a robust and closely integrated metallized layer on the AlN ceramic’s *** SnAgCu solder paste within an air atmosphere,joints were formed for durations of 60s and 300 *** meticulous microsco.ic analysis,optimal metallization parameters were identified,resulting in the successful co.nection between metallized AlN ceramics and Cu substrate at a low *** microstructure interface investigation further elucidated the impact of co.nection time on the low-temperature soldered joint of metallized AlN ceramics.

The well-designed co.posite with satisfactory electromagnetic microwave absorption at high temperatures remains a serious ***,we fabricated a resorcinol-formaldehyde/silica dioxide co.posite aerogel(RF/SiO_(2))with a three-dimensional network structure using sol-gel,atmospheric pressure drying technique as well as heat-treated processes to achieve enhanced microwave absorption capabilities in the low frequency *** pristine RF/SiO_(2)aerogel presented a typical micropores structure with a surface area,porous volume,and density of 146.82 m^(2)/g,62.40%,and 0.28 cm^(3)/g,***,the RF/SiO_(2)aerogel showed an effective absorption bandwidth of 3.56 GHz and a minimum reflection loss value of-46.10 d B at 2.25 mm after being heat-treated at 1500°C,while the maximum effective absorption bandwidth was 3.60 GHz at 2.30 *** intricate three-dimensional networks possessed remarkable impedance matching,multiple attenuation mechanisms,interfacial polarization,and dielectric loss,which were attributed to the exceptional ability to absorb electromagnetic *** offered a fresh approach to creating adaptable and effective microwave absorption materials in military defense.
