The depth of light penetration and tumor hypoxia restrict the efficacy of photodynamic therapy(PDT)in triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC),while the overproduction of lactate(LA)facilitates the development,aggressiveness,and therapy resistance of *** address these issues,a self-acting PDT nanosystem(HL@hMnO_(2)-LO_(x)@HA)is fabricated by loading 2-(1-hexyloxyethyl)-2-devinyl pyropheophorbide-alpha(HPPH),luminol,and LA oxidase(LO_(x))in a hyaluronic acid(HA)-coated hollow manganese dioxide(hMnO_(2))***_(x) catalyzes the oxidation of LA into pyruvate and hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)),thus depleting the overproduced intratumoral *** the acidic tumor microenvironment,H_(2)O_(2) reacts with luminol and hMnO_(2) to yield blue luminescence as well as O_(2) and Mn^(2+),***^(2+)could further enhance this *** is then excited by the chemiluminescence through chemiluminescence resonance energy transfer for self-illuminated *** generated O_(2) alleviates the hypoxia state of the TNBC tumor to produce sufficient 1O_(2) for self-oxygenation *** Mn^(2+)performs T1 magnetic resonance imaging to trace the self-acting PDT *** work provides a biocompatible strategy to conquer the limits of light penetration and tumor hypoxia on PDT against TNBC as well as LA overproduction.

Retrograde adeno-associated viruses(AAVs)are capable of infecting the axons of projection neurons and serve as a powerful tool for the anatomical and functional characterization of neural ***,few retro-grade AAV capsids have been shown to offer access to cor-tical projection neurons across different species and enable the manipulation of neural function in non-human primates(NHPs).Here,we report the development of a novel retro-grade AAV capsid,AAV-DJ8R,which efficiently labeled cortical projection neurons after local administration into the striatum of mice and *** addition,intrastriatally injected AAV-DJ8R mediated opsin expression in the mouse motor cortex and induced robust behavioral ***,AAV-DJ8R markedly increased motor cortical neuron firing upon optogenetic light stimulation after viral delivery into the macaque *** data demonstrate the usefulness of AAV-DJ8R as an efficient retrograde tracer for cortical projection neurons in rodents and NHPs and indicate its suitability for use in conducting functional interrogations.

Multi-boron-embedded multiple resonance thermally activated delayed fluorescence（MR-TADF） emitters show promise for achieving both high color-purity emission and high exciton utilization ***, their development is often impeded by a limited synthetic scope and excessive molecular weights,which challenge material acquisition and organic light-emitting diode（OLED） fabrication by vacuum deposition. Herein, we put forward a B–N covalent bond-involved π-extension strategy via post-functionalization of MR frameworks, leading to the generation of high-order B/N-based motifs. The structurally and electronically extended π-system not only enhances molecular rigidity to narrow emission linewidth but also promotes reverse intersystem crossing to mitigate efficiency roll-off. As illustrated examples, ultra-narrowband sky-blue emitters（full-width at half-maximum as small as 8 nm in n-hexane）have been developed with multi-dimensional improvement in photophysical properties compared to their precursor emitters, which enables narrowband OLEDs with external quantum efficiencies(EQEmax) of up to 42.6%, in company with alleviated efficiency decline at high brightness, representing the best efficiency reported for single-host OLEDs. The success of these emitters highlights the effectiveness of our molecular design strategy for advanced MR-TADF emitters and confirms their extensive potential in high-performance optoelectronic devices.

Histone acetyltransferase(HAT)catalyzes histone acetylation and is involved in plant growth and development and stress ***,37 CitHAT genes were identifed in Citrus *** physicochemical properties,chromosomal location,gene structure,conserved domain and motif,and cis-acting elements were *** were classifed into four subfamilies based on protein sequence homology,which was strongly supported by gene structure,conserved domain,and motif *** cis-acting elements in gene promoter regions were predicted to be associated with the regulation of plant growth,stress resistance,and response to *** and transcriptomic analyses of citrus callus with mock treatment and HAT inhibitor treatment revealed that increased citric acid content in inhibitor treatment may be attributed to differential expression of CitPEPCK2 and CitGS2,which may be due to the hypo-acetylation of histone *** expression patterns of CitHATs in citrus fruit development stages showed that CitHAG11 and CitHAG28 exhibited a negative correlation with citric acid *** study associates the potential function of histone acetyltransferases in citrate metabolism and extends the molecular mechanism of citrate metabolism in fruits.

Carbon monoxide(CO)is a vital intracellular gas messenger known for its cytoprotective and homeostatic *** plays a pivotal role in a myriad of biological ***,the precise detection of CO is of paramount importance in unraveling the intricacies of pathological mechanisms and advancing the development of disease *** herein introduce NFCOP,a state-of-the-art near-infrared(NIR)turn-on fluorescence(FL)probe that has been meticulously designed for highly sensitive,swift and selective imaging of *** NFCOP response occurred rapidly with CO,within just 10 s,and the calculated detection limit for CO was determined to be 0.32μmol/*** investigations conducted at the cellular level and in vivo demonstrated that NFCOP possesses high sensitivity and selectivity for imaging CO.
