Reliability analysis based on equipment's performance degradation characteristics is one of the significant research areas in reliability research. Nowadays, many researches are carried on multi-sample analysis. But it is limited for a single equipment reliability prediction. Therefore, the method of reliability prediction based on state space model(SSM) is proposed in this research. Feature energy of the monitored signals is extracted with the wavelet packet analysis and the associated frequency band energy with online monitored data. Then,degradation feature is improved by moving average filtering processing taken as input pair model parameter of SSM to be estimated. In the end, state space predicting model of degradation index is established. The probability density distribution of the degradation index is predicted, and the degree of reliability is calculated. A real testing example of bearing is used to demonstrate the rationality and effectiveness of this method. It is a useful method for single sample reliability prediction.

Multi-objective data clustering is an important issue in data mining, and the realization of data clustering using the multiobjective optimization technique is a significant topic. A combinatorial multi-objective pigeon inspired optimization(CMOPIO)with ring topology is proposed to solve the clustering problem in this paper. In the CMOPIO, a delta-locus based coding approach is employed to encode the pigeons. Thus, the length of pigeon representation and the dimension of the search space are significantly reduced. Thereby, the computational load can be effectively depressed. In this way, the pigeon inspired optimization(PIO) algorithm can be discretized with an auxiliary vector to address data clustering. Moreover, an index-based ring topology with the ability of contributing to maintain flock diversity is adopted to improve the CMOPIO performance. Comparative simulation results demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of our proposed CMOPIO for solving data clustering problems.

Controlling oxygen content in electro-slag remelting steel by optimizing slag-steel reaction process

The thermodynamic equilibrium of deoxidation reactions between molten slag and steel was calculated using a slag-steel coupling thermodynamic model and the mass conservation model based on the ion-molecular coexistence *** study focused on the effects of slag composition and deoxidizer type on the oxygen content of low alloy steel during the electroslag remelting(ESR)*** measured and predicted values of the oxygen content in remelted ingots,and the contents of FeO and MnO in slags were compared and *** show that the measured content of total oxygen has a certain correlation with the trend of dissolved oxygen predicted by the model when using Ca-Si alloys as deoxidizer,but it is not correlated with the trend of dissolved oxygen predicted by the model when using Al as *** deoxidation mechanisms of Ca-Si and Al are ***-Si alloy directly reacts with FeO and MnO in slag to reduce the oxygen potential of slag,hence it can inhibit the transfer of oxygen from the slag to molten ***,when Al deoxidizer is used,the oxygen content in steel is mainly reduced through floating up the alumina *** to Al,utilizing Ca-Si alloy as a deoxidizer is more effective in reducing the oxygen content and the amount of inclusions in ESR ingot.

The title complex Pd（H2BDA）Cl2·2DMSO （C16H14Cl2N2O6PdS2, H2BDA = 2,2＇- bipyridine-3,3＇-dicarboxylic acid） has been synthesized and characterized by IR spectra, elemental analysis and ^1H NMR spectra. Its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2（1/c） with a = 1.3604（6）, b = 1.2606（6）, c = 1.3521 （6） nm, β = 103.677（7）°, V = 2.2530（17） nm^3, Mr = 571.75, Z = 4, Dc = 1.686 g/cm^3,μ = 1.280 mm^-1, F（000） = 1136, R= 0.0405 and wR= 0.0908. The complex presents a planar quadrangle arrangement and is assembled via hydrogen bonds.

The problem of cooperative circular formation with limited target information for multiple Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)system is addressed in this paper.A pigeon-inspired circular formation control method is proposed to form the desired circular distribution in a plane based on the intelligent pigeon behavior during *** reach the goal of prescribed radius and angular distribution,the controller is designed consisting of a circular movement part and a formation distribution ***,the circular movement part is designed to make each UAV rotate around the speci-ed circle at the same angular speed only using the relative position between the UAV and the *** formation distribution part could adjust the angular distance between each UAV and its neighbors with the jointly connected network to reduce communication *** smooth the speed variation,nonlinear PID-type method is delivered throughout the evolution of the *** convergence analysis of the proposed control protocol is presented using Lyapunov theory and graph *** e®ectiveness of the proposed control strategies is demonstrated through numerical simulations.
