Diagenetic Evolution and Formation Mechanisms of High-Quality Reservoirs under Multiple Diagenetic Environmental Constraints:An Example from the Paleogene Beach-Bar Sandstone Reservoirs in the dongying Depression,Bohai Bay Basin

The diagenetic environment, diagenetic responses, diagenetic transformation model and formation mechanisms of high-quality reservoirs（beach-bar sandstones of the Paleogene fourth member） in the dongying depression were studied through the analysis of fluid inclusions, thin section and burial evolution history. The diagenetic fluids of the beach-bar sandstone reservoirs evolved from early high salinity and weak alkalinity to low salinity and strong acidity, late high salinity and strong alkalinity and late low salinity and acidity, which were accompanied by two stages of oil and gas filling. The fluids at the margins of the sandbodies were continuously highly saline and strongly alkaline. The western（eastern） reservoirs experienced early open（closed）, middle open, and late closed diagenetic environments during their burial history. The flow pattern was characterized by upwelling during the majority of the diagenesis（in the east, a non-circulating pattern transitioned into an upwelling current）. Due to the evolution of the diagenetic fluids, the diagenetic sequence of the beach-bar reservoirs was as follows： early weak carbonate cementation; feldspar and carbonate cement dissolution and authigenic quartz cementation; late carbonate and anhydrite cementation, authigenic feldspar cementation, and late quartz dissolution; and late carbonate cementation, feldspar dissolution, and authigenic quartz cementation. The diagenetic strength during these stages varied or was absent altogether in different parts of the reservoirs. Due to the closeness of the diagenetic environment and the flow pattern of the diagenetic fluids, the diagenetic products are variably distributed in the sandstones interbedded with mudstones and in the fault blocks. The evolution of multiple alternating alkaline and acidic diagenetic environments controlled the distribution patterns of the reservoir diagenesis and reservoir space, and the reservoir quality index, RQI, increased gradually from the margin

An efficient online histogram publication method for data streams with local differential privacy

Many areas are now experiencing data streams that contain privacy-sensitive *** the sharing and release of these data are of great commercial value,if these data are released directly,the private user information in the data will be ***,how to continuously generate publishable histograms(meeting privacy protection requirements)based on sliding data stream windows has become a critical issue,especially when sending data to an untrusted third *** histogram publication methods are unsatisfactory in terms of time and storage costs,because they must cache all elements in the current sliding window(sW).Our work addresses this drawback by designing an efficient online histogram publication(EOHP)method for local differential privacy data ***,in the EOHP method,the data collector first crafts a histogram of the current SW using an approximate counting ***,the data collector reduces the privacy budget by using the optimized budget absorption mechanism and adds appropriate noise to the approximate histogram,making it possible to publish the histogram while retaining satisfactory data *** experimental results on two different real datasets show that the EOHP algorithm significantly reduces the time and storage costs and improves data utility compared to other existing algorithms.

Mechanism of low molecular weight GTP binding protein RAC1 in injury of neural function of rats with cerebral ischemia reperfusion

Objective: To discuss the mechanism of low molecular weight GTP binding protein RAC1 in the injury of neural function based on building the rat model of cerebral ischemia reperfusion. Methods: middle cerebral artery of rats was ligated and the ligature was released to restore the perfusion after 2 h, the rat model of cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury was built, while the middle cerebral artery was ligated. The rats were randomly divided into the sham group, cerebral ischemia reperfusion group(I/R group) and the group with the injection of RAC1 activity inhibitor NSC23766(NSC group). The survival and neurological severity score of rats in each group were observed and recorded. Nissl staining was employed to observe the nerve cells, and Western blot to detect expression of RAC1, superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde. Results: Number of nerve cells for rats in NSC group was significantly more than that in I/R group, but significantly less than that in sham group, with the statistical difference(P1 and malondialdehyde for rats in NSC group was significantly lower than that in I/R group, but higher than that in sham group; while the expression of superoxide dismutase was lower than that in sham group, but higher than that in I/R group, with the statistical difference(P1 activity can reduce the oxidative stress, reduce the neurologic impairment because of cerebral ischemia reperfusion and thus protect the neural function.

A new understanding of Jurassic provenance and sedimentary framework in northwestern Sikeshu Sag, Junggar Basin, China

For a basin or sag with low exploration maturity,the understanding of its provenance system and clastic distribution system is the key to the analysis of its sedimentary framework and further influence the decision making and deployment of *** study analyzed the Jurassic provenance of the Sikeshu Sag based on the data from cores,well logging,and seismic *** analysis of seismic profile characteristics revealed that there is a remote possibility that the Chepaizi Uplift in the northern part serves as the main Jurassic provenance of the Sikeshu *** the contrary,systematic indicative signs of provenance have developed in the study area,including west-to-east progradational reflection config-urations and composite mounded reflections that show bi-directional downlapping contact in both the south and north *** systematic indicative signs suggest that the denuded uplift area in the western part is the main Jurassic provenance in the study *** by the provenance in the western part,the study area shows an orderly distribution of paleosedimentary systems from west to east and from shallow to deep *** paleosedimentary system mainly exhibits the following characteristics after undergoing later high-intensity transformation.(1)The western part is dominated by the subfacies of a braided river delta front and is composed of three microfacies including distributary channels,interdistributary bays,and sandbars;(2)The middle and eastern parts show a semi-deep lacustrine environment,where debris flow sedimentary systems of slumping origin or in deep can-yons,gullies and channels connected to the denudation area developed from west to *** debris flow sedimentary systems jointly form the clastic sedimentary system under the control of western provenance.

Genesis of Dolomite from Ma5^5-Ma5^10 Sub-members of the Ordovician Majiagou Formation in the Jingxi Area in the Ordos Basin

We clarified three stages of dolomitization and secondary changes by studying the petrology and geochemistry characteristics of dolomite from the Ma5^5-Ma5^10 sub-members of the Ordovician Majiagou Formation in the Jingxi area in the Ordos Basin：（1） Syngenetic microbial dolomitization is characterized by formation of dolomite with a mainly micrite structure and horse tooth-shape dolomite cements. （2） Seepage reflux dolomitization during the penecontemporaneous period superposed adjustment functions such as recrystallization and stabilization in the middle-deep burial stage, forming dolomites mainly consisting of micro crystal and powder crystal structure. （3） Powder dolomite, fine dolomite, and medium-coarse crystalline dolomite formed in pores and fractures in the middle-deep burial stage. The secondary concussive transgression-regression under a regressive background is an important condition for the occurrence of many stages of dolomitization in the study area. The basin was an occlusive epicontinental sea environment in the Ma5 member of the Ordovician Majiagou Formation sedimentary period. In the sediments, sulfate content was high, which is conducive to the preservation of microbial activity and microbial dolomitization. Micritic dolomite formed by microbial dolomitization provides good migration pathways for seepage reflux dolomitization. Affected by evaporation seawater with increased Mg/Ca ratio, seepage reflux dolomitization was widely developed and formed large-scale dolomite, and underwater uplifts and slopes are favorable areas for dolomite. In the middle-deep burial stage, dolomitizing fluid in the stratum recrystallized or stabilized the previous dolomite and formed a small amount of euhedral dolomite in the pores and fractures.

Structural Variability and Rifting Process of the Segmented Cenozoic Pearl River Mouth Basin,Northern Continental Margin of the South China Sea

The Pearl River Mouth Basin(PRMB)is an important area for studying the evolution of continental marginal basins in the northern South China Sea(SCS),but the structural variability and spatiotemporal rifting process remains poorly *** study investigates the differential structural features of the eastern,middle and western PRMB,as well as the extensional deformation laws in operation during the rifting stage,according to an integrated analysis of geometric characteristics and kinematic parameters,i.e.,horizontal displacement and stretching factors of basin and *** PRMB underwent at least three phases of intense extension,which varied in time and space.(1)During the middle Eocene,most sags in the PRMB were intensely stretched and high-angle planar to listric boundary faults controlled the wedge-shaped stratigraphic geometry.(2)During the late Eocene-to-early Oligocene,the stratigraphic geometry of the sags was slightly wedge-shaped and continuously controlled by boundary faults,however,the extensional strength decreased relatively in the Northern depression zone,but increased in the Southern depression zone.(3)During the late Oligocene,the extension was extremely weak in the northeast PRMB,but relatively strong in the southwest PRMB,leading to tabular stratigraphic geometry in the northeast PRMB,but localized slightly wedge-shaped stratigraphic geometry in the *** southwest PRMB still underwent relatively strong extension during the early *** southwest PRMB that was induced by a small-scale localized mantle convection system constantly rifted during the late Oligocene,controlled by the weak lithosphere,westward(southwestward)diachronous opening and southward jump of the ocean *** applied quantitative parameters and spatiotemporal rifting process may be used as a reference with which to study the segmented continental margin rifts.

Twin Horsetailing Structures in the Extensional Regime based on Physical Experiment

Horsetailing is an important feature to identify the strike-slip structure and indicates the movement mode of the ***,the formation mechanism of horsetailing in the extensional regime remains *** this study,the formation process of horsetailing is reproduced through physical experiment,simulating the Linnan sag in the extensional *** results of the physical experiment demonstrates that the formation of the horsetailing in the extensional regime requires two phases of non-coaxial stretching plus the segment of the principal *** stretching distance in the early phase is slightly smaller than that in the middle-late *** segment point of the principal fault is only the intersection of the horsetailing structure and the principal *** horsetailing formed in the extensional regime is different from that in the strike-slip *** the formation of structure,the principal fault is dip-slip in the early phase and then becomes an oblique-slip in the middle-late phase,and the horsetailing is composed of the middle-late new tensile *** fault properties of the horsetailing in the extensional regime has important guiding significance for the longitudinal fluid migration along the fault in petroliferous basins.
