Study on catalytic combustive reaction of dimethyl ether as a new fuel was *** catalysts were used to reduce ignition temperature so that dimethyl ether completely combusted at low *** catalysts MnLaAl_(11)O_(19-δ)were prepared by reverse microemulsion *** phase and structure of the catalyst were analysed by means of TG-DTA,XRD and *** results show that the hexaalunminate is of magnetoplumbite structure when La is taken as mirror plane *** phase is formed slowly via 1050℃calcined for 4 h and it can keep hexaaluminate phase and high surface area of 48 m^(2)·g^(-1)even calcined at 1200℃for 2 *** activity of MnLaAl_(11)O_(19-δ)was tested in combustion reaction of dimethyl *** shows that hexaaluminate is of high activity with T_(10%)at 170℃and almost 100%conversion at 370℃.

Tobacco is a economic pillar in Nanxiong City,and its yield and quality are closely related to climatic *** analyzing the relationship between the growth of tobacco and climatic conditions,and comparing with actual climate in Nanxiong,the best climatic suitability for tobacco planting in Nanxiong was found *** comparative analysis between yield,quality of tobacco in recent years and climatic condition in Nanxiong,it was obtained that stable temperature,moderate rainfall and sufficient sunshine were the key meteorological factors to ensure the yield and quality of tobacco,while meteorological disasters such as hail and rainstorm could reduce or even eliminate the yield of tobacco.

BACKGROUND：Studies have demonstrated that hydrogen sulfide（H2S） levels are 55% lower in brains of Alzheimer＇s disease（AD） patients than in age-matched normal individuals,which suggests that H2S might be involved in some aspects of AD ***：To observe the protective mechanisms of varied concentrations of H2S against β-amyloid-peptide（Aβ） induced apoptosis in pheochromoytoma（PC12） cells,and to analyze the pathway of ***,TIME AND SETTING：A controlled,observational,in vitro experiment was performed at Neurophysiology Laboratory in Zhongshan Medical School,Sun Yat-sen University between July 2006 and May ***：PC12 cells were provided by the Animal Experimental Center of Medical School of Sun Yat-sen ***,rhodamine123,and dihydrorhodamine123 were purchased from Sigma（USA）.METHODS：PC12 cells were incubated at 37 ℃ in a 5% CO2-enriched incubator with RPMI-1640 medium,supplemented with 5% horse-serum and 10% fetal bovine *** in logarithmic growth curves received different treatment：The PC12 cells were maintains at 37 ℃ with the original medium,then incubated in Aβ25-35,sodium hydrosulfide（NaHS）,glybenclamide,NaHS＋ Aβ25-35,or pretreated with glybenclamide 30 minutes prior to administration of and Aβ25-35,*** OUTCOME MEASURES：（1） The survival rate of PC12 cells was detected by MTT assay and Hoechst staining.（2） The apoptosis rate of PC12 cells was detected utilizing flow cytometry with propidium iodide staining,and morphological changes of apoptotic cells were observed.（3） The mitochondrial membrane potential was detected by Rhodamine123-combined flow cytometry.（4） The intracellular reactive oxygen species content was detected by dihydrorhodamine123-combined flow ***：Aβ25-35 induced significantly decreased viability and increased percentage of apoptosis in PC12 cells,as well as dissipated mitochondrial membrane potential expression and an overproduction of reactive oxygen ***

Three stochastic mathematical models for calculation of the reservoir flood regulation process, river course flood release, and flood risk rate under flood control were established based on the theory of stochastic differential equations and features of flood control systems in the middle reach of the Huaihe River from Xixian to the Bengbu floodgate, comprehensively considering uncertain factors of hydrology, hydraulics, and engineering control. They were used to calculate the flood risk rate with flood regulation of five key reservoirs, including the Meishan, Xianghongdian, Nianyushan, Mozitan, and Foziling reservoirs in the middle reach of the Huaihe River under different flood frequencies, the flood risk rate with river course flood release under design and check floods for the trunk of the Huaihe River in conjunction with relevant flood storage areas, and the flood risk rate with operation of the Linhuaigang Project under design and check floods. The calculated results show that （l） the five reservoirs can withstand design floods, but the Xianghongdian and Foziling reservoirs will suffer overtopping accidents under check floods; （2） considering the service of flood storage areas under the design flood conditions of the Huaihe River, the mean flood risk rate with flood regulation of dykes and dams from Xixian to the Bengbu floodgate is about 0.2, and the trunk of the Huaihe River can generally withstand design floods; and （3） under a check flood with the flood return period of 1 000 years, the risk rate of overtopping accidents of the Linhuaigang Project is not larger than 0.15, indicating that it has a high flood regulation capacity. Through regulation and application of the flood control system of the Linhuigang Project, the Huaihe River Basin can withstand large floods, and the safety of the protected area can be ensured.

Objective:To explore and evaluate the predictive value of subclavian vein collapsibility index(SCV-CI)on hypotension during neuraxial anesthesia in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH).Methods:Pregnant women with PIH who underwent elective cesarean section in our hospital from January to July 2021 were selected as the research *** who experienced hypotension during anesthesia were included into the hypotension group,whereas patients who had a normal blood pressure during anesthesia were included in the normotensive *** SCV-CI was then calculated for three respiratory cycles,the average value was taken as the base value,and the patient was monitored for another 20 *** blood pressure,heart rate,blood oxygen saturation,and SCV-CI of the patients were measured,and the incidence of maternal nausea and vomiting and cord blood gas were ***,a correlation analysis was conducted on the relationship between subclavian vein collapsibility index and hypotension.A receiver operating characteristic curve was drawn to seek the threshold value of subclavian vein collapsibility index for post-anesthesia ***:There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),and heart rate(HR)between the two groups before anesthesia(P>0.05).After anesthesia,the above indexes(SBP,103.25±12.48 mmHg;DBP,58.94±7.46 mmHg;and HR,52.96±6.48 beats/min)were significantly lower than those of the normal blood pressure group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In comparison,the SCV-CI in the hypotension group was 35.82±4.93%greater than that in the normal blood pressure group(23.85±5.27%),and the incidence of nausea and vomiting in the hypotension group(40.0%)was significantly higher than that in the normotensive group(10.53%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The area under the curve of SCV-CI prediction against hypotension in patients with PIH under neurax

Orientin is a flavonoid *** recent years,its importance as a source of pharmacological active substance is growing rapidly due to its properties such as anti-myocardial ischemia,anti-apoptosis,anti-radiation,anti-tumor,and ***,the neuroprotective effects of Orientin on stroke injury have not been comprehensively *** aim of the present study was thus to investigate the neuroprotective capacity and the potential mechanisms of Cyperus esculentus ***(CLO)from Cyperus esculentus *** against ischemia/reperfusion(I/R)injury using standard orientin as *** in vitro studies,we treated HT22 cells with CoCl2 as an in vitro ischemic injury ***22 cells in the control group were treated with *** in vivo studies,we used rat models of middle cerebral artery occlusion,and animals that received sham surgery were used as *** found that CLO protected CoCl2-induced HT22 cells against ischemia/reperfusion injury by lowering lipid peroxidation and reactive oxygen species formation as well as decreasing protein ***,CLO did not reduce the release of lactate dehydrogenase nor increase the activity of superoxide *** showed that CLO could decrease neurological deficit score,attenuate brain water content,and reduce cerebral infarct volume,leading to neuroprotection during cerebral ischemia-reperfusion *** studies indicate that CLO flavonoids can be taken as a natural antioxidant and bacteriostastic substance in food and pharmaceutical *** molecular mechanisms of CLO could be at least partially attributed to the antioxidant properties and subsequently inhibiting activation of *** experimental procedures and protocols were approved on May 16,2016 by the Experimental Animal Ethics Committee of Xinjiang Medical University of China(approval ***20160516-57).
