Exosome is a subgroup of extracellular vesicles,which has been serving as an efficient therapeutic tool for various *** exosomes are the sort of exosomes modified with surface decoration and internal therapeutic *** appropriate modification,engineered exosomes are able to deliver antitumor drugs to tumor sites efficiently and precisely with fewer treatment-related adverse ***,there still exist many challenges for the clinical translation of engineered *** instance,what sources and modification strategies could endow exosomes with the most efficient antitumor activity is still poorly ***,how to choose appropriately engineered exosomes in different antitumor therapies is another unresolved *** this review,we summarized the characteristics of engineered exosomes,especially the spatial and temporal ***,we concluded the recent advances in engineered exosomes in the cancer fields,including the sources,isolation technologies,modification strategies,and labeling and imaging methods of engineered ***,the applications of engineered exosomes in different antitumor therapies were summarized,such as photodynamic therapy,gene therapy,and ***,the above provides the cancer researchers in this community with the latest ideas on engineered exosome modification and new direction of new drug development,which is prospective to accelerate the clinical translation of engineered exosomes for cancer-targeted therapy.

Transparent microwave absorbers that exhibit high optical transmittance and microwave absorption capability are ideal, although having a fixed absorption performance limits their applicability. Here, a simple, transparent, and thermally tunable microwave absorber is proposed, based on a patterned vanadium dioxide(VO2) film. Numerical calculations and experiments demonstrate that the proposed VO2absorber has a high optical transmittance of 84.9% at 620 nm; its reflection loss at 15.06 GHz can be thermally tuned from –4.257 to –60.179 dB, and near-unity absorption is achieved at 523.750 K. Adjusting only the patterned VO2film duty cycle can change the temperature of near-unity absorption. Our VO2absorber has a simple composition, a high optical transmittance, a thermally tunable microwave absorption performance, a large modulation depth, and an adjustable temperature tuning range, making it promising for application in tunable sensors, thermal emitters, modulators, thermal imaging, bolometers,and photovoltaic devices.

Combining chemo-therapeutics with immune checkpoint inhibitors facilitates killing cancer cells and activating the immune system through inhibiting immune ***,their treatment effects remain limited due to the compromised accumulation of both drugs and inhibitors in certain tumor ***,a new poly(acrylamide-co-acrylonitrile-co-vinylimidazole-co-bis(2-methacryloyl)oxyethyl disulfide)(PAAVB)polymer-based intelligent platform with controllable upper critical solution temperature(UCST)was used for the simultaneous delivery of paclitaxel(PTX)and curcumin(CUR).Additionally,a hyaluronic acid(HA)layer was coated on the surface of PAAVB NPs to target the CD44-overexpressed tumor *** proposed nanomedicine demonstrated a gratifying accumulation in tumor tissue and uptake by cancer ***,the acidic microenvironment and high level of glutathione(GSH)in cancer cells could spontaneously decrease the UCST of polymer,leading to the disassembly of the NPs and rapid drug release at body temperature without ***,the released PTX and CUR could induce the immunogenic cell death(ICD)to promote adaptive anti-tumor immunogenicity and inhibit immunosuppression through suppressing the activity of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1(IDO1)enzyme ***,the synergism of this intelligent nanomedicine can suppress primary breast tumor growth and inhibit their lung metastasis.

Rapid advances in nanomedicine have significantly changed many aspects of nanoparticle application to the eye including areas of diagnosis, imaging and more importantly drug delivery. The nanoparticle-based drug delivery systems has provided a solution to various drug solubility-related problems in ophthalmology treatment. Nanostructured compounds could be used to achieve local ocular delivery with minimal unwanted systematic side effects produced by taking advantage of the phagocyte system. In addition, the in vivo control release by nanomaterials encapsulated drugs provides prolong exposure of the compound in the body. Furthermore, certain nanoparticles can overcome important body barriers including the blood-retinal barrier as well as the corneal-retinal barrier of the eye for effective delivery of the drug. In summary, the nanotechnology based drug delivery system may serve as an important tool for uveal melanoma treatment.

CO2 enhanced oil recovery（EOR） offers the potential for both increasing domestic oil production and storing significant volumes of carbon dioxide emissions. laboratory scale experiments are effective methods for the visualization and quantification of flooding characters. In this paper a series of experiments on n-decane displacement by both gaseous and supercritical CO2 flooding in glass bead pack were carried out using a 400 MHz magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） system. Images were obtained for direct visualization of the displacement procedures as CO2 was injected and processed to quantify the displacement parameters using image intensity analysis. Channeling and viscous fingering phenomena appeared obviously in the case of gaseous CO2 flooding. But there was no such two phase flow behavior in supercritical CO2 flooding because of the miscibility of supercritical CO2 with n-decane. Residual saturation of ndecane in glass bead packs was evaluated to be 32.2% for gaseous CO2 flooding and 14.5% for supercritical CO2 flooding. It was proved that miscible phase displacement can improve the efficiency of CO2 flooding notably.
