Backgroud Firearm injuries are a significant public health problem facing young people in the *** 2015,a total of 16878 people under 19 years old were injured or killed by *** reduce firearm injuries,29 states and Washington,DC have enacted child access prevention(CAP)*** legislation is intended to reduce the likelihood of a minor obtaining a weapon and subsequent injury or *** study evaluates the impact of CAP legislation based on language of the legislation,specifically it evaluates a relationship of the legal threshold of liability and the number of firearm injuries per capita of *** Data were collected from the Web-based Injury Statistics Query and Reporting System for patients less than 19 years of age who presented to emergency departments with firearm injuries in *** Giffords Law center classification was used to group states into three categories(strong/weak/no CAP)based on CAP *** of firearm-related injury rates per capita were *** When controlling for population,states with CAP legislation had a 22%decrease in firearm injuries per capita compared with states without CAP *** with‘strong’CAP legislation had a 41%decrease in firearm injuries per capita compared with states with‘weak’or no CAP legislation when controlling for *** States with‘strong’CAP legislation had lower pediatric firearm injury rates per capita,but more complete data and further studies are needed to evaluate this relationship as well as other factors that may impact firearm injury rates.

With the development of natural language processing,deep learning,and other technologies,text steganography is rapidly ***,adversarial attack methods have emerged that gives text steganography the ability to actively spoof *** terrorists use the text steganography method to spread terrorist messages,it will greatly disturb social *** methods,especially those for resisting adversarial attacks,need to be further *** this paper,we propose a two-stage highly robust model for text *** proposed method analyzes and extracts anomalous features at both intra-sentential and inter-sentential *** the first phase,every sentence is first transformed into word *** obtain a high dimensional sentence vector,we use Bi-LSTM to obtain feature information for all words in the sentence while retaining strong *** the second phase,we input multiple sentences vectors into the GNN,from which we extract inter-sentential anomaly features and make a judgment as to whether the text contains secret *** addition,to improve the robustness of the model,we add adversarial examples to the training set to improve the robustness and generalization of the steganalysis ***,our proposed method is more robust and more accurate in detection compared to existing methods.

Event-related potentials(ERPs) are a non-invasive neuro-electrophysiological technique that offers high resolution, real-time continuous measurements, as well as multidimensional probing capabilities, of the temple area of the head. These features enable precise, real-time brain activity measurements, making ERPs a preferred tool for linguistic researchers over the past five decades. This paper reviews the ERP applications and their significance in Second language Acquisition(SLA) research. By analyzing the cognitive changes in the bilingual language processing mechanisms and language switching processes during SLA, this paper aims to demonstrate how ERPs provide in-depth insights into the cognitive mechanisms of SLA. In addition, this paper explores the prospects for ERP applications and the directions for their technological advancement in China.

The discovery of high-performance functional materials is crucial for overcoming technical issues in modern *** efforts have been devoted toward accelerating and facilitating this process,not only experimentally but also from the viewpoint of materials ***,machine learning has attracted considerable attention,as it can provide rational guidelines for efficient material exploration without time-consuming iterations or prior human *** this regard,here we develop an inverse design model based on a deep encoder-decoder architecture for targeted molecular *** by neural machine language translation,the deep neural network encoder extracts hidden features between molecular structures and their material properties,while the recurrent neural network decoder reconstructs the extracted features into new molecular structures having the target *** material design tasks,the proposed fully data-driven methodology successfully learned design rules from the given databases and generated promising light-absorbing molecules and host materials for a phosphorescent organic light-emitting diode by creating new ligands and combinatorial rules.

＜正＞This paper describes an efficient search algorithm for a high speed and high accuracy LVCSR system. A conventionally used lexical tree search is an efficient method, but has a problem in incorporating the language probability, To solve this problem, we propose in this paper a new efficient search algorithm incorporating the language model structure. In our developed LVCSR, 2-pass search algorithm is adopted to produce a word graph as an intermediate expression. The experimental results on the 20000-word Japanese dictation task showed that the proposed method can reduce approximately half of the processing time without increasing any errors.

＜正＞ Distilled dialogues, i.e. re-written natural dialogues, are a useful complement to dialogues collected in Wizard of Oz-experiments or in natural settings for development of dialogue systems. However, the distillation process itself also provides insights on human-computer interaction and on properties of dialogue systems. In this paper we present the distillation process, including how the guidelines are developed, and experiences from utilising distillation.

＜正＞ This paper describes the development and testing of a pilot spoken dialogue system for bus travel information in the city of Trondheim, Norway. The system driven dialogue was designed on the basis of analyzed recordings from both human-human operator dialogues, Wizard-of-Oz （WoZ） dialogues, and a text-based in- quiry system for the web. The dialogue system employs a flexible speech recognizer and an utterancc concatenation procedure for speech output. Even though the system is intended for research only, it has been accessible through a public phone number since October 1999. During this period all dialogues have been recorded. From these, approximately 350 dialogues were selected for annotation and comparison to 120 dialogues from the WoZ recordings. The experiments showed that the turn error rate was more than twice as large for the real dialogues as for the WoZ calls, i.e., 13.3% versus 5.7%. Thus, the WoZ results did not give a reliable estimate for the true performance. Our experiments indicate that the current flexible speech recognizer should be further opti- mized.

＜正＞Decently. an extension to standard hidden Markov mod els for speech recognition called Hidden Model Sequence （HMS） modelling was introduced. In this approach therelationship between phones used in a promniciation dic tiouary and the HMMs nsed to model these in context is assumed to be stochastic. One important feature HMS framework is the ability to handle arbitrary model to phone sequence alignments. In this paper we try to exploit that capability by using two different methods tomodel sub-phone insertions and deletions. Experimeats on the Resource Management （RM） corpus and a subset of the Switchboard corpus show that, relative to standard HMM baseline, a reduction word error rate （WER） of 24.3% relative can be obtained on RM and 2.4% absolute on Switchboard.
