Prescriptions are the main clinical application of traditional chinese medicines(TCMs).Common forms include chinese patent medicines,Kampo formulas,and hospital decoctions.A new pre-scription called“famous classical formulas”is recently developed and expected to boom in the *** constituent me-dicinal plants in prescriptions is critical for new drug development and quality control[1],which could avoid safety issues from adulteration or substandard ingredients,as seen in the notorious Longdan Xiegan Pill event.

目的:观察电针联合运动疗法改善膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者平衡功能的临床疗效。方法:将70例KOA患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。治疗组采用电针配合运动疗法治疗。电针取犊鼻、内膝眼、血海、梁丘、阳陵泉及足三里,电针后配合运动疗法(肌力训练和膝关节活动度训练)。对照组仅采用与治疗组相同的运动疗法。两组疗程相同,每周治疗3次,连续治疗4周,共12次,随访1个月。用Pro-Kin254P型平衡测试系统测定治疗前、治疗1次后、治疗12次后和治疗后1个月随访时共4个时间节点的平衡功能参数;记录视觉模拟量表(VAS)和西安大略与麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分。结果:两组显效率和总有效率比较,治疗组均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:电针联合运动疗法或单独运动疗法均能增强KOA患者的平衡功能,缓解关节疼痛,改善关节功能;电针联合运动疗法改善患者平衡功能和疼痛的疗效优于单独运动疗法,但在改善关节功能方面,两种治疗方案疗效相当。

Acupuncture is an effective treatment for ischemic stroke(IS)and plays a key role in neurological rehabilitation after *** can improve the clinical symptoms of various complications after IS,including motor dysfunction,swallowing disorders,speech disorders,cognitive impairment,depression,insomnia,and ***,the mechanisms underlying the effects of acupuncture in IS remain *** evidence suggests that acupuncture may exert neuroprotective effects through neuroplasticity(neurogenesis and synaptogenesis),angiogenesis,cell proliferation and apoptosis,and regulation of oxidative stress,inflammation,and *** studies should be conducted to improve the high-quality evidence-based system of acupuncture intervention for IS,by focusing on the clinical and basic research design,increasing the sample size,standardizing and quantifying the standards of acupuncture operations,using multidisciplinary techniques and methods to systematically explore the key targets of acupuncture intervention for IS,and reveal the efficacy and mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of IS.

Bone marrow edema(BME)is characterized by an accumulation of interstitial fluid within the bone marrow,the cancellous,hematopoietic compartment within bones.[1]BME is divided into two principal categories:idiopathic or primary BME,with an unknown etiology,and secondary BME,which occurs as a result of an identifiable underlying pathology.[2]Although the prevalence of BME is not limited to specific demographic parameters,it shows a predilection for males or individuals assigned male at birth,predominantly aged between the ages of 30 and 60 years,especially in cases of bone marrow edema syndrome(BMES),a rare idiopathic variant.[3]The etiological spectrum of BME is diverse,including oncological entities(such as acute myeloid leukemia and osteosarcoma),degenerative diseases(such as osteoarthritis),infectious processes(osteomyelitis),ischemic conditions(avascular necrosis),metabolic dysfunctions(osteoporosis),inflammatory disorders(rheumatoid arthritis),and traumatic injuries(such as stress fractures).[1,2]Clinically,BME primarily manifests as localized pain,often accompanied by joint effusion and warmth near the affected *** protocols typically include physical examination,serological assays,bone marrow biopsies,dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry(DEXA)scans,magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),and ultrasonography,with computed tomography(CT)scans and radiographs being less effective.

目的:基于复杂网络探讨针灸治疗急性痛风性关节炎(AGA)的选穴和穴位配伍规律,以及疗法的应用特点,为AGA的针灸治疗提供参考依据。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、重庆维普数据库(CQVIP)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)、PubMed、科学网(WOS)和荷兰医学文摘数据库(EMBASE)从建库至2023年3月31日的针灸治疗AGA文献。根据纳入及排除标准筛选文献后建立针灸处方数据库。应用SPSS Modeler 18.1和Gephi 0.9.7软件对腧穴进行关联规则分析和复杂网络分析。结果:共筛选145篇文献,提取382条针灸处方,涉及104个腧穴,总使用频次1288次。使用频次最高的腧穴为阿是穴,经脉选用以足太阴脾经、足阳明胃经较多;疗法以毫针刺和放血较为常见。关联规则结果显示“阿是穴-足三里”、“三阴交-足三里”支持度最高,体现了远近配穴、表里配穴的原则。对主穴进行复杂网络分析,获得了以阿是穴、足三里、三阴交、阴陵泉及太冲为主的核心腧穴配伍组合。配穴选择包括辨证取穴和辨部取穴,注重对证候和关节相关症状的改善。结论:针灸治疗AGA遵循主穴与辨证或辨部位配穴相结合原则,主穴选择注重调理本虚之脏腑,配穴选择注重对证和症的改善,重视疗法效应特异性。
