Compared to conventional cancer treatment, combination therapy based on well-designed nanoscale platforms may offer an opportunity to eliminate tumors and reduce recurrence and *** this study, we prepared multifunctional microspheres loading ^(131)I-labeled hollow copper sulfide nanoparticles and paclitaxel( ^(131)I-HCu SNPs-MS-PTX) for imaging and therapeutics of W256/B breast tumors in rats.18 F-fluordeoxyglucose(18 F-FDG) positron emission tomography/computed tomography(PET/CT) imaging detected that the expansion of the tumor volume was delayed(Po0.05) following intra-tumoral(i.t.) injection with ^(131)I-HCu SNPs-MS-PTX plus near-infrared(NIR) irradiation. The immunohistochemical analysis further confirmed the anti-tumor effect. The single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT)/photoacoustic imaging mediated by ^(131)I-HCu SNPs-MS-PTX demonstrated that microspheres were mainly distributed in the tumors with a relatively low distribution in other organs. Our results revealed that ^(131)I-HCu SNPs-MS-PTX offered combined photothermal, chemo-and radio-therapies, eliminating tumors at a relatively low dose, as well as allowing SPECT/CT and photoacoustic imaging monitoring of distribution of the injected agents non-invasively. The copper sulfide-loaded microspheres, ^(131)I-HCu SNPs-MS-PTX, can serve as a versatile theranostic agent in an orthotopic breast cancer model.

Analysis on composition and inclusions of ballpoint pen tip steel

Ballpoint pen tip steel, a super free-cutting stainless steel, exhibits excellent corrosion resistance and good machining properties. In this study, inductively coupled plasma spectroscopy, metallographic microscopy, and scanning electron microscopy were used to determine the elemental contents in five ballpoint pen tips and their components, morphologies, and inclusion distributions. The results showed that the steels were all S–Pb–Te super free-cutting ferritic stainless steel. The free-cutting phases in the steels were mainly Mn S, Pb, and small amounts of Pb Te. Mn S inclusions were in the form of chain distributions, and the aspect ratio of each size inclusion in the chain was small. The stress concentration effect could substantially reduce the cutting force when the material was machined. Some of the Pb was distributed evenly in the steel matrix as fine particles（1–2 μm）, and the rest of the Pb was distributed at the middle or at both ends of the Mn S inclusions. The Pb plays a role in lubrication and melting embrittlement, which substantially increases the cutting performance. Pb Te was also usually distributed in the middle and at both ends of the Mn S inclusions, and Te could convert the sulfides into spindles, thereby improving the cutting performance of the steel.

The construction of integrated energy systems can help improve energy efficiency and promote global energy ***,in recent years,the occurrence of extreme natural disasters has brought certain threats to the safe and stable operation of the integrated energy ***,it is necessary to improve the ability of the integrated energy system to resist disasters,reduce disaster losses,and restore energy supply as soon as possible,i.e.,improve its *** the influence of pre-disaster prevention measures and disaster-time operational measures on sys-tem disaster resilience and the correlation between the two,this paper proposes a system hardening strategy based on three-layer robust *** upper layer formulates the optimal hardening strategy of the system before the disaster event occurs,the middle layer identifies the failed elements in the worst disaster situation,while the lower layer realizes the system operational optimization by coordinating the energy storage charging and discharging plan of each *** strategy can reduce the total supply shortage of the integrated energy system and improve the flexibility of the system in the pre-disaster prevention and disaster resistance integration stages.

Semantic Segmentation Using DeepLabv3+ Model for Fabric Defect Detection

Currently, numerous automatic fabric defect detection algorithms have been proposed. Traditional machine vision algorithms that set separate parameters for different textures and defects rely on the manual design of corresponding features to complete the detection. To overcome the limitations of traditional algorithms, deep learning-based correlative algorithms can extract more complex image features and perform better in image classification and object detection. A pixel-level defect segmentation methodology using DeepLabv3+, a classical semantic segmentation network, is proposed in this paper. Based on ResNet-18,ResNet-50 and Mobilenetv2, three DeepLabv3+ networks are constructed, which are trained and tested from data sets produced by capturing or publicizing images. The experimental results show that the performance of three DeepLabv3+ networks is close to one another on the four indicators proposed(Precision, Recall, F1-score and Accuracy), proving them to achieve defect detection and semantic segmentation, which provide new ideas and technical support for fabric defect detection.

A uniform framework of projection and community detection for one-mode network in bipartite networks

Projection is a widely used method in bipartite networks. However, each projection has a specific application scenario and differs in the forms of mapping for bipartite networks. In this paper, inspired by the network-based information exchange dynamics, we propose a uniform framework of projection. Subsequently, an information exchange rate projection based on the nature of community structures of a network （named IERCP） is designed to detect community structures of bipartite networks. Results from the synthetic and real-world networks show that the IERCP algorithm has higher performance compared with the other projection methods. It suggests that the IERCP may extract more information hidden in bipartite networks and minimize information loss.

Posttraumatic osteoarthritis(PTOA)patients are often diagnosed by X-ray imaging at a middle-late stage when drug interventions are less *** PTOA is characterized by overexpressed matrix metalloprotease 13(MMP13).Herein,we constructed an integrated diagnosis and treatment micelle modified with MMP13 enzyme-detachable,cyanine 5(Cy5)-containing PEG,black hole quencher-3(BHQ3),and cRGD ligands and loaded with siRNA silencing MMP13(siM13),namely ERMs@***@siM13 could be cleaved by MMP13 in the diseased cartilage tissues to detach the PEG shell,causing cRGD ***,the ligand exposure promoted micelle uptake by the diseased chondrocytes by binding to cell surfaceαvβ3 integrin,increasing intracellular siM13 delivery for on-demand MMP13 ***,the Cy5 fluorescence was restored by detaching from the BHQ3-containing micelle,precisely reflecting the diseased cartilage *** particular,the intensity of Cy5 fluorescence generated by ERMs@siM13 that hinged on the MMP13 levels could reflect the PTOA severity,enabling the physicians to adjust the therapeutic ***,in the murine PTOA model,ERMs@siM13 could diagnose the early-stage PTOA,perform timely interventions,and monitor the OA progression level during treatment through a real-time detection of ***,ERMs@siM13 represents an appealing approach for early-stage PTOA theranostics.

China＇s insistence on the non-interference principle has been increasingly inconsistent. While China＇s concern with sovereignty, regime security, and legitimacy, as well as its developing country identity, have pushed it to continue its insistence on the principle of non-interference, China＇s further adaptation to the international system, increasing engagement in intemational institutions, and new identity as a responsible power have led China to drag its feet on the same principle. To reconcile these competing forces, China has to make concessions, namely, setting preconditions to legitimize intervention, designing a sovereignty-first solution, and/or complementing the non-interference principle with alternative principles. China＇s application of the non-interference principle has thus been made contingent. It is more inflexible at one end of a spectrum and more flexible at the other end, with China＇s foreign policies shifting back and forth between them.

Contrastive Analysis of the middle Construction

The English middle Construction (EMC), as a piculiar syntactic structure, shares its semantic features, but diversifies in its syntactic configuration compared with other languages. This paper tries to have a contrast study of the middle Construcitons between English and Chinese and find the two languages share the same semantic features that the incompatibility between the semantic quantitatives (SQs) of the Adverb (Adjunct in the syntactic term) and the SQs of the Verb denoted by the predicate of MC leads to the deactivization of the predicate by means of the Adjunct, functioning as a quantitative device, assign delimitation to the predicate, hence ensures the grammaticality of the construction. But syntatically, we agree that the NP Movement Approach accounts for the formation of EMC, while we argue in Chinese it is the verb raising that results in the MC. This paper first represents the structural representation of the English middle Construction; then the structural analysis is elaborated in comparison with that in Chinese, based on the previous studies; and finally the motivations of the Ecs in the perspective of syntactic and semantic functions are explored and hence a new hypothesis is raised to probe the similar construction in Chinese.
