The key to managing fracture is to achieve stable internal fixation,and currently,biologically and mechanically appropriate internal fixation devices are urgently *** excellent biocompatibility and corrosion resistance,titanium–niobium alloys have the potential to become a new generation of internal fixation materials for ***,the role and mechanism of titanium–niobium alloys on promoting fracture healing are still ***,in this study,we systematically evaluated the bone-enabling properties of Ti45Nb via in vivo and in vitro *** vitro,we found that Ti45Nb has an excellent ability to promote MC3T3-E1 cell adhesion and proliferation without obvious *** phosphatase(ALP)activity and alizarin red staining and semiquantitative analysis showed that Ti45Nb enhanced the osteogenic differentiation of MC3T3-E1 cells compared to the Ti6Al4V *** the polymerase chain reaction experiment,the expression of osteogenic genes in the Ti45Nb group,such as ALP,osteopontin(OPN),osteocalcin(OCN),type 1 collagen(Col-1)and runt-related transcription factor-2(Runx2),was significantly higher than that in the control ***,in the western blot experiment,the expression of osteogenic-related proteins in the Ti45Nb group was significantly increased,and the expression of PI3K–Akt-related proteins was also higher,which indicated that Ti45Nb might promote fracture healing by activating the PI3K–Akt signaling *** vivo,we found that Ti45Nb implants accelerated fracture healing compared to Ti6Al4V,and the biosafety of Ti45Nb was confirmed by histological ***,immunohistochemical staining confirmed that Ti45Nb may promote osteogenesis by upregulating the PI3K/Akt signaling *** study demonstrated that Ti45Nb exerts an excellent ability to promote fracture healing as well as enhance osteoblast differentiation by activating the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway,and its good biosafety has been confirmed

The optimal attitude control problem of spacecraft during its solar arrays stretching process is discussed in the present paper. By using the theory of wavelet analysis in control algorithm, the discrete orthonormal wavelet function is introduced into: the optimal control problem, the method of wavelet expansion is substituted for the classical Fourier basic function. An optimal control algorithm based on wavelet analysis is proposed. The effectiveness of the wavelet expansion approach is shown by numerical simulation.

A new medicagenic acid saponin named asterbatanoside J was isolated from the roots of Aster batangensis. On the basis of chemical and spectral studies especially 2D NMR including COSY, HETCOR, HOHAHA, ROESY and HMBC techniques, its structure has been established as 3-O-beta -D-glucopyranosyl-(1 -->6)-beta -D-glucopyranosyl-2 beta ,3 beta -dihydroxy-olean-12-en-23 alpha ,28-dioic acid-28-O-alpha -L-arabinopyranosyl-(1 -->3)-alpha -L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 -->2)-beta -D-fucopyranoside.

Two new triterpenoid saponins named asterbatanoside H and I have been isolated from the roots of Aster batsngensis and their structures elucidated as 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3) β-D-glucopyranosyl-bayogenin-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosy-(1→6) and 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-23-O-acetyl-bayogenin-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6) β-D-glucopyranoside, respectively, by means of spectral and chemical data.

It is known that the Proximal Extension To induce Complete Attachment(PETTICOAT)technique improves the distal aortic remodeling compared with standard thoracic endovascular aortic repair(TEVAR).[1,2]However,the only available Zenith Dissection Endovascular System(Cook Medical Inc.,Bloomington,ind,USA)has several limitations,including only two sizes(36 mm and 46 mm)and an one-taper design,which may not be suitable for the complex morphology of dissection at distal aorta,particular for the east Asian ***,our center designed the new“Fabulous”stent system and acheieved better early curative effect.
