Possible light bosonic dark matter interactions with the Standard Model photon have been searched using microwave resonant *** this paper,we describe the cryogenic readout system calibration of a 7.138 GHz copper cavity with a loaded quality factor Q_(1)=10^(4)whose operation at a temperature of 22 mK is based on a dilution *** readout system consists of High Electron Mobility Transistors working as cryogenic amplifiers at 4 K,plus room-temperature amplifiers and a spectrum analyzer for signal power *** tested the system with a superconducting two-level system based on a single-photon source in the microwave frequency *** obtained an overall 95.6 dB system gain and–71.4 dB attenuation in the cavity's input *** effective noise temperature of the measurement system is 7.5 K.

Network Security Situation Prediction Based on Improved Adaptive Grey Verhulst Model

Network security situation is a hot research topic in the field of network security. Whole situation awareness includes the current situation evaluation and the future situation prediction. However, the now-existing research focuses on the current situation evaluation, and seldom discusses the future prediction. Based on the historical research, an improved grey Verhulst model is put forward to predict the future situation. Aiming at the shortages in the prediction based on traditional Verhulst model, the adaptive grey parameters and equal- dimensions grey filling methods are proposed to improve the precision. The simulation results prove that the scheme is efficient and applicable.

Elevated plasma or serum total homocysteine (tHcy) level has been established as a risk factor for cardiovascular disease[1], as well as dementia and cognitive decline[2]. Plasma or serum folate and vitamin B12 influence homocysteine (Hcy) metabolism as a co-substrate and cofactor respectively, so that low concentrations of folate and vitamin B12 are also associated with high Hcy levels[1]. However, not much information is available describing serum tHcy, folate, and vitamin B12 status in shanghai adults, especially in a healthy population. Therefore, we hypothesize that low serum folate and vitamin B12 is associated with high Hcy in healthy adults in shanghai. The aim of this study was to determine the status of serum tHcy, folate, and vitamin B12, and the prevalence and factors contributing to HHcy, folate deficiency, and vitamin B12 deficiency among healthy adults in shanghai, China.

Foreground Segmentation Network with Enhanced Attention

Moving object segmentation (MOS) is one of the essential functions of the vision system of all robots,including medical robots. Deep learning-based MOS methods, especially deep end-to-end MOS methods, are actively investigated in this ﬁeld. Foreground segmentation networks (FgSegNets) are representative deep end-to-endMOS methods proposed recently. This study explores a new mechanism to improve the spatial feature learningcapability of FgSegNets with relatively few brought parameters. Speciﬁcally, we propose an enhanced attention(EA) module, a parallel connection of an attention module and a lightweight enhancement module, with sequentialattention and residual attention as special cases. We also propose integrating EA with FgSegNet_v2 by taking thelightweight convolutional block attention module as the attention module and plugging EA module after the twoMaxpooling layers of the encoder. The derived new model is named FgSegNet_v2 EA. The ablation study veriﬁesthe effectiveness of the proposed EA module and integration strategy. The results on the CDnet2014 dataset,which depicts human activities and vehicles captured in different scenes, show that FgSegNet_v2 EA outperformsFgSegNet_v2 by 0.08% and 14.5% under the settings of scene dependent evaluation and scene independent evaluation, respectively, which indicates the positive effect of EA on improving spatial feature learning capability ofFgSegNet_v2.

Accurate vehicle localization is a key technology for autonomous driving tasks in indoor parking lots,such as automated valet ***,infrastructure-based cooperative driving systems have become a means to realizing intelligent *** this paper,we propose a novel and practical vehicle localization system using infrastructure-based RGB-D cameras for indoor parking *** the proposed system,we design a depth data preprocessing method with both simplicity and efficiency to reduce the computational burden resulting from a large amount of ***,the hardware synchronization for all cameras in the sensor network is not implemented owing to the disadvantage that it is extremely cumbersome and would significantly reduce the scalability of our system in mass ***,to address the problem of data distortion accompanying vehicle motion,we propose a vehicle localization method by performing template point cloud registration in distributed depth ***,a complete hardware system was built to verify the feasibility of our solution in a real-world *** in an indoor parking lot demonstrated the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed vehicle localization system,with a maximum root mean squared error of 5 cm at 15Hz compared with the ground truth.

Aerosol ammonium(NH_(4)^(+)),mainly produced from the reactions of ammonia(NH_(3))with acids in the atmosphere,has significant impacts on air pollution,radiative forcing,and human *** the source and formation mechanism of NH_(4)^(+)can provide scientific insights into air quality ***,the sources of NH_(3)in urban areas are not well understood,and few studies focus on NH_(3)/NH_(4)^(+)at different heights within the atmospheric boundary layer,which hinders a comprehensive understanding of aerosol NH_(4)^(+).In this study,we perform both field observation and modeling studies(the Community Multiscale Air Quality,CMAQ)to investigate regional NH_(3)emission sources and vertically resolved NH_(4)^(+)formation mechanisms during the winter in *** stable nitrogen isotope analyses and CMAQ model suggest that combustion-related NH_(3)emissions,including fossil fuel sources,NH_(3)slip,and biomass burning,are important sources of aerosol NH_(4)^(+)with more than 60%contribution occurring on heavily polluted *** contrast,volatilization-related NH_(3)sources(livestock breeding,N-fertilizer application,and human waste)are dominant on clean ***-related NH_(3)is mostly local from Beijing,and biomass burning is likely an important NH_(3)source(~15%–20%)that was previously *** effective control strategies such as the two-product(e.g.,reducing both SO_(2)and NH_(3))control policy should be considered to improve air quality.

An improved cellular automaton model considering the effect of traffic lights and driving behaviour

This paper proposes an improved cellular automaton model to describe the urban traffic flow with the consideration of traffic light and driving behaviour effects. Based on the model, the characteristics of the urban traffic flow on a single- lane road are investigated under three different control strategies, i.e., the synchronized, the green wave and the random strategies. The fundamental diagrams and time-space patterns of the traffic flows are provided for these strategies respectively. It finds that the dynamical transition to the congested flow appears when the vehicle density is higher than a critical level. The saturated flow is less dependent on the cycle time and the strategies of the traffic light control, while the critical vehicle density varies with the cycle time and the strategies. Simulated results indicate that the green wave strategy is proven to be the most effective one among the above three control strategies.

This cross-sectional study aimed to investigate the quality of care of diabetes in shanghai,China.A total of 173235 patients with type 2 diabetes in 2017 were included in the *** of risk factors and intermediate outcomes were *** patients had a mean age of 66.43±8.12(standard deviation(SD))years and a mean diabetes duration of 7.95±5.53(SD)*** percentage of patients who achieved the target level for HbA_(1c)(<7.0%)was 48.6%.Patients who achieved the target levels for blood pressure(BP)<130/80 mmHg and low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-c)<2.6 mmol/L reached 17.5%and 34.0%,respectively.A total of 3.8%achieved all three target levels,and the value increased to 6.8%with an adaptation of the BP target level(<140/90 mmHg)for those over 65 *** analysis identified the factors associated with a great likelihood of achieving all three target levels:male,young age,short diabetes duration,low body mass index,macrovascular complications,no microvascular complications,prescribed with lipid-lowering medication,and no prescription of antihypertensive *** conclusion,nearly 50%and one-third of the patients with diabetes met the target levels for HbA_(1c)and LDL-c,respectively,with a low percentage achieving the BP target *** percentage of patients who achieved all three target levels needs significant improvement.

A pilot study of precision treatment for patients with lung cancer pain by Longteng Tongluo recipe(龙藤通络方) using serum genomics

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the efficacy of Longteng Tongluo recipe(龙藤通络方, LTTL) combined with threestep analgesia for the treatment of lung cancer pain, and the changes in serum miRNA expressions before-and after treatment with LTTL and its correlation with lung cancer pain. The possible mechanism underlying LTTL effects on the treatment of lung cancer pain was conducted. METHODS: The pilot study was conducted at the oncology ward of the Yueyang Hospital and the Longhua Hospital between March 2018 and October 2019. A prospective, single-blind, placebo controlled, randomized clinical trial of LTTL or placebo combined with three-step analgesia treatments were administered to 24 cancer pain patients diagnosed with lung cancer. Analgesic efficacy was investigated as the primary outcome. Equivalent morphine consumption and numerical rating scale(NRS) scores were used as the secondary outcome. In the present study, we utilized deep sequencing techniques to compare the differential miRNA expressions in serum samples obtained from two groups: the lung cancer pain treatment group(LTTL + three-step analgesia) and the control group(placebo + three-step analgesia). Next, we employed the target prediction database to investigate the target genes for differential miRNA expressions and Gene Ontology(GO) analysis along with Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) pathway enrichment analysis to examine the roles and the major biochemical and signaling pathways related to the differentially expressed target genes, respectively. RESULTS: LTTL treatment significantly reduces the NRS score(P = 0.021) as compared to those before treatment, along with significant reductions in the total morphine equivalent consumption(P = 0.007) and the average daily equivalent morphine consumption(P = 0.003) as opposed to the control group. The expressions of 31 miRNAs differed considerably between the two groups of patients( ≥ 2 times up-modulated or down-regulated between these groups, P < 0.05).
