Betaine-homocysteine methyltransferase(BHMT)regulates protein methylation and is correlated with tumorigenesis;however,the effects and regulation of BHMT in hepatocarcinogenesis remain largely ***,we determined the clinical significance of BHMT in the occurrence and progression of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)using tissue samples from 198 *** was to be frequently found(86.6%)expressed at relatively low levels in HCC tissues and was positively correlated with the overall survival of patients with *** overexpression effectively suppressed several malignant phenotypes in hepatoma cells in vitro and in vivo,whereas complete knockout of Bhmt(Bhmt^(−/−))produced the opposite *** combined proteomics,metabolomics,and molecular biological strategies and detected that Bhmt^(−/−)promoted hepatocarcinogenesis and tumor progression by enhancing the activity of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G6PD)and PPP metabolism in DEN-induced HCC mouse and subcutaneous tumor-bearing *** contrast,restoration of Bhmt with an AAV8-Bhmt injection or pharmacological inhibition of G6PD attenuated ***,coimmunoprecipitation identified monomethylated modifications of the G6PD,and BHMT regulated the methylation of *** sequence analysis,generation and application of specific antibodies,and site-directed mutagenesis indicated G6PD methylation at the arginine residue ***,we established bidirectionally regulated BHMT cellular models combined with methylation-deficient G6PD mutants to demonstrate that BHMT potentiated arginine methylation of G6PD,thereby inhibiting G6PD activity,which in turn suppressed *** together,this study reveals a new methylation-regulatory mechanism in hepatocarcinogenesis owing to BHMT deficiency,suggesting a potential therapeutic strategy for HCC treatment.

目的:观察温针灸加推拿治疗对颈性眩晕伴焦虑患者临床症状和焦虑状态的影响。方法:将70例颈性眩晕伴焦虑状态的患者采用随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组35例。在疾病宣教基础上,观察组予温针灸加推拿治疗,每周3次,对照组予甲磺酸倍他司汀片口服,每日3次。两组均治疗4周。观察两组治疗后颈性眩晕评估量表(ESCV)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)的评分变化。结果:研究过程中观察组有1例因不能配合治疗而脱落。观察组总有效率和愈显率分别为94.1%和50.0%,对照组分别为88.6%和8.6%,两组总有效率和愈显率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的ESCV、SAS和HAMA评分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01),且观察组各项评分低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:温针灸结合推拿能显著改善颈性眩晕伴焦虑状态患者的临床症状。

Major volcanic eruptions(MVEs)have attracted increasing attention from the scientific *** studies have explored the climatic impact of MVEs over the past two ***,proxy-based reconstructions and climate model simulations indicate divergent responses of global and China’s regional climates to ***,we used multiple data from observations,reconstructions,simulations,and assimilations to summarize the historical facts of MVEs,the characteristics and mechanisms of their climatic impact,and directions for future *** reviewed volcanic datasets and determined intensive MVE periods;these periods corresponded to the years 530–700,1200‒1460,and 1600‒1840 *** tropical MVEs,a substantial cooling effect is observed throughout the globe and China on the interannual-interdecadal time scales but an inconsistent cooling magnitude is detected between reconstructions and *** the first summer after tropical MVEs,a decrease in global and monsoonal precipitation is *** reconstructions and simulations,an increased precipitation is seen for the Yangtze River Basin,while large uncertainties in precipitation changes are present for other regions of *** drought can be induced by frequent eruptions and volcanism superimposed on low solar irradiation and internal *** affect climate directly through the radiative effect and indirectly by modulating internal variability,such as the El Niño‒Southern Oscillation(ENSO)and Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation(AMO).However,changes in the phase,amplitude,and periodicity of ENSO and AMO after MVEs and the associated mechanisms remain controversial,which could account for model-reconstruction ***,other internal variability,uncertainties in reconstruction methods and aerosol‒climate models,and climate background may also induce model-reconstruction *** gaps and directions for future research are also discussed.

Purpose This study elucidates the rationale,implementation,values,and challenges of the Synergized Quality Improvement Program in Teacher education(SQIPTE)—the first policy specifically dedicated to the development of teaching staff since the founding of the People's Republic of ***/Approach/Methods After introducing the primary structure and rationale of the SQIPTE,this study reviews the existing data and research to explain why the program focuses on local normal colleges and determine how it could be implemented more *** In establishing group-based assistance under the principle of“1+M+N”(M≥N),the SQIPTE seeks to make normal colleges the primary force in the education of rural teachers and explores a collaborative operating mechanism to this *** suggests that this innovative program will provide new practical experience for the collaborative development and quality improvement of ***/Value This study reviews the SQIPTE as a new Chinese intervention to improve the quality of rural *** is strong evidence to suggest that this innovative program will inspire the construction of collaborative operating mechanisms incorporating multiple resources for teacher education systems across different areas.

Application Analysis of Doctor-Nurse Cooperation Follow-up Model Based on the Internet Platform in Continuation Care of Patients after Urooncology Surgery

Objective:To explore the application effect of a doctor-nurse cooperation follow-up model based on an Internet platform in the continuation of care for patients after uro-oncology ***:A convenient sampling method was used to select patients with urinary system tumors who underwent surgery in the Department of Urology in Grade III A general hospital in shanghai from May to August *** who underwent surgery from May to June 2022 were assigned to the control group,and those who underwent surgery from July to August 2022 were assigned to the experimental *** control group received routine post-discharge nursing health education and telephone *** the basis of routine discharge guidance,the experimental group implemented the intervention method based on the Internet platform in continuation *** levels of self-management efficacy,satisfaction,and incidence of unplanned readmission were compared one month after discharge between the two ***:One month after discharge,the self-management efficacy of the experimental group(90.15±7.92)was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.10±7.84),and the patient satisfaction score(97.83±2.32)was significantly higher than that of the control group(90.23±2.58),with statistical significance(Pgroup(1.59%)was slightly lower than that in the control group(4.84%).Conclusion:The doctor-nurse cooperation follow-up model based on the Internet platform in continuation care can significantly improve the self-management efficiency of patients after discharge and enhance patient satisfaction,providing a new approach for discharge follow-up of urological tumor patients after surgery.

Linear group delay spectral interferometry for full-range precision absolute length metrology

The optical frequency comb serves as a powerful tool for distance measurement by integrating numerous stable optical modes into interferometric measurements,enabling unprecedented absolute measurement ***,due to the periodicity of its pulse train,the comb suffers from measurement dead zones and ambiguities,thereby impeding its practical ***,we present a linear group delay spectral interferometer for achieving precise full-range distance *** employing a carefully designed linear group delay(LGD)device for phase modulation of the comb modes,interference can occur and be easily measured at any *** approach effectively eliminates the dead zones and ambiguities in comb-based ranging,without the need for cumbersome auxiliary scanning reference devices or reliance on complex high-repetition-rate combs or high-resolution *** conducted length metrology experiments using a mode-locked comb referenced to a rubidium clock,achieving a large nonambiguity range up to 0.3 m,covering the entire measurement *** maximum deviation compared to a laser interferometer was less than 1.5μm,and the minimum Allan deviation during long-term measurements reached 5.47 nm at a 500 s averaging *** approach ensures high accuracy while maintaining a simple structure,without relying on complex external devices,thereby propelling the practical implementation of comb-based length metrology.
