Performance of Video Question and Answer(VQA)systems relies on capturing key information of both visual images and natural language in the co.text to generate relevant questions’***,traditional linear co.binations of multimodal features focus only on shallow feature interactions,fall far short of the need of deep feature *** mechanisms were used to perform deep fusion,but most of them can only process weight assignment of single-modal information,leading to attention imbalance for different *** address above problems,we propose a novel VQA model based on Triple Multimodal feature Cyclic Fusion(TMCF)and Self-AdaptiveMultimodal Balancing Mechanism(SAMB).Our model is designed to enhance co.plex feature interactions among multimodal features with cross-modal information *** addition,TMCF and SAMB can be used as an extensible plug-in for exploring new feature co.binations in the visual image *** experiments were co.ducted on MSVDQA and MSRVTT-QA *** results co.firm the advantages of our approach in handling multimodal ***,we also provide analyses for ablation studies to verify the effectiveness of each proposed co.ponent.

A water/oil two-phase solution strategy has been developed for the synthesis of various β-co.OH）2nanostructures. More importantly, two different morphologies of β-co.OH）2:mesoporous nanowafers and nanohexagons were successfully obtained through one reaction. Furthermore, the special mesoporous of β-co.OH）2nanowafers and nanohexagons exhibited excellent electrochemical hydrogen storage capacities and cycling stability. The maximum capacity reached 265.9 and 215.7 mA hg-1at room temperature, *** 70 cycles, the discharging capacities of the electrode still remain above 218.2 and 175.4 mA hg-1, which indicates that the as-prepared mesoporous β-co.OH）2nanowafers have a strong resistance against oxidation and co.rosion. These results indicates that the mesoporous β-co.OH）2nanowafers and nanohexagons may be potentially applied for electrochemical hydrogen storage.

Public-private partnerships(PPPs)have been used by governments around the world to procure and co.struct infrastructural *** relies on private sector expertise and funding to achieve this lofty ***,given the uncertainties of project management,transparency,acco.ntability,and expropriation,this phenomenon has gained tremendous attention in recent years due to the important role it plays in curbing infrastructural deficits ***,the reasonable benefit distribution scheme in a PPP project is related to the behavior decisionmaking of the government and social capital,aswell as the performance of the *** this paper,the government and social capital which are the key stakeholders of PPP projects were selected as the research *** on the fuzzy expected value model and game theory,a hybrid method was adopted in this research taking into acco.nt the different risk preferences of both public entities and private parties under the fuzzy demand *** alleviate the problem of insufficient utilization of social capital in a PPP project,this paper seeks to grasp the relationship that exists between the benefit distribution of stakeholders,their behavioral decision-making,and project performance,given that they impact the performance of both public entities and private parties,as well as assist in maximizing the overall utility of the ***,four game models were co.structed in this study,while the expected value and opportunity-co.strained programming model for optimal decision-making were derived using alternate perspectives of both centralized decision-making and decentralized ***,the optimal behavioral decision-making of public entities and private parties in four scenarios was discussed and thereafter co.pared,which led to an ensuing discussion on the benefit distribution system under centralized ***,based on an example case,the influence of different co.fiden

An auto-centering system for the ultrasonic detector of high-speed rail flaw detection vehicle is designed and tested. The following research co.tents are co.pleted: 1. Auto-tracking tests are carried out in the laboratory to prove the system performance.

To solve the problems of model nonlinearity,disturbance uncertainties and unknown upper bound of disturbances in the process of atmospheric diving suit（ADS） motions in fixed depth,an ADS adaptive backstepping sliding mode co.troller with extended observer is *** extended observer is used to observe the system disturbance,and tracking error can approach zero by co.trolling ADS depth through designed backstepping sliding mode *** Lyapunov stability criterion is used in proving the system stability and tracking error co.vergence when model uncertainties and external disturbance *** to the description and setting up of the designed co.trol model,a series of tracking simulations were carried *** studies show that the proposed co.troller can well overco.e factors such as model uncertainties and external disturbance,and has good robust performance,stability and tracking error co.vergence.

Long Tunnel Group Driving Fatigue Detection Model Based on XGBoost Algorithm

During ADS underwater directional operation,the ADS system often enco.nters problems of external disturbances,parameter uncertainties and time-varying *** ADS adaptive sliding mode co.rse co.troller based on disturbance observer is presented to solve these *** disturbance observer can eliminate slow time-varying system disturbance,and the adaptive sliding mode co.rse co.troller can further co.pensate errors in order to meet the requirement for system co.rse tracking *** dynamic model of ADS motion is introduced,then the design method for the adaptive sliding mode co.rse co.troller based on disturbance observer is described in detail,and Lyapunov stability criterion is used to prove the system stability and co.vergence which is further testified by numerical simulation *** simulation results show that the designed co.rse co.troller has good robustness and achieves good co.trolling performance.

Driving fatigue is one of the important causes of accidents in tunnel (group) sections. In this paper， in order to effectively identify the driving fatigue of tunnel (group) drivers， an eye tracker and other instruments were used to co.duct real vehicle tests on long tunnel (group) expressways and thus obtain the eye movement， driving duration， and Karolinska Sleepiness Scale (KSS) data of 30 drivers. The impacts of the tunnel and non-tunnel sections on drivers were co.pared， and the relationship between blink indexes， such as the blink frequency， blink duration， mean value of blink duration， driving duration， and driving fatigue， was studied. A paired t-test and a Spearman co.relation test were performed to select the indexes that can effectively characterize the tunnel driving fatigue. A driving fatigue detection model was then developed based on the XGBoost algorithm. The obtained results show that the blink frequency， total blink duration， and mean value of blink duration gradually increase with the deepening of driving fatigue， and the mean value of blink duration is the most sensitive in the tunnel environment. In addition， a significant co.relation exists between the driving duration index and driving fatigue， which can provide a reference for improving the tunnel safety. Using the mean value of blink duration and driving duration as the characteristic indexes， the accuracy of the driving fatigue detection model based on the XGBoost algorithm reaches 98%. The cumulative and co.tinuous tunnel proportion effectively estimates the driving fatigue state in a long tunnel (group) environment.

The demand for natural gas in the world is increasing day by day. The efficient and flexible LNG beco.es the preferred method for natural gas storage and transportation and has gradually entered people’s daily life. The enclosure system is the key co.e of LNG transport and storage vessels for storage of LNG at -163°C for isolation and thermal insulation. A new type of flat half-film prismatic LNG enclosure system has been developed for the shortco.ings of the existing LNG cargo enclosure system. Through the breakthrough and mastery of key co.e technologies such as the overall layout and integration of the system, anti-leakage technology, liquid tank fixing technology, and large-scale friction stir welding (P-FSW) flat-line pipeline development technology, we’ll strive to fill the gap in the intelligent co.struction technology of large aluminum alloy tanks in China. The tank was subjected to water vapor test and numerical simulation. The results show that the structural strength of the FSP-LNG tank meets the strength check standard of IGC co.e.
