Evidence for metallization in dense oxygen has been reported for over 30 years[Desgreniers et al.,***.94,1117(1990)]at a now routinely accessible 95 GPa[Shimizu et al.,Nature 393,767(1998)].However,despite the longevity of this result and the technological advances since,the nature of the metallic phase remains poorly constrained[Akahama et al.,***.74,4690(1995);Goncharov et al.,***.B 68,224108(2003);Ma,***.B 76,064101(2007);and Weck et al.,***.102,255503(2009)].In this work,through Raman spectroscopy,we report the distinct vibrational characteristics of metallicζ-O_(2) from 85 to 225 *** comparison with numerical simulations,weﬁnd reasonable agreement with the candidate structure up to about 150 *** higher pressures,the C2/mstructure is found to be unstable and incompatible with experimental *** candidate structures,and Ci,with C2/m C2/conly two molecules in the primitive unit cell,are found to be stable and more compatible with measurements above 175 GPa,indicative of the dissociation of(O_(2))4 ***,we report and discuss a strong hysteresis and metastability with the precursory phaseϵ-O_(2).Theseﬁndings will reinvigorate experimental and theoretical work into the dense oxygen system,which will have importance for oxygen-bearing chemistry,prevalent in the deep Earth,as well as fundamental physics.

目的:评价针刺治疗中风后中枢性疼痛(CPSP)的有效性和安全性。方法:计算机检索PubMed、EMBASE、Cochrane Library、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang)、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)中针刺治疗CPSP的随机对照试验文献。检索时间从建库至2023年7月。采用RevMan5.3软件进行meta分析;GRADEprofiler3.6.1软件进行证据质量评价。二分类资料采用相对危险度(RR)进行分析。连续性资料采用均数差(MD)进行分析,置信区间(CI)取95%进行计算。结果:纳入14篇文献,共1045例患者。Meta分析结果表明,与西药治疗CPSP相比,针刺治疗的临床有效率更高[RR=1.09,95%CI(1.01,1.19),Z=2.08,P0.05]。与西药治疗CPSP比较,针刺+西药治疗的临床有效率更高[RR=1.18,95%CI(1.05,1.34),Z=2.75,P<0.05]、VAS评分更低[MD=-1.04,95%CI(-1.26,-0.82),Z=9.25,P<0.001]、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分更低[MD=-2.67,95%CI(-4.80,-0.54),Z=2.46,P<0.05]。证据质量等级评价结果显示针刺或针刺+西药与西药对比治疗CPSP均无中、高质量的证据。结论:针刺治疗CPSP较西药治疗有一定的疗效优势,能够有效缓解疼痛,改善睡眠,且出现不良反应较少,安全性较高,但仍需高质量的随机对照试验进一步研究与验证。

The application of Mg alloys is always accompanied by various coating technology, but a reliable model predicting the service life of coatings on Mg alloys is lacking but urgent. In this work, a semi-mechanistic model was proposed to predict the service life of plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) coating/electrophoretic coatings on a VW63Z Mg alloy;the model was decomposed into three parts: a first part depicting the degradation time of organic coating (L_(1)) and the diffusion time of electrolyte in the inorganic coating (L_(2)), respectively;a second part interpreting the breakdown of coatings due to the corrosion process (L_(3));a final part establishing an algorithm converting the accelerated tests into the real service environment (α);the effect of structural stress and dissimilar metal joints on the service life of coatings was also considered. Based on the ongoing accelerated experiments, the semi-mechanistic model could be able to predict the service life of both PEO coatings and composite coatings on VW63Z Mg alloy with a satisfiable precision.

During long-term service in space,Gallium Arsenide(GaAs)solar cells are directly exposed to electron irradiation which usually causes a dramatic decrease in their *** the multilayer structure of solar cells,the germanium(Ge)layer occupies the majority of the thickness as the *** to the intrinsic brittleness of semiconductor material,there exist various defects during the preparation and assembly of solar cells,the influences of which tend to be intensified by the irradiation *** this work,first,Ge specimens for mechanical tests were prepared at scales from microscopic to ***,after different doses of electron irradiation,the mechanical properties of the Ge specimens were *** experimental results demonstrate that electron irradiation has an obvious effect on the mechanical property variation of Ge in diverse *** four-point bending test indicates that the elastic modulus,fracture strength,and maximum displacement of the Ge specimens all increase,and reach the maximum value at the irradiation dose of 1×10^(15)e/cm^(2).The micrometer scale cantilever and nanoindentation tests present similar trends for Ge specimens after *** Force Microscope(AFM)also observed the change in surface ***,a fitting model was established to characterize the relation between modulus change and electron irradiation dose.

Aims:Few studies have investigated differences in sequential transarterial chemoembolization(TACE),radiofrequency ablation(RFA),and simultaneous RFA-TACE for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)using the Milan *** study explored the differences in safety and prognosis between sequential TACE-RFA and simultaneous ***:This retrospective real-world study included 109 patients with HCC within the Milan criteria who underwent sequential TACE-RFA(n=75)or simultaneous RFA-TACE(n=34)at the Eastern Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital between January 2017 and *** complications,length of hospital stay,and long-term prognosis were *** median follow-up duration of these patients was 39.1 *** survival(OS)and time to tumor recurrence(TTR)curves were plotted using the Kaplan−Meier method and were compared using the logarithmic rank *** risk factors for OS and tumor recurrence(TR)were analyzed using the Cox risk regression ***:Multivariate analysis showed that tumor diameter>3 cm(hazard ratio[HR]:2.201,95%confidence interval[CI]:1.106-4.378,p=0.025;HR:2.236,95%CI:1.271-3.934,p=0.005,respectively)and alphafetoprotein(AFP)>400μg/L(HR:2.362,95%CI:1.195-4.668,p=0.013;HR:1.798,95%CI:1.048-3.086,p=0.033,respectively)were independent risk factors for OS and TTR,whereas the presence of multiple tumors(HR:2.352,95%CI:1.127-4.907,p=0.023)was an independent risk factor for *** RFA-TACE did not have an effect on OS or *** propensity score-matched,comparable results were obtained and RFATACE still had no effect on OS or *** significant differences were observed in grade III/IV complications(2/75[2.7%]vs.1/34[2.9%],p=1.000)between the two ***,the RFA-TACE group had fewer complications than the TACE-RFA group(24/34[70.6%]vs.66/75[88.0%],p=0.026).The RFA-TACE group had a shorter hospital stay and less total cost during hospitalization compared with the TACE-RFA group(6.0 vs.10.0 da
