The sea surface wind field is an important physical parameter in oceanography and *** the continuous refinement of numerical weather prediction,air-sea interface materials,energy exchange,and other studies,three-dimensional(3D)wind field distribution at local locations on the sea surface must be measured *** current in-situ observation of sea surface wind parameters is mainly achieved through the installation of wind sensors on ocean data ***,the results obtained from this single-point measurement method cannot reflect wind field distribution in a vertical direction above the sea ***,the present paper proposes a theoretical framework for the optimal inversion of the 3D wind field structure variation in the area where the buoy is *** variation analysis method is first used to reconstruct the wind field distribution at different heights of the buoy,after which theoretical analysis verification and numerical simulation experiments are *** results indicate that the use of variational methods to reconstruct 3D wind fields is significantly effective in eliminating disturbance errors in observations,which also verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis of this *** findings of this article can provide a reference for the layout optimization design of wind measuring instruments in buoy observation systems and also provide theoretical guidance for the design of new observation buoys in the future.

Extracellular membrane proteins are crucial for mediating cell attachment,recognition,and signal transduction in the testicular microenvironment,particularly germline stem *** 18(CDH18),a type Ⅱ classical cadherin,is primarily expressed in the nervous and reproductive ***,we investigated the expression of CDH18in neonatal porcine prospermatogonia(ProSGs)and murine spermatogonial stem cells(SSCs).Disruption of CDH18 expression did not adversely affect cell morphology,proliferation,self-renewal,or differentiation in cultured porcine ProSGs,but enhanced cell adhesion and prolonged cell *** analysis indicated that the down-regulation of CDH18 in ProSGs significantly up-regulated genes and signaling pathways associated with cell *** further elucidate the function of CDH18 in germ cells,Cdh18 knockout mice were generated,which exhibited normal testicular morphology,histology,*** analysis showed increased expression of genes associated with adhesion,consistent with the observations in porcine *** interaction of CDH18withβ-catenin and JAK2 in both porcine ProSGs and murine SSCs suggested an inhibitory effect on the canonical Wnt and JAK-STAT signaling pathways during CDH18 ***,these findings highlight the crucial role of CDH18 in regulating cell adhesion in porcine ProSGs and mouse *** this regulatory mechanism provides significant insights into the testicular niche.

Flue gas desulfurization gypsum and clover planting alleviated the soil salinization *** pH and total phosphorus affected the bacterial *** phosphorus affected the fungal *** gas desulfurization gypsum and clover planting improved jujube *** coastal area of shandong Province,characterized by coastal saline tidal soil,is one of the main production areas of winter jujube in ***,the low soil fertility and poor soil structure in jujube orchard restricted the development of the jujube *** objectives of this study were to 1)evaluate the effect of application of flue gas desulfurization(FGD)gypsum and clover planting on soil quality improvement and soil microbial community structure of jujube orchard;2)investigate the effects of two measures on the nutrition and quality of winter *** results showed that FGD gypsum reduced the soil total salt content by 65.6%,and clover planting increased the soil organic matter content by 30.7%,which effectively alleviated the soil salinization stress and improved the soil *** pH and total phosphorus(TP)were the main determinants influencing bacterial community composition,and TP was the dominant factor of the fungal community composition in the saline-alkali ***,FGD gypsum addition and clover planting significantly increased the sugar degree and Vc content of winter jujube,thus improved jujube quality,and further contributed to the ecological sustainable development of winter jujube industry.

Evolution of the Pulse Width in Dielectric Barrier Atmospheric Pressure Discharge

A study of the evolution of the pulse width in homogeneous dielectric barrier dis- charge at atmospheric pressure with helium as the working gas is reported by using a one- dimensional fluid model. In this paper, a new computational method is presented to estimate the pulse width through calculating the time interval between the breakdown voltage and the extinguishing voltage. The effects on the discharge characteristics of the applied voltage and exci- tation frequency are studied based on the computational data. The results of the simulation show that the pulse width is observed to be narrower and the time intervals between two consecutive current pulses decrease with increasing amplitude and excitation frequency, which indicates that the homogeneous discharge is susceptible to the filamentary mode. The simulation results support the conclusion that in order to restrain the transition from the glow mode to filamentary mode, the applied voltage and excitation frequency should be kept within an appropriate range.

Aptasensing biosynthesized phosphatidylserine with a AuNPs nanozyme-based colorimetric aptasensor

Sensitive monitoring of the target products during the biosynthesis process is crucial,and facile analytical approaches are urgently ***,phosphatidylserine(PS)was chosen as the model target,a colorimetric aptasensor was developed for the rapid quantitation in biosynthesis samples.A chimeric aptamer was constructed with two homogeneous original PS *** recognition between the chimeric aptamer and PS results in the desorption of aptamer from the surface of the AuNPs nanozyme,and the peroxidase-like enzymatic activity of the AuNPs nanozyme was weakened in a relationship with the different *** developed aptasensor performed well when applied for analyzing PS in biosynthesis *** aptasensor offers good sensitivity and selectivity,under optimal conditions,achieving monitoring and quantitation of PS in the range of 2.5-80.0μmol/L,with a limit of detection at 536.2 nmol/***,the aptasensor provides good accuracy,with comparison rates of 98.17%-106.40%,when compared with the *** study provides a good reference for monitoring other biosynthesized products and promoting the development of aptamers and aptasensors in real-world applications.

Global warming in tandem with surface albedo reduction caused by black carbon(BC)deposition on glaciers accelerated glacier melting;however,their respective contributions remain *** in the Qilian Mountains are crucial for the development of oases in the Hexi Corridor;however,their area has decreased by more than 20%over the past ***,this study developed a dynamic deposition model for light-absorbing particles(LAPs),coupled with a surface energy and mass balance *** comprehensively assessed the effects of BC and warming on the melting of a typical glacier in the Qilian Mountains based on the coupled *** on the glacier surface caused 13.1%of annual glacier-wide melting,of which directly deposited atmospheric BC reduced the surface albedo by 0.02 and accounted for 9.1%of glacier *** air temperature during 2000-2010 has increased by 1.5°C relative to that during the 1950s,accounting for 51.9%of current glacier ***,BC emission have increased by 4.6 times compared to those of the early Industrial Revolution recorded in an ice core,accounting conservatively for 6.3%of current glacier *** BC emissions has a limited influence on current glacier melting;however,in the long-term,mitigation should exert a noteworthy impact on glacier melting through the self-purification of glaciers.
