The aerosol number concentration and size distribution were measured with the newly developed Wide-range Particle Spectrometer in summer and winter of 2006 at the urban site of Jinan City. Here reported the characteristics of fine particles of the different observation seasons. Relative high number concentrations for the particles in the diameter range of 10-500 nm were observed in both seasons. It was found that the dominant number distributed in particle diameter smaller than 100 nm and the percentage over the number concentration of all air particles is much higher than what has been measured in other urban sites over the world. The number mean diameter in summer was much smaller than in winter, strongly suggesting the different origin of ultrafine particles in different seasons. That is, particles in ultrafine mode mainly came from nucleation and new particle formation in summer while from traffic emission in winter. The diurnal variation also supported this point. Number concentration in the diameter range of 10-200 um got their peak values at noontime, well correlated with the mixing ratio of SO2 and the intensity of solar radiation in summer. While in winter, those in the same diameter range showed the main peaks during the traffic hours happened in the morning and evening.

This paper investigates the H∞ filtering problem for a class of linear continuous-time systems with both time delay and saturation. Such systems have time delay in their state equations and saturation in their output equations, and their process and measurement noises have unknown statistical characteristics and bounded energies. Based on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii stability theorem and the linear matrix inequalities （LMIs） technique, a generalized dynamic filter architecture is proposed, and a filter design method is developed. The linear H∞ filter designed by the method can guarantee the H∞ performance. The parameters of the designed filter can be obtained by solving a kind of LMI. An illustrative example shows that the design method proposed in this paper is very effective.

In college EFL learning, teachers have commonly attracted significant attention to improve 5 skills of listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating instead of pronouncing when students are taught EFL in the classroom. As a matter of fact,most students have serious trouble in pronunciation before entering college due to their enjoying involving in reading comprehension for English silently in their spare time. Teachers in college trust their students who have the ability to pronounce precisely any English so that they ignore seriously to enhance their basic value of the perfect and standard speech sounds. Teachers believe the acceptable pronunciation is the best way to learn foreign language. It gives a comprehensive opinion on phonetics during the process of learning EFL in college in order to potentially impede that teachers in college recognize its basic and important position so that they can help their students improve the ability of pronouncing to practice 5 advanced skills.

We take H^(+) +CO as a prototype to analyze the effect of ion or proton collision on molecular orientation modulated by a two-color shaped pulse combined with the time-delayed terahertz(THz) pulse. Through examining the effect of ion collision on the molecular orientation, we found that when the impact parameter and collisional velocity have weak inverse influences on the maximal orientation degree, the appropriate two-color and THz field intensity employed can improve the molecular orientation degree. The carrier envelope phase and frequency of the THz laser pulse as well as the temperature also have certain influence on the collision-induced molecular orientation.

This paper investigates the three-dimensional(3-D) path following control problem for an underactuated robotic dolphin. With a comprehensive consideration of the mechanical constraint and swimming principle of the robotic dolphin, a decoupling motion strategy is proposed to produce yaw and pitch maneuvers simultaneously. Then, kinematics and dynamics models for 3-D dolphin-like swimming are established,followed by simulations of the path following control. Furthermore, a novel lookahead based 3-D line-ofsight(LOS) guidance law is developed and implemented to obtain desired attitude angles with its simplicity,intuitiveness, and small computational footprint. Finally, simulation results illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed path following control methods.

This study presents a route guidance model based on game theory,in which commuters’ route choice preferences as model parameters are incorporated for deriving a game *** further characterize commuters’ route choice decision-making,a dynamic parameter style is designed and subsequently commuters’ likely response is factored in the game *** game maximal payoff calculated by Nash equilibrium further determines the optimal routes for the designated original-destination *** simulations verify that our results reach 90% accuracy *** study also demonstrates that the model assigns paths to users with the least-expected-time so as to satisfy their travel preferences during *** is an important attempt to design a route guidance through designing travel time and route familiarity payoff in the game model.

Considering the current low level of mechanization for domestic green onion planting and the high labor intensity of artificial planting,a 2ZYX-2 green onion ditching and transplanting machine,which can complete ditching,ridging,transplanting,repression,soil covering and other operations,is designed in this *** Central Composite test design method was carried out with the speed of the transplanting machine,the depth of the opener and the horizontal position of the opener as the experimental factors and with the qualification ratio of perpendicularity,the variation coefficient of the plant spacing and the qualification ratio of the planting depth as the test *** the analysis of the model interaction and response surface,the change laws that the influence the machine’s forward speed,the depth of the opener and the horizontal position of the opener were *** regression model was optimized by Design-Expert 8.0.6 software,and the accuracy of the predicted results was verified by *** optimal working parameters showed that the forward speed of the machine was 0.06 m/s,the depth of the opener was 102 mm,and the horizontal position of the opener was 29 *** conditions of optimal working parameters,the qualification rate of the verticality was 86.83%,the coefficient of variation for the plant spacing was 2.77,and the pass rate of planting depth was 88.26%.The research related to the thesis can provide a reference for the mechanized planting of green onion,which is of great significance to the cost-effectiveness of the green onion industry.

This study investigates the alignment between undergraduate programs in Weifang City and the requirements of the industry,along with key competencies valued by *** a quantitative descriptive research design,data was collected from 370 participants,including faculty members,industry professionals,administrative staff,employers,students,and *** findings reveal a positive perception of current undergraduate programs,highlighting their relevance,practical skills development,engagement of faculty with the industry,and fruitful collaborations with various *** exhibited moderate consideration for technical proficiency,soft skills,industry-relevant experience,and professional attitude when hiring *** education institutions displayed moderate efforts in enhancing industry-based congruence,particularly in curriculum adaptation,practical learning opportunities,and career *** factors,including industry input,labor market analysis,collaboration with professional associations,and economic strategies,were found to moderately influence the alignment between education and industry *** the positive aspects,the study identified gaps and challenges,such as curriculum disparities and limited collaboration,emphasizing the need for strategic *** recommendations were proposed to enhance alignment,including fostering strong university-industry collaborations,mandating internships,faculty development,and promoting student-industry *** conclusion,this study provides valuable insights for educational institutions,industry partners,policymakers,students,and future researchers,aiming to improve the congruence between undergraduate education and industry requirements in Weifang City and beyond.
