Hydrochemical Characterization,Controlling Factors and Water Quality of Surface Water in shandong Province,North China

In this study,90 surface water samples were collected from shandong Province(SDP)in the dry and wet seasons and analyzed using statistical analysis,hydrochemical methods and water quality index(WQI).The content of main ions showed seasonal variations,with a higher average value in the dry season than in the wet *** points exhibiting high contents of the main chemical components were mainly distributed in areas southwest of SDP,north of Weifang,and around *** saturation index of carbonate minerals was greater than zero,while that of evaporite minerals was less than *** hydrochemical characteristics of surface water are mainly dominated by rock weathering as well as cation *** addition,surface water in SDP has significantly been affected by anthropogenic *** of the surface water could be classified as weakly alkaline soft-fresh water,with the hydrochemical types of SO_(4)·Cl-Ca·Mg and SO_(4)·*** terms of WQI,47.88% and 37.88% of the water samples in SDP were classified as poor water in the dry and wet seasons,*** the whole,the water quality is higher in the wet season than in the dry season,and surface water in SDP is generally suitable for agricultural irrigation.

Petrogenesis and tectonic implications of the Silurian adakitic granitoids in the eastern segment of the Qilian Orogenic Belt,Northwest China

Geodynamic mechanism responsible for the generation of Silurian granitoids and the tectonic evolution of the Qilian orogenic belt remains controversial. In this study, we report the results of zircon U–Pb age, and systematic whole-rock geochemical data for the Haoquangou and Liujiaxia granitoids within the North Qilian orogenic belt and the Qilian Block, respectively, to constrain their petrogenesis, and the Silurian tectonic evolution of the Qilian orogenic belt. Zircon U–Pb ages indicate that the Haoquangou and Liujiaxia intrusions were emplaced at423 ± 3 Ma and 432 ± 4 Ma, respectively. The Haoquangou granodiorites are calc-alkaline, while the Liujiaxia granites belong to the high-K calc-alkaline *** are peraluminous in composition and have relatively depleted Nd isotopic [ε_(Nd)(t) =(-3.9 – + 0.6)] characteristics compared with regional basement rocks, implying their derivation from a juvenile lower crust. They show adakitic geochemical characteristics and were generated by partial melting of thickened lower continental crust. Postcollisional extensional regime related to lithospheric delamination was the most likely geodynamic mechanism for the generation of the Haoquangou granodiorite, while the Liujiaxia granites were generated in a compressive setting during continental collision between the Qaidam and Qilian blocks.

SS-LASS Zircon Dating Deciphering Multiple Episodes of Anatexis in a Deeply-Subducted Continental Crust:An Example from Sulu Orogen,China

The Mesozoic intrusions of the Jiaodong Peninsula,eastern China,host giant gold *** the genesis of these deposits requires the determination of the source of the parental auriferous fluid and the timing of gold mineralization,which are strongly influenced by the cooling/uplift histories of the hosting *** performed an integrated U-Pb geochronology study on both zircon and apatite from four major magmatic episodes of the Jiaodong *** zircon and apatite U-Pb ages are 156.9±1.2 and 137.2±2.4 Ma for the Linglong intrusion,129.9±1.0 and 125.0±3.8 Ma for the Qujia intrusion,119.5±0.7 and 117.2±1.8 Ma for the Liulinzhuang intrusion,118.6±1.0 and 111.6±1.6 Ma for the Nansu intrusion,*** coupled zircon and apatite data of these granitoids indicate a slow cooling rate(11.9°C/Ma)in the Late Jurassic,and rapid uplift and cooling(35.8-29.2°C/Ma)in the Early *** dramatically increased uplift and cooling period in the Early Cretaceous are contemporaneous with large-scale gold mineralization in the Jiaodong *** implies that thermal upwelling of asthenosphere and related tectonic extension played an important role in gold remobilization and precipitation.

Origin and Geological Significance of the Cambrian-Permian Mafic-felsic Magmatic Rocks in the Longshenggeng Area of the East Kunlun Orogenic Belt

A set of ultramafic-mafic-felsic rock assemblages was discovered in the Longshenggeng area of the eastern part of the East Kunlun Orogenic Belt. Petrography， chronology and whole-rock geochemistry were conducted on this set of intrusive rock assemblages. U-Pb dating of apatite shows that the lherzolite formed at (492 ± 5) Ma， the granite at (473 ± 6) Ma， and the diabase at (260 ± 14) Ma， respectively. The lherzolites belong to a Supra-Subduction Zone type (SSZ-type) ophiolite component above a subduction zone; the granites formed in an ocean-continent subduction setting; and the diabases represent products of partial melting of an asthenospheric mantle at shallow depth. The East Kunlun Orogenic Belt features the East Kunzhong and Buqingshan-Animaqing ophiolitic melange belts， with the latter representing remnants of the Proto-Tethys Ocean. The late Cambrian lherzolites and granites in the Longshenggeng area were magmatic products of the back-arc ocean basin and island arc formed during the northward subduction of the Proto-Tethys Ocean. Subsequently， extensive island arc magmatism occurred from the late Permian to middle Triassic， driven by the northward subduction of the Paleo-Tethys Ocean beneath the East Kunlun Block. The diabase may have formed during the transition from subduction to post-collisional extension.

Evolution of Diagenetic Fluid of the Dawsonite-Bearing Sandstone in the Jiyang Depression,Eastern China

Based on the petrology,isotope geochemistry and fluid inclusions analysis,we established the evolutionary mode of the diagenetic fluid of dawsonite-bearing sandstone in the Jiyang ***-bearing sandstone is characterized by double injection of CO_(2)and oil-gas in the Jiyang Depression that have experienced a relatively complex diagenetic fluid evolution *** diagenetic sequence of secondary minerals involves secondary enlargement of quartz,kaolinite,first-stage calcite,dawsonite,second-stage calcite,ferrocalcite,dolomite and *** charging in the dawsonite-bearing sandstone occurred at around 2.6–0 *** CO_(2)charging event occurred during Dongying tectonism,forming the Pingfangwang CO_(2)gas reservoir,which provided an abundant carbon source for dawsonite *** and oxygen isotopic compositions of dawsonite demonstrate that CO_(2)forming the dawsonite was of an inorganic origin derived from the mantle,and that water mediating the proc-ess during dawsonite precipitation was sequestered brine with a fluid temperature of 82℃.The evolutionary sequence of the diagenetic fluid in the dawsonite-bearing sandstone was:alkaline syngenetic fluids,weak alkaline fluids during organic acid forma-tion,acidic fluids in the early stage of CO_(2)injection,alkaline fluids in the late stage of CO_(2)injection,and weak alkaline fluids during oil and gas *** mode indicates an increase in-HCO_(3)because of the CO_(2)injection,and the loss of Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+)due to the precipitation of carbonate ***,the evolutionary mode of diagenetic fluids is in good agreement with high HCO_(3)^(-),low Ca^(2+)and low Mg^(2+)composition of the present formation water in the dawsonite-bearing sandstone.

Tourmaline geochemistry as genetic evolution and metallogenic potential indicators of pegmatites: a case study from the Tugeman Be-Li deposit， Middle Altun

Tourmaline is a common borosilicate mineral in granite and pegmatite， and it is also an important carrier to record the physicochemical evolution information of magmas. However， the genetic relationship between pegmatite-type rare metal mineralization potential and tourmaline-bearing pegmatites is not clear， and the tourmaline geochemical indication of the mineralization type of rare metals needs to be supplemented. In the middle Altun region， extensive tourmaline-bearing pegmatite dykes are prevalent within and surrounding the Tugeman complex. In this paper， the petrology and geochemical characteristics of tourmaline within the pegmatite of the Tugeman Be-Li deposit have been comprehensively analyzed. The research delves into the genetic evolution and metallogenic potential of the pegmatite， emphasizing the indicative role of tourmaline geochemistry in discerning mineralization types in the Tugeman Be-Li deposit. Major and trace element analysis of tourmaline reveals varying contents of FeO （9.37 wt.%–17.10 wt.%）， Al2O3（28.64 wt.%–35.22% wt.%）， and MgO （0.13 wt.%–2.47 wt.%） in the Tugeman Be–Li pegmatite. Li， Zn， and Sn contents range from 204 ppm to 1 590 ppm， 1 143 ppm to 4 089 ppm， and 74 ppm to 396 ppm， respectively. The tourmaline analyzed in this study is magmatic origin and belongs to schorl series， exhibits substitution relationships， including (Na， Fe2+)(X□， Al)-1， (Fe2+， Fe3+)（Mg， Al）-1， (Al，X□)(R2+， Na)-1，（Na， Mg）(X□， Al)-1andX□NaR2+-1. The trace element data of tourmaline show that lithium has four enrichment stages in different mineral crystallization phases. Notably， the tendency of tourmaline in the Tugeman Be-Li pegmatite to evolve towards elbaite implies a magmatic evolution sequence from low to high， transitioning through microcline-albite pegmatite， muscovite-microcline-albite pegmatite， albite pegmatite， and microcline pegmatite. The Hardawu granites in the eastern segment of the ultrahigh-pressure metamorphic belt,the northern Qaidam Basin,were studied by whole-rock major and trace elements and in-situ zircon U-Pb geochronology and Hf isotopes to discuss the petrogenesis and tectonic *** results show that the granites have a crystallization age of 401±3 Ma,suggesting that they were formed in the Early *** granites have SiO2 contents of 75.32 wt.%-76.05 wt.%,total alkali contents of 8.23 wt.%-8.36 wt.%,and K2O/Na2O ratios of *** were rich in K2O,poor in TiO2,MnO,MgO,and P2O5,and have A/CNK values of 1.05-1.07,Rittmann indexδvalues of 2.05-2.14,and differentiation index(DI)values of *** are high potassium calc-alkaline,weakperaluminum,and highly differentiated I-type *** granites also show enrichment of large ion lithophile elements(LILE)such as Rb,Ba,and Th,and depletion of high field strength elements(HFSE)such as Nb,Ta,and *** total REE concentrations range from 169 ppm to 232 ppm,with enrichments of light rare earth elements and negative Eu anomalies(δEu=0.39-0.55).The zirconεHf(t)values range from-0.65 to-2.29,and the two-stage model ages(tDM2)changed within a small range of 1.44 to 1.54 Ga,indicating that the magma of the Hardawu granites was originated from the partial melting of Mesoproterozoic lower crustal *** with previous studies,we suggest that the Hardawu granites were formed in the extensional tectonic setting after the collision between the Qaidam Block and the central and southern Qilian Block in the Early Devonian.

闭坑高瓦斯矿井中煤岩体在水和瓦斯的劣化作用下力学特性劣化,这将直接影响其稳定性和安全性。为研究水-瓦斯耦合作用下煤岩抗压特性,基于水-岩-气耦合试验系统,开展了浸泡环境下的全水浸(EW)、半水浸半气浸(WG)及全气浸(EG)煤样和干燥(CZ)煤样的单轴压缩试验,分析了煤样抗压强度及变形破坏特征,并从煤样浸泡前后的组分、宏观结构及破裂断口细观特征的角度,揭示了水-瓦斯耦合作用下煤岩的宏观、细观劣化机制。结果表明,在三种浸泡条件下,煤样抗压强度较干燥煤样均降低,EG组、WG组和EW组煤样抗压强度分别降低了18.92%、38.31%和53.45%,三种浸泡条件下煤样破坏模式由干燥煤样的剪切破坏转变为剪切-拉伸混合式破坏,破坏程度也随之增大,煤样由脆性破坏转变为塑性破坏,导致浸泡后煤样局部化带范围和错动程度增大;煤样在三种浸泡环境中劣化效果主要表现为:1)水和瓦斯的侵入导致煤样内部黏土矿物分解和析出,与CZ组相比,EG组、WG组和EW组煤样平均黏土矿物含量分别降低了3.8%、28.85%和45.94%,煤样孔隙结构发生改变;2)各组煤样浸泡后表面出现劣化效应,EG组表面孔隙发育程度劣于EW组,且EW组煤样表面出现剥落现象,WG组煤样水浸部分孔隙发育程度要胜于气浸部分;3)水和瓦斯的劣化作用使煤样内部孔隙结构发生改变,EW组、WG组和EG组煤样破裂断口平均孔隙率较CZ组分别增加了706.84%、362.95%、147.47%。在三种浸泡环境下煤样初始承载结构被破坏,降低了煤样破坏前储存能量的能力,破坏后煤样内部的剩余弹性能降低,耗散能增加,声发射累计振铃计数降低。上述研究对于认识闭坑高瓦斯矿井中煤岩体的稳定性具有一定的参考意义。
