With the increase of petroleum and gas production in deep ocean, marine risers of circular cylinder shape are widely used in the offshore oil and gas platform. In order to research the hydrodynamic performance of marine risers, the dynamic mesh technique and User-Defined Function(UDF) are used to simulate the circular cylinder motion. The motion of a transversely oscillating circular cylinder in combination of uniform flow and oscillating flow is simulated. The uniform flow and oscillating flow both are in x direction. SIMPLE algorithm is used to solve the Navier-Stokes equations. The User-Defined Function is used to control the cylinder transverse vibration and the inlet flow. The lift and drag coefficient changing with time and the map of vorticity isolines at different phase angle are obtained. Force time histories are shown for uniform flow at Reynolds number(Re) of 200 and for the combination of uniform and oscillating flows. With the increase of amplitude of oscillating flow in combined flow, the change of lift amplitude is not sensitive to the the change of cylinder oscillating frequency. Lift amplitude increases with the increase of oscillating flow amplitude in the combined flow, but there is no definite periodicity of the lift coefficient. The drag and inertia force coefficients change when the maximum velocity of the oscillating flow increases in the combined flow. The vortex shedding near the circular cylinder shows different characteristics.

Hydrogen production from steam reforming of bio-oil and acetic acid using Ni/γ-Al2O3 catalyst was studied in a laboratory-scale fixed bed *** study selected different Ni loadings(16.8%and 30.5%)in Ni/γ-Al2O3 catalysts and reaction temperatures(500°C,600°C and 700°C)as variables to optimize the hydrogen yield and selectivity of gases *** were carried out in an isothermal *** catalysts were prepared on wet impregnation of aγ-Al2O3 which supported with two different Ni *** principal gases generated were H2,CO,CO2 and *** results from steam reforming of acetic acid showed that the yield and selectivity of hydrogen using the catalyst with 30.5%Ni were significantly higher than that with 16.8%*** results showed that the most favorable temperature for hydrogen production was 600°C,and the steam reforming of bio-oil using Ni/γ-Al2O3 catalyst with 30.5%Ni showed that the yields and selectivity of H2 and CO2 increased with the temperature increasing while CH4 and CO selectivity *** results showed that the most favorable temperature for hydrogen production from bio-oil using 30.5%Ni/γ-Al2O3 was 600°C,at which hydrogen yield was at its maximum of 65%.

A new series of 2-(5-methyL2,3-dioxoindolin-1 y)acetamide derivatives were synthesized and evaluated for their anticonvulsive activity in a pentylenetetrazole (PTZ)-evoked convulsion model and antidepressant activity in the forced swimming test (FST) model. Eleven synthesized compounds were found to he protective against PTZ-induced seizure and showed the anticonvulsant activity. In addition, four of the synthesized compounds (41, 4m, 4p and 4q) showed potent antidepressant-like activity. Among these compounds, compound 41 was found to have the most potent antidepressant-like activity, and significantly reduced the duration of immobility time at 100 mg/kg dose level when compared to the vehicle control, which is similar to the reference drug lluoxetine. Effect of Tea Polyphenols on Lipid Oxidation of Nemipterus VirgatusSurimi Cake During Ice Storage

Surimi cake is a high value aquatic product. In this work, lipid oxidation and volatile compounds in Nemipterus virgatus surimi cake were investigated to evaluate the effectiveness of tea polyphenols in preventing or reducing lipid oxidation. Surimi cake was prepared in the presence or absence of 0.2% tea polyphenols, and was stored at 4 ℃ for 16 days. It was found that the peroxide value(POV) and thiobarbituric acid reactive substances(TBARS) values of the experimental groups(with 0.2% tea polyphenols) were much lower than those of the untreated surimi cake(p<0.05). In total, 52 compounds were presented in the volatiles of the surimi cake, such as ethanol, hexanal,(E,E)-2,4-decadienal, 2,3-octanedione, 2-hydroxy-propanamide, and 2,5-dimethyl-pyrazine. It indicated that tea polyphenols could reduce the amount of hexanal, ethanol, and(E,E)-2,4-decadienal, and delay the lipid oxidation of the surimi cake. Effects of lipid oxidation of the tea polyphenols on surimi cake were reduced during storage in ice.

In recent years,the allergy rate of oysters has surged,and daily food processing methods make it hard to reduce heat resistance and digestive allergy such as tropomyosin(TM).In this study,the Maillard reaction with xylose significantly reduced the IgE binding capacity of Alectryonella plicatula food matrix(AFM),that reduced by(77.81±2.68)%.The study found the Maillard reaction changes the structure of the AFM,in which the content ofα-helix decreased by(24.64±1.46)%.Structural transformation further explains why the Maillard reaction alters the immunobinding activity of *** addition,the Maillard reaction reduces the digestive stability of the AFM and makes TM in the *** food matrix Maillard reaction products(AFM-MRPs)more easily *** on the above research,10 amino acids on the 7 IgE epitopes of TM were *** result indicates that the Maillard reaction reduces the immunobinding activity of the AFM by changing the structure and modifying the amino acids on the epitope.

Bio-oil production via pyrolysis is one of promising technologies for renewable energy production from ***,the complicated biooil is still a challenge for high-valued application and during biomass pyrolysis,the emission of non-cleaned aerosol,the potential emission,namely carbonaceous aerosol(CA)increased the difficulty of the commercial *** this study,Rice husk pyrolysis was performed in a semi-continuous fluidized bed reactor coupled with fractional *** effects of pyrolysis and condensation temperature on the properties of bio-oil and emission of CAwere investigated *** indicated that the in-situ separation of vapors was accomplished via condensers of different temperatures(85℃and−10℃).The bio-oil with different physiochemical properties were obtained in the high content of phenols and lower acids of BO1 and high content of acids and better *** size distribution of CA was found primarily classified as sub-micrometer grade particles,which have a diameter of less than 1.1μ*** particular,CA existed in three representative forms:bead,granular aggregate,and *** results of light absorption of total organic carbon(TOC)and non-volatile organic carbon(NVOC)indicated that the absorption per mass increased in the single temperature with the decrement of wavelength and it improved as the pyrolysis temperature increased at the specified *** absorption per mass was to maximum value(3.7 m^(2)/g)at 360 nm wavelength and 600℃.TOC demonstrated a strong light absorption and a wide spectral range dependence(AAE:5.08-10.05)which enhanced the light absorption in the ultra-violet and low-visible regions.

The study of marine data visualization is of great value. marine data, due to its large scale, random variation and multiresolution in nature, are hard to be visualized and analyzed. Nowadays, constructing an ocean model and visualizing model results have become some of the most important research topics of ‘Digital Ocean'. In this paper, a spherical ray casting method is developed to improve the traditional ray-casting algorithm and to make efficient use of GPUs. Aiming at the ocean current data, a 3D view-dependent line integral convolution method is used, in which the spatial frequency is adapted according to the distance from a camera. The study is based on a 3D virtual reality and visualization engine, namely the VV-Ocean. Some interactive operations are also provided to highlight the interesting structures and the characteristics of volumetric data. Finally, the marine data gathered in the East China Sea are displayed and analyzed. The results show that the method meets the requirements of real-time and interactive rendering.

In order to reduce the hydrodynamic and structural influences on the detection accuracy especially in the very-lowfrequency range, some vibration restraint methods are raised, which are the wrapped fairing improvement, the floating body shape improvement and the cable vibration reduction treatment. Through the improvement analysis and experimental comparison, the final treatments are proposed, namely the multilayer wrapped fairing structure with composite materials, the floating body with NACA0024 airfoil section and X-shape tail spoiler, as well as the brush cable. The sea test is carried out to evaluate the vibration restraint effect. Through comparison of the responses to the ocean ambient noise and the direction of arrival(DOA) estimations with the same underwater transmitting transducer, the results indicate that the horizontal floating platform with vibration restraint treatment has obvious flow resisting effect especially in low frequency range and more accurate DOA estimation.
