Compared with noble metals, improving the sensitivity of semiconducting surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) substrates is of great significance to their fundamental research and practical application of Raman spectroscopy. Herein, a simple chemical method is developed to synthesize a rhenium trioxide(ReO_(3)) microtubes assembled with highly crystalline nanoparticles. The ReO_(3) microtubes show a strong and well-defined surface plasmon resonance(SPR) behavior in visible region, which is rare for non-noble metals. As a low-cost SERS substrate, the plasmonic ReO_(3) microtubes exhibit a Raman enhancement factor of 8.9×10^(5) and a lowest detection limit of 1.0×10^(-9) mol/L for phenolic pollutants. Moreover, these ReO_(3) microtubule SERS substrates show excellent chemical stability and can resist the corrosion of strong acids and bases.

Herein,we report a three-dimensional porous TiO_(2)/Fe_(2)TiO_(5)/Fe_(2)O_(3)(TFF)inverse opal through in situ thermal solid reactions for photoelectrochemical water *** Fe_(2)TiO_(5) interfacial layer within TFF acting as a bridge to tightly connect to TiO_(2) and Fe_(2)O_(3) reduces the interfacial charge transfer resistance,and suppresses the bulk carrier *** optimized TFF displays a remarkable photocurrent density of 0.54mAcm^(-2) at 1.23V *** hydrogen electrode(RHE),which is 25 times higher than that of TiO_(2)/Fe_(2)O_(3)(TF)inverse opal(0.02mAcm^(-2) at 1.23V ***).The charge transfer rate in TFF inverse opal is 2-8 times higher than that of TF in the potential range of 0.7-1.5V *** effects of the Fe_(2)TiO_(5) interfacial layer are further revealed by X-ray absorption spectroscopy and intensity-modulated photocurrent *** work offers an interfacial engineering protocol to improve charge separation and transfer for efficient solar water splitting.

For the section coupled system of multilayer dynamics of fluids in porous media, a parallel scheme modified by the characteristic finite difference fractional steps is proposed for a complete point set consisting of coarse and fine partitions. Some tech- niques, such as calculus of variations, energy method, twofold-quadratic interpolation of product type, multiplicative commutation law of difference operators, decomposition of high order difference operators, and prior estimates, are used in theoretical analysis. Optimal order estimates in 12 norm are derived to show accuracy of the second order approximation solutions. These methods have been used to simulate the problems of migration-accumulation of oil resources.

Based on simplex algorithm of optimal design, the multicomponent mixture regression model was used to investigate physical properties of submerged arc welding flux. The effect of complex interaction of seven components in agglomerated flux on softening temperature was analyzed. The results indicate that the interaction of MgO-TiO2-CaCOa-AI20a increases the softening temperature of flux, but the additions of CaF2 and ZrO2 can decrease the softening temperature.

[ Objective] This study aimed to establish an effective method for evaluating uncertainty in determination of reducing sugar content in sugarcane with Lane-Ernon method. [ Method] Based on analysis of the main sources of uncertainty in determination of reducing sugar content in sugarcane and mathematical model construction, combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were determined to establish the method for evaluation of uncertainty in determination. [ Result] Among uncertainties in determination of reducing sugar content in sugarcane with Lane-Ernon method, the greatest uncertainty was introduced by duplicate determination. According to results of statistical analysis, the expanded uncertainty in determination of reducing sugar content was 0.012%. [ Conclusion] This study provided theo- retical reference for evaluation of uncertainty in determination of reducing sugar content in sugarcane.

Under 30-min high irradiance （1500μmol m^-2 s^-1）, the roles of the xanthophyll cycle and D1 protein turnover were investigated through chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in morning glory （Ipomoea setosa） leaves, which were dipped into water, dithiothreitol （DTT） and lincomycin （LM）, respectively. During the stress, both the xanthophyll cycle and D1 protein turnover could protect PSI from photoinhibition. In DTT leaves, non-photochemical quenching （NPQ） was inhibited greatly and the oxidation level of P700 （P700^＋） was the lowest one. However, the maximal photochemical efficiency of PSII （Fv/Fm） in DTT leaves was higher than that of LM leaves and was lower than that of control leaves. These results suggested that PSI was more sensitive to the loss of the xanthophyll cycle than PSII under high irradiance. In LM leaves, NPQ was partly inhibited, Fv/Fm was the lowest one among three treatments under high irradiance and P700^＋ was at a similar level as that of control leaves. These results implied that inactivation of PSII reaction centers could protect PSI from further photoinhibition. Additionally, the lowest of the number of active reaction centers to one inactive reaction center for a PSII cross-section （RC/CSo）, maximal trapping rate in a PSll cross-section （TRo/CSo）, electron transport in a PSll cross-section （ETo/CSo） and the highest of 1-qP in LM leaves further indicated that severe photoinhibition of PSII in LM leaves was mainly induced by inactivation of PSII reaction centers, which limited electrons transporting to PSh However, relative to the LM leaves the higher level of RC/CSo, TRo/CSo, Fv/Fm and the lower level of 1-qP in DTT leaves indicated that PSI photoinhibition was mainly induced by the electron accumulation at the PSI acceptor side, which induced the decrease of P700^＋ under high irradiance.

Genetic variability of half-smooth tongue sole Cynoglossus semilaevis populations using microsatellite markers

Ten highly variable microsatellite loci were performed in order to evaluate the genetic variability of wild and hatchery samples of half-smooth tongue sole Cynoglossu＇s semilaevis. A group of 200 genotypes belonging to four wild samples, Laizhou （LZ）, Weihai （WH）, Qingdao （QD）, Rizhao （RZ） and one hatchery sample, Mingbo （MB）, were screened. All of the： ten microsatellite loci screened in this study showed marked polymorphism. A total of 70 different alleles were observed over all loci. The number of alleles per locus ranged from 4.2 to 1006 the average of expected and observed heterozygosity ranged from 0.67 to 0.82, and from 0：77 to0.87 respectively. A total of 10, 16, 10, 11 and 5 unique alleles each were found in LZ, WH~ QD：RZ and MB populations. The effective number of alleles varied from 2.87 for HSTS_7 to 6.83 for HSTS_h. The number of average genotypes ranged from 6.0 for HSTS a to 15.4 for HSTS_h： As compared with the wild populations, the hatchery population, MB, showed significant genetic changes such as fewer alleles per locus （P〈0.05）, a smaller number of low frequency alleles （P〈0.05）, a small number of unique alleles and a small number of genotypes （P〈0.05）, all indicative of a reduction in genetic diversity.

辐射探测器是用来研究超宽禁带半导体金刚石中载流子动力学的重要表征工具.本文采用微波等离子体化学气相沉积(MPCVD)方法在高温高压(HTHP)金刚石衬底上制备了高质量的单晶金刚石.我们通过压缩等离子体球来提高微波功率密度,优化了等离子体中的碳氢(C/H)比,并显著降低了金刚石外延层中的杂质和位错含量.(004)面X射线衍射摇摆曲线的半高宽(FWHM)仅为15弧秒,在室温下的光致发光光谱中没有检测到杂质发光带.使用制备的200μm厚的外延金刚石膜制成的辐射探测器可对α-粒子响应,其电子的电荷收集效率为97.03%,能量分辨率为2.1%,空穴的电荷收集效率和能量分辨率为97.86%和1.5%.此外,电子和空穴的迁移率和寿命的乘积分别达到8×10^(−5)和4.1×10^(−4) cm^(2) V^(−1).此方法有望满足商用金刚石辐射探测器对性能和成本控制的严苛要求.
