The present study introduces a screw-pressing charging method to tackle deficiencies in automation and charge uniformity during the melt-casting of polymer-based energetic *** ensure the safety of the experiments,this study used inert materials with similar physical properties to partially substitute for the actual energetic components in the preparation of simulant *** thoroughly analyzing slurry physical properties,a simulation framework and an extensive performance evaluation method were *** tools guide the design of the structure and configuration of process *** demonstrate that employing the Pin element significantly enhances radial mixing within the screw,minimizes temperature variations in the slurry,and improves both efficiency and safety in the mixing ***,adjustments such as widening the cone angle of the barrel,modifying the solid content of the slurry,and varying the speed of the screw can optimize the mechanical and thermal coupling in the flow *** adjustments promote higher-quality slurry and create a safer production environment for the extrusion process.

The Yishui complex,located in the western shandong area of the North China Craton,is representative of the Archean crystalline basement of the North China Craton to explore the early tectonic-thermal evolution history of the *** petrography,mineral chemistry,metamorphic evolution and zircon U-Pb dating are presented for felsic granulite and two-pyroxene granulite from the Yishui complex to contribute to new insights into the Neoarchean tectonic evolution of the North China *** mineral assemblages are recognized for these granulite samples,including the prograde(M1),peak(M2)and retrograde(M3)mineral *** geothermobarometry and phase equilibrium modeling yield P-T conditions of 6.5-10.9 kbar/718-839℃ for the peak metamorphism,which define a medium-pressure granulite-facies metamorphism occurred at middle to lower *** P-T paths with near-isobaric cooling(IBC)retrograde segments were *** LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating suggests that the protolith of the felsic granulite was emplaced at 2541±7 Ma and the subsequent medium-pressure granulite-facies metamorphism occurred at 2518-2494 Ma.A two-stage mantle plume related crustal-scale sagduction geodynamic regime is proposed in the western shandong terrane in the Neoarchean.

Arogenate dehydratase(ADT)catalyzes the final step in phenylalanine synthesis and is crucial for plant development and ***,we demonstrated that the ADT/prephenate dehydratase ZmADT2 is essential for maize resistance to Ustilago maydis and for overall plant *** this study,we explored the role of ZmADT2 in maize kernel *** mmsu mutant,a dysfunctional ZmADT2 variant,exhibits delayed embryo and endosperm development,along with deficiencies in carbohydrate and protein *** analysis revealed differential expression of many kernel compartment-specific genes between mmsu and wild-type(WT)kernels,with impaired nutrient accumulation and auxin signaling pathway in the mmsu *** to WT,ZmADT2 mutation led to reduced auxin levels and smaller endosperm cell *** auxin rescued the small kernel phenotype of ***,auxin distribution was reduced in the basal endosperm transfer layer(BETL),causing defects in its development and function,including reduced transfer cell elongation,cell wall ingrowth and nutrient *** findings suggest that ZmADT2 mediated mediates an auxin signaling pathway that is essential for maize kernel development.

Laser shock peening(LSP)was used to enhance the high-temperature oxidation resistance of laser melting deposited Ti45Al8Nb *** microstructure and high-temperature oxidation behavior of the as-deposited Ti45Al8Nb alloy before and after LSP were investigated by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,and electron backscatter *** results indicated that the rate of mass gain in the as-deposited sample after LSP exhibited a decrease when exposed to an oxidation temperature of 900℃,implying that LSP-treated samples exhibited superior oxidation resistance at high temperatures.A gradient structure with a fine-grain layer,a deformed-grain layer,and a coarse-grain layer was formed in the LSP-treated sample,which facilitated the diffusion of the Al atom during oxidation,leading to the formation of a dense Al_(2)O_(3)layer on the *** mechanism of improvement in the oxidation resistance of the as-deposited Ti45Al8Nb alloy via LSP was discussed.

Although poly(lactic acid)(PLA)is a good environmentally-friendly bio-degradable polymer which is used to substitute traditional petrochemical-based polymer packaging films,the barrier properties of PLA films are still insufficient for high-barrier packaging *** this study,oxygen scavenger hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB)and cobalt salt catalyst were incorporated into the PLA/poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PLA/PBAT),followed by melting extrusion and three-layer co-extrusion blown film process to prepare the composite *** oxygen permeability coefficient of the composite film combined with 6 wt%oxygen scavenger and 0.4 wt%catalyst was decreased significantly from 377.00 cc·mil·m^(-2)·day^(-1)·0.1 MPa^(-1) to 0.98 cc·mil·m^(-2)·day^(-1)·0.1 MPa^(-1),showing a remarkable enhancement of 384.69 times compared with the PLA/PBAT composite ***,the degradation behavior of the composite film was also accelerated,exhibiting a mass loss of nearly 60%of the original mass after seven days of degradation in an alkaline environment,whereas PLA/PBAT composite film only showed a mass loss of 32%.This work has successfully prepared PLA/PBAT composite films with simultaneously improved oxygen barrier property and degradation behavior,which has great potential for high-demanding green chemistry packaging industries,including food,agricultural,and military packaging.

Solution-processed Cu(In,Ga)Se_(2)(CIGS) solar cells suffer from serious carrier recombination and power conversion efficiency(PCE) loss because of the poor film properties and easy formation of ***, we propose Ag&Se co-selenization strategy to enhance the crystallization and passivate harmful defects of the CIGS films. The formation of Ag-Se phase during the selenization process enables the formation of large grains and suppresses the deep level defects. It is found that Ag doping can enlarge the depletion region width, lower the Urbach energy and prolong the carrier lifetime. As a result, a champion solution-processed CIGS solar cell presents a high efficiency of 16.48% with the highly improved opencircuit voltage(VOC) of 662 m V and fill factor(FF) of 75.8%. This work provides an efficient strategy to prepare high quality solution-processed CIGS films for high-performance CIGS solar cells.

Sandstone-hosted copper deposits,a type of Sediment-Hosted Stratiform Copper (SSC) deposits,are widely distributed *** economically viable deposits of SSC are relatively scarce,they account for approximately 30%of the world's total discovered copper ***,there is still a lack of comprehensive and in-depth research into the depositional and metallogenic models of these *** Jiashi area of the Tarim Basin in northwestern China,known for its economically significant Paleogene SSC deposit,lacks in-depth studies on metallogenic *** address this,field profile observations were conducted to analyze the sedimentary evolution,sequence stratigraphy,and tectonism of the Paleogene strata in the Jiashi *** with elemental geochemical analysis of samples,the provenance of sediment,and the source of metallogenic materials,a robust metallogenic model was *** results reveal the influence of provenance for the origin of Paleogene copper-rich *** evolution played a crucial role in controlling the distribution of copper and sulfur elements,as well as the spatial arrangement of metallogenic ***,nappe movement potentially generated faults,allowing upward movement of basin fluids,which played a crucial role in the formation of copper deposits within sandstone-hosted ***,this study offers a comprehensive analysis of the metallogenic processes involved in sandstone-hosted copper deposits,thereby contributing significant insights to the broader research on SSC deposits worldwide.
